The human OAS1 (hOAS1) gene produces multiple possible isoforms due to alternative splicing events and sequence variation among individuals, some of which affect splicing. The unique C-terminal sequences of the hOAS1 isoforms could differentially affect synthetase activity, protein stability, protein partner interactions and/or cellular localization. In the present study, virion core protein P4a gene was PCR amplified from sheep pox virus (SPPV) Jaipur isolate and Roumanian Fanar (RF) vaccine strain adapted and propagated in lamb testis/vero cells. Gene specific primers were designed for amplification of P4a gene. Amplified P4a gene fragment was sequence characterized and 808 bp sequence was compared across SPPV, GTPV and LSDV isolates available in GenBank database which revealed extensive sequence conservation of 97% to 100% within pox virus groups. Adenosine 5ʹ-tetraphosphate phosphohydrolase (EC 3.6.1.14) has been purified to homogeneity from the meal of yellow lupin (Lupinus luteus) seeds. The enzyme is a single polypeptide chain of 25±1 kDa. It catalyses the hydrolysis of a nucleoside 5ʹ-tetraphosphate to a nucleoside triphosphate and orthophosphate, and hydrolysis of tripolyphosphate but neither pyrophosphate nor tetraphosphate. AbstractProbabilistic Büchi automata are a natural generalization of PFA to infinite words, but have been studied in-depth only rather recently and many interesting questions are still open. PBA are known to accept, in general, a class of languages that goes beyond the regular languages. In this work we extend the known classes of restricted PBA which are still regular, strongly relying on notions concerning ambiguity in classical $$\omega $$ ω -automata. Furthermore, we investigate the expressivity of the not yet considered but natural class of weak PBA, and we also show that the regularity problem for weak PBA is undecidable.

In this section, we reviewed immunotherapy for metastatic castration-resistant PCa (mCRPC), which is a promising area of research. Sipuleucel-T, a vaccine, showed some survival benefit but limited PSA decline. Other vaccines and immune checkpoint inhibitors are being tested with mixed results. CAR-T cell therapy, where T cells are engineered to target cancer cells, is also under investigation. More studies are needed to determine the best immunotherapies for PCa.
