Abstract:
Abstract-This study uses a type of normative legal research. The sources of legal material used are primary legal material and secondary legal material. The problem in this thesis is the regulation of criminal sanctions against the perpetrators of criminal acts of illegal rock mining (paras) and the consideration of judges against the perpetrators of criminal acts of illegal mining (paras). The results of the study can be concluded that the forms of mining business permit arrangements are regulated in Law No. 4 of 2009 concerning mining of minerals and coal. And if you want to have a permit in mining activities, you must fulfill the requirements in the form of administrative requirements, technical requirements, environmental requirements, and financial requirements. Judge's consideration in illegally imposing criminal offenses in the case number 32/Pid.sus/2017/Pn.Gin. The judge sentenced the defendant to a suspended sentence, also saw the judge's consideration of seeing the position of the case, the attitude of the defendant in the trial and returning to the conviction of the judge of the sentence whether it was appropriate to be dropped on the defendant. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum normatif. Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaturan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penambangan batu padas (paras) secara ilegal dan pertimbangan hakim terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penambangan batu padas (paras) secara ilegal. Hasil pengkajian ini disimpulkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pengaturan izin usaha pertambangan diatur dalam undang-undang no. 4 tahun 2009 tentang pertambangan mineral dan batubara dan jika ingin memiliki izin dalam kegiatan pertambangan harus memenuhi syarat-syarat berupa syarat administratif, syarat teknis, syarat lingkungan dan syarat finansial. Pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap pelaku penambangan batu padas (paras) secara ilegal dalam kasus No. 32/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Gin. Dilihat dari pertimbangan Hakim yakni pada posisi kasusnya, sikap terdakwa pada saat persidangan dan pada keyakinan hakim untuk memutuskan suatu hukuman yang pantas dijatuhkan kepada terdakwa. Seni ukir batu padas merupakan salah satu seni telah ada secara turun menurun pada kabupaten Gianyar. Produk relief ukiran batu padas ini banyak diminati oleh masyarakat dikarenakan dapat menimbulkan kesan alami pada bangunan. Salah satu usaha kerajinan ukir batu padas adalah usaha kerajinan batu padas milik I Gede Bokah yang merupakan mitra dalam kegiatan ini. Lokasi mitra berada pada Dusun Kederi Gianyar. Pada saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala berupa keterbatasan alat bantu produksi dan alat pemanfaatan limbah batu padas, kurangnya manajemen keuangan serta keterbatasan dalam hal pemasaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, maka akan dilakukan kegiatan bertahap mulai manajemen produksi sampai pemasaran. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan antara lain : sosialisasi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi dan pemanfaatan limbah batu padas seperti mesin gerinda dan alat penghancur bahan baku batu padas, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan plang nama mitra, dan pembuatan media sosial. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan jumlah produksi hingga 50%, mitra mempunyai media sosial facebook dan instagram sebagai media pemasaran, 1 orang anggota usaha dapat mempunyai pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan dan 1 orang anggota usaha dapat melakukan pengelolaan terhadap content media sosial

Abstract:
Asphalt Concrete (Hotmix) is a mixture of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and filler (Filler) with asphalt binder in high temperature conditions with the composition studied and regulated by technical specifications. In this study, asphalt concrete mixtures were given materials additional padas. This addition was carried out to study and determine the effect of padas on the asphalt concrete mixture with the addition of 5%, 10%, and 15%. Compressive strength specimens in the form of cylinders with a diameter of 10.09 cm and an average height of 7.8 cm. Testing is done after 2 days. Asphalt with the addition of 5% padas is better able to produce a better value of stability than others. The addition of padas rock produced a strong stability of 5% at 888.0747 kg, 10% at 598,199 kg, 15% at 441,6391 kg. To reach the optimum level, the mixture on concrete asphalt ranges < 5%Aspal Beton (Hotmix) adalah campuran agregat kasar, agregat halus, dan bahan pengisi (Filler) dengan bahan pengikat aspal dalam kondisi suhu tinggi (panas) dengan komposisi yang diteliti dan diatur oleh spesifikasi teknis.. Pada penelitian ini, campuran aspal beton diberi bahan tambahan batu padas. Penambahan ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengaruh batu padas pada campuran aspal beton dengan penambahan 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Benda uji kuat tekan berupa silinder dengan diameter 10,09 cm dan tinggi rata rata 7,8 cm. Pengujian dilakukan setelah 2 hari. Aspal dengan penambahan batu padas 5% lebih mampu menghasilkan nilai stabilitas yang lebih baik dari pada yang lainya. Penambahan batu padas menghasilakan kuat stabilitas masing masing yaitu 5% sebesar 888.0747 kg, 10% sebesar 598.199 kg, 15% sebesar 441.6391 kg. Untuk mencapai kadar optimum maka campuran padas pada aspal beton berkisar antara < 5%

Abstract:
In this era, the forms and functions of sandstone handicrafts in Singapadu Kaler Village have undergone very rapid development and change. This is marked by the emergence of various types of sandstone handicrafts, which enrich the arts and culture of Bali in particular and Indonesia in general. Several forms of sandstone handicrafts produced by craftspeople in Singapadu Kaler Village are very popular and much in demand by consumers. Among these are garden lampshades, wall lights, ventilation decor, flower pots, fauna and flora bas-relief, statues of the Buddha, and other sculpture motifs. These forms have a different function, style and aesthetic impression than traditional sandstone handicrafts in other regions. Overall, the products were created as a result of the influence of globalization, which gave birth to a wide variety of forms and innovations. Hence, it is important to write about so that the forms and functions as well as the messages contained within them can be clearly revealed. A qualitative interpretive method was used to analyze this phenomenon with a cultural studies approach utilizing deconstructivist theory and postmodern aesthetic theory. This lead the authors to the general conclusion that these new forms and functions of sandstone handicrafts have given rise to positive and negative impacts, which have not only been accepted by the craftspeople, but also the broader community of Singapadu Village and consumer society. In addition, these handicrafts also contain important creative, economic, aesthetic, and cultural change functions. This brief article hopes to be useful as a medium for study by secondary and higher education institutions of art or the general public about the field of sandstone handicrafts growing in Singapadu Kaler Village. It also hopes to be a useful reference for writers and researchers in other regions, so that the repertoire of scientific knowledge on sandstone handicrafts in Indonesia can become more widely known.Dewasa ini bentuk dan fungsi kerajinan batu padas di Desa Singapadu Kaler mengalami perkembangan dan perubahan sangat pesat. Hal ini ditandai munculnya berbagai jenis kerajinan batu padas dengan fungsi yang berbeda sehingga memperkaya khasanah seni budaya Bali khususnya dan di Indonesia pada umumnya. Ada beberapa bentuk dan fungsi kerajinan batu padas yang sangat populer dan diminati para konsumen merupakan produksi perajin-perajin dari Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar. Bentuk kerajian batu padas tersebut memiliki fungsi, gaya dan kesan estetis yang berbeda dengan bentuk kerajinan batu padas tradisional didaerah lain. Secara keseluruhan kerajinan yang diciptakan tersebut pada dasarnya akibat dari pengaruh globalisasi, sehingga melahirkan bentuk dan fungsi kerajinan batu padas yang sangat variatif dan inovatif. Hal tersebut berdampak positif dan negatif tidak saja diterima oleh para pengrajin, namun lebih luas, pada masyarakat desa dan masyarakat konsumen. Selain itu, bentuk dan fungsi kerajinan batu padas di Desa Singapadu Kaler secara umum mengandung fungsi yang bereka macam dan sangat penting, antara lain: fungsi kreatipvitas, ekonomi, estetis, dan fungsi perubahan budaya. Metode yang dipakai untuk menganalisis permasalahan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian budaya, memanfaatkan, teori dekonstruksi, dan teori estetika postmodern. Tulisan ini diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai media pembelajaran baik oleh lembaga pendidikan seni tingkat menengah dan perguruan tinggi atau masyarakat umum, khususnya dalam bidang kerajinan batu padas yang berkembang di Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar. Di samping itu tulisan ini juga dapat dijadikan acuan oleh para penulis dan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ilmiah yang lain, agar khasanah ilmu pengetahuan seni kerajinan batu padas di Indonesia semakin diketahui dan berkembang dengan pesat.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence on the development of Padas Stone Crafts, the influence of creativity on the development of Padas Stone Crafts and the influence of the use of social media on the development of the Padas Stone Craft Business. This research was conducted on a number of Padas Stone Carving Art Crafts in the Banjar Silakarang, Sukawati, Gianyar Bali. Data collection was conducted with a questionnaire to 36 respondents. The collected data was analyzed by multiple linear regression, analysis of determination and significance test with t test. The results showed that 1) The amount of the t-count for the entrepreneurial competency variable was 4.702> t table 1.697 with a significance level of 0.000. This means that partially entrepreneurial competence has a real influence on the development of the Craft Business. 2) The amount of the tcount for the creativity variable is 2.962> ttable 1.697 with a significance level of 0.006. This means that partially creativity has a real influence on the development of the Craft Business. 3) The amount of the tcount for the variable social media use is 2.116> t table 1.697 with a significance level of 0.042. This means that partially the use of social media has a real influence on the development of the Craft Business.

<p>Soil deterioration for biomass production caused by soil processing out of control and that can make the soil quality become decrease. The research aims to map out soil potention and status for biomass production as a reference for government in Padas sub-district to preserve and repair soil quality. The research aims to map of potention and status of soil deterioration as a reference for government in Padas sub-district, so they can preserve and repair soil quality. This research was conducted using a survey method, with observations, take the soil samples for laboratory analyses and then scoring and matching from result of analyses to determine soil status . The result of this research showed Parameters contributing to soil damage in Kecamatan Padas are permeability in all unit of land maps, texture parameters in unit of land maps 2, 3, and 4, then soil redox parameters in unit of land maps 3 and 5. This is because the soil texture has a high klei content so that the ability to withstand high water which causes low permeability values and soil conditions that are water-saturated or inundated will result in a low soil redox value or &lt;200 mV. Padas sub-district Ngawi regency is include into minor damage status or RI with 5 total score based on the Government Regulation No. 150 of 2000.</p>

Abstract:
This study aims to describe the increase in gross motor skills through rhythmic gymnastics in the Nurul Iman Padas Ngawi playgroup. The research method used is collaborative classroom action research using a modified model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart which includes four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 12 children of the Nurul Iman Padas Ngawi Play Group, consisting of 3 boys and 9 girls. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The success indicator determined is if at least 75% or 9 children out of 12 have gross motor skills with very well developed criteria. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing rhythmic gymnastics activities in improving gross motor skills of children in the Play Group Nurul Iman Padas Ngawi. Rhythmic gymnastics can improve children's gross motor skills by 92%.

In the activities of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Kabupaten Ngawi, a health check was carried out by a health center health worker, but there was no form of a toddler's medical record that could be used to document the results of a health examination. The target of this community service activity is the Posyandu Kutilang posyandu participants. Guidance and consultation was carried out by Lecturers and Students of the Department of Medical Records and Health Information at the Indonusa Polytechnic Surakarta when accompanying cadres of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Ngawi Regency in documenting the health history of toddler participants. The assistance provided includes how to fill out medical record forms for toddlers, what items must be filled in, and how to manage forms. Health checks are only recorded in the agenda book for elderly examinations belonging to the Mobile Puskesmas, so that the participants of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Kabupaten Ngawi cannot monitor the results of monthly health checks. Results of Assistance in Making Form Design and Recording Medical Records for Toddlers at Posyandu Kutilang, in the hall of Posyandu Kutilang, Sukowiyono Village, Kec. Padas, Ngawi Regency was attended by 11 people. Activities started according to the agreed schedule. The training participants participated in the activity enthusiastically because they felt that this activity had a role in administrative order through the implementation of recording in the form / resume of toddler medical records.

Pada jaman dahulu pemakaian material batu padas di Bali pada umumnya terbatas hanya untuk bangunan suci dan untuk keperluan perumahan bangsawan/ keraton. Namun dengan perkembangan jaman seiring dengan berkembang pesatnya sektor kepariwisataan menyebabkan pemakaian batu padas semakin luas penggunaannya baik untuk kantor, sekolah, tempat bisnis maupun untuk akomodasi kepariwisataan. Kondisi ini membawa konsekwensi terhadap meningkatnya permintaan terhadap material batu padas dari waktu ke waktu. Kondisi lain lagi penambangan batu padas yang berlokasi di sepanjang alur daerah aliran sungai Oos diyakini memiliki kwalitas material terbaik di Bali dilihat dari tekstur, warna dan kekuatan materialnya. Permasalahan mulai timbul dimana permintaan batu padas yang meningkat tidak diikuti dengan penyediaan yang memadadi karena persediaan di alam cenderung tetap bahkan mulai berkurang. Kondisi yang ada saat ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penambangan batu padas tersebut telah mulai menimbulkan kerusakan terhadap sungai. Dari penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Desa Lodtunduh Kecamatan Ubud Kabupaten Gianyar menunjukkan bahwa pengambilan batu padas mulai menunjukkan perubahan yang sangat besar terhadap lingkungan di sekitarnya dilihat dari jumlah material yang diambil, kedalaman penggalian, penurunan kalitas air, kebisingan suara serta berkurangnya kapasitas sungai. Kondisi ini membawa konsekwensi terhadap beberapa hal negatif seperti alur sungai yang mulai mengalami perubahan serta daerah sekitar aliran sungai yang tidak lagi memperhatikan aspek keamanan serta estetika lingkungan. Kwalitas air sungai yang menurun memberi dampak yang tidak bagus terhadap sungai serta terancamnya daerah tebing di sekitar sungai yang berpotensi longsor. Penelitian ini memakai metode deskriftif kwantitatif dan kwalitatif dengan hasil yang diharapkan berupa suatu pola kebijakan penataan Tukad Oos yang komprehensif dan inovatif sehingga kerusakan sungai dapat dicegah. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah adanya suatu pola kebijakan dalam penambangan batu padas di daerah aliran sungai Oos sehingga kerusakan yang lebih besar bias dihindari.Kata Kunci: Sungai Oos, tambang batu padas , kerusakan sungai In ancient times the use of rock material in Bali in general was limited only to the sacred buildings and for the purposes of royal or palace housing. However, the development of the era along with the rapidly growing tourism sector led to the use of stone more widely or offices, schools, business places and for tourism accommodation. This condition brings consequences to the increasing demand for rock material over time. Another condition of stone rock mining located along the flow of the Oos river basin is believed to have the best material quality in Bali in terms of texture, color and material strength. Problems begin to arise where increasing demand for rocks is not accompanied by an adequate supply because the inventories in nature tend to remain even begin to decrease. Current conditions indicate that the rock mining activities have started to cause damage to the river. From preliminary research conducted in Lodtunduh Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency shows that rocks taking start to show a very big change to the surrounding environment seen from the amount of material taken, the depth of excavation, the decrease of water calm, the noise and the decrease in river capacity. This condition brings consequences to some negative things such as the flow of the river that began to change as well as the area around the river that no longer pay attention to safety aspects as well as environmental aesthetics. The quality of declining river water gives a bad impact on the river and the threat of cliff areas around the river that have the potential of landslides. This study uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods with the expected results in the form of a comprehensive and innovative Tukad settlement policy so that river damage can be prevented. The end result of this research is the existence of a policy pattern in rock mining in the Oos watershed area, so that greater damage can be avoided.Keywords: Oos river, rock mining, river damage

Penelitian yang dilakukan di daerah Kabupaten Lamongan sebelah selatan tepatnya di Desa Sarirejo dan Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan yang merupakan sampel dari kebanyakan kondisi tanah di daerah tersebut yang kering dengan kedalaman mata air rata-rata 100 m, sehingga dalam kasus pentanahan listrik menjadi kurang ideal. Menurut PUIL 2000 bahwa pentanahan pada insatalasi rumah yang anjurkan minimal 5Ω dan maksimal 10Ω. Penggunaan model pentanahan sistem garam-arang (SIGARANG) menjadi alternatif pentanahan yang dapat digunakan untuk pentanahan sistem instalasi rumah tangga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pentanahan air, garam dan arang dengan ukuran 5:2:1 menghasilkan rata-rata nilai tahanan 1,52 Ω pada tanah padas kondisi tanah basah pada tabel 4.1, dan rata-rata 2,43Ω pada tanah kapur kondisi basah pada tabel 4.3. dibandingkan dengan metode tanpa Sigarang pentanahan nilai rata- rata pada tanah padas 3Ω dan pada tanah kapur 3,5Ω. Pentanahan menggunakan air, garam dan arang (SIGARANG) dapat menghasilkan efisiensi pentanahan sebesar 75% pada tanah kapur. Efisiensi pentanahan pada tanah padas rata-rata 65% dibandingkan pentanahan tanpa SIGARANG.

The content of soil organic matter at depths of 15, 50 and 90 cm determined spectrophotometrically, is 24.48; 17.29 and 9.07% (Location I), 19.64; 15.92 and 6.24% (Location II). With the titrimetry method on solid soil, the yield obtained is 1.30; 0.94 and 0.76% (Location I '), 0.64; 0.46 and 0.31% (Location II'). It appears, that the deeper the content of organic matter the lower the soil. When compared with barren land, the content in padas is lower.

Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan kajian tentang kerusakan sungai yang terjadi akibat penambangan. Berdasarkan data Kriteria penilaian yang dikeluarkan oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambangan batu padas di Tukad Yeh Kelating indek kinerjanya sebesar di bawah 5 atau kategori rusak berat yang artinya penambangan tersebut sangat merusak sungai dan lingkungan di sekitarnya.

Can be seen in the pre-cycle number of students who completed the KKM IPA ≥ 68 were 8 students (40%), cycle 1 increased to 10 students (50%), cycle 2 increased to 15 students (75%) had reached KKM which have been set. It can be concluded that through the Scientific approach and Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model assisted by visual media can improve science learning outcomes in thematic fourth grade students of Padas 2 Elementary School.

Padas stone is one of the natural mineral containing 67.5% of SiO2 compounds. In this research, synthesis of nanosilica was carried out by sol-gel method asistanced by 2.45 GHz microwave radiations with low (10%), medium (50%) and high (100%) power at 30 and 60 minutes of contact times. It was analyzed by XRD, BET, FTIR spectrophotometry and SEM. The synthesized silica was then used as absorbent for total organic carbon (TOC) of palm oil waste. The results show that the synthesized silica was a mixture of cristobalite and quartz type minerals according to ICDD No. 00-003-0271 and 01-083-287. The surface area and silicon dioxide contains are 12.174 m2/g and 76.325% for silica without microwave assistance (SiO2-TPMW); 12.796 m2/gand 86.385% for silica with 30 minutes on 10% microwave assistance(SiO2 -MW 10A); 12.735 m2/gand 86.254% for silica with 60 minutes on 10% microwave assistance (MW 10B); 13,659 m2/gand 87.211% for MW 50A; 13,583 m2/g and 86.684% for MW 50B;7.883 m2/gand 57.527% for MW 100A; also 8.752 m2/g and 37.725% for MW 100B, respectively. The use of silica as an absorbent of TOC shows the effectiveness of 62.89% (TPMW); 63.68% (MW 10A); 62.96% (MW 10B); 65.25% (MW 50A); 64.61% (MW 50B); 62.37% (MW 100A) and 61.18% (MW 100B) from the initial TOC of 1520 mg/L. Analysis of particle size of silica was extracted from rocks from Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan based on characterization using scanning electron microscope (SEM) have been carried out. The analysis was performed to determine the particle size change in extraction silica without and with activation using acid solution. SEM image processing was performed on a 10 μm scale at 350x magnification through the image-J software to determine the particle size distribution. The results of the analysis showed that the area and diameter of the silica particle extracted from rocks were 3,935 μm2 and 3,147 μm (without activation) and 4,28 μm2 and 3,267 μm (activated) respectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar afektif, psikomotorik dan kognitif materi Sakramen Perjamuan Ekaristi bagi siswa kelas IV SDK Lamalera Kecamatan Wulandone Kabupaten Lembata melalui metode Demonstrasi. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas IV menggunakan subyek adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 16 orang. Dari penelitian didapatkan peningkatan hasil belajar efektif dari 75% menjadi 100%. Pada hasil belajar psikomotorik siklus kedua mencapai 100%, yang berarti ada peningkatan sebesar 25% di atas indikator pencapaian KKM 70. Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif pada siklus kedua mendapatkan hasil sebanyak 16 siswa (100 %) tuntas. Ketuntasan ini menandakan bahwa perbaikan pembelajaran padas iklus kedua dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dinyatakan berhasil. Dari Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini maka peneliti merekomendasikan penggunaan metode demonstrasi untuk mengajarkan materi Sakramen Perjamuan Ekaristi.

A geophysical survey including electrical resistivity tomography (ERT), induced polarization (IP), and seismic refraction (SR) was carried out to estimate peatland thickness in Beaufort District, Eastern Malaysia. Peatlands are important natural carbon storage and play a key role in the global carbon cycle. The ERT and IP studies were performed along three profiles over different peat thicknesses using Schlumberger configuration. The SR survey was carried out using vertical geophones along the same profiles. The peat soil material was characterized by low seismic velocity and high resistivity. Our results show that ERT and IP methods were able to clearly detect the interface between the peat soil and marine clay underneath. These layers differ greatly in geoelectrical characteristics showing clear contrast, thus enabling the delineation of peat soil stratigraphy, while the SR image obtained was not able to determine the base of the peat soil layer as the stiffness difference on the transition layer was very small. Overall, it was concluded that the ERT and IP method offer a useful alternative in delineating the peat soil stratigraphy. The combined application of ERT and IP method with the conventional boring method meets the demand for large volume peat stratigraphy mapping, which, moreover, has various ecological conditions and undulating strata.

Pemberian pupuk kandang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 20 dan 40 HST, diameter batang pada umur 20, 40 dan 60 HST dan jumlah buah. Pemberian pupuk kandang terbaik padas dosis K2 (10 ton/ha). Terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara pemberian pupuk cair dan pupuk kandang terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 20 HST, diameter batang umur 60 HST dan jumlah buah.

In the recent years, the impacts of floods have gained importance because of the increasing number of people who are affected by its adverse effects, especially in Beaufort area, Sabah, Malaysia. Flood destroyed critical infrastructures that are needed as shelter and also emergency relief for victim. This paper presents the findings of flood modelling undertaken to establish baseline and post mining flooding conditions during upstream storm and combination of upstream and downstream storm, respectively. A hydrologic model was established and calibrated based on 2014 flood. A structural approach by changing the physical dimension through dredging or sand mining between 2m to 3m is used for hydrology modelling is added into the existing floodgates and bunds. The outcome from sustainable sand is prevailing when it is able to reduce flood level for normal flow, upstream case, and both upstream and downstream case. Other findings are changes in velocity, shear and the significantly reduced power generated by the river during flooding.

Terdapat beberapa kendala utama yang dihadapi oleh kedua UKM antara lain terbatas atau manualnya peralatan yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk, kurangnya pengetahuan UKM dalam memhasilkan variasi produk, kurangnya cara pengemasan produk, tidak adanya label sebagai identitas UKM, kurangnya pengetahuan pengelolaan manajemen keuangan serta terbatasnya cara pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan kendala dan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh kedua Mitra maka kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan adalah pemberian alat produksi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan jumlah produksi seperti alat bor duduk, mesin gerinda, mesin kompresor, dan spray gun untuk melakukan finishing. Hal ini akan membantu menghasilkan jumlah produk yang stabil atau meningkat. Pembuatan dan pelatihan pemasaran secara online berupa akun sosial media. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan telah dicapai luaran kegiatan yaitu jumlah produksi mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 50%, peningkatan pendapatan mitra hingga 50%, seluruh anggota UKM dapat membuka dan mengelola akun sosial media.

Subject of the article: structural and semantic comparison between the riddle of the Sphinx and the riddles in “Rigveda” and “Yajurveda”. Results: the author argues that the poetic scheme of the Vedic ritual-offering formulas reflects an Indo-European proto-text, on which the riddle of the Sphinx is based. Field of application: literary studies. Conclusion:The author argues that the description of the Vedic metres in ritual-offering formulas through the allegorical ”two-footed (dvipada), four-footed (catushpada) and three-footed (tripada)”creatures has a structural and semantic correspondence in the riddle of the Sphinx, based on the description of an allegorical creature which is “two-footed, three-footed and four-footed”. The essay suggests that this correspondence between the Vedic formulas and the riddle of the Sphinx allows an alternative interpretation of the Greek riddle on meta-literal level as an allegorical description of poetic forms. Natural gas of GMS (Gas Metering Station) is an important component that must be analyzed routinely in PT. Fertilizer Sriwidjaja because it is the main material used in addition to Carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor in the manufacture of ammonia. The quality of natural gas will affect the ammonia and urea fertilizer product. The purpose of this research is to know the composition of hydrocarbons and to know the level of H2S gas in natural gas which is contained in GMS pipes. Determination of H2S levels was performed to find out the many catalysts used in the manufacture of ammonia gas.In determining the hydrocarbon composition, the first gas sample is taken using Stainless Steel Cylinder Tube. After the gas filled tube it was analyzed using GC (Gas Chromatography) and  it will know the hydrocarbon composition of GMS. As for the determination of H2S level, the gas sample taken as much as 30 L through gas spreader and inserted into erlenmeyer with 10% Cd Acetate and NaOH. Subsequently, 1% PADAS (N, N-Dimethyl-p-phenylendiamine sulphate) and FeCl3 were added. After the solution changed to blue color then analyzed using UV-Vis Spectrophotometer in 660 nm wavelength.The results obtained are nitrogen-containing natural gas and various hydrocarbon components: methane, hexane, carbon dioxide, ethane, propane, i-butane, n-butane, i-pentane, and n-pentane with H2S 2,954 ppm with the largest composition of methane 85.89%. The results have been in accordance with the standards used in the Pusri Industry which apply the provision that the natural gas used should contain methane with concentrations greater than 70%Â

Ngawi Regency has a diversity of tourist destinations supported by the accessibility of strategic areas, but there are problems in the form of tourist visits opportunity that are still not optimal. The strategy that must be carried out is to design a tourist destination design in a strategic access corridor between the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), Solo, Ngawi, and Surabaya (Yogya-Solo-Ngawi-Surabaya) and open access to local tourism information. This strategy is also applied on the basis of the strategic accessibility of Ngawi Regency which is located between the northern coast lines that connect various tourist attractions. The purpose of this study is to map each area of ​​tourist destinations and connectivity within an integrated area, and; designing a spatial structuring model for integrated tourist destination areas in Ngawi Regency. The series is arranged in the corridor of tourist paths in Yogya-Solo-Ngawi-Surabaya. The method used in the study is a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, descriptive statistical data, and documentation. The study results show that there are opportunities in the form of 9 development tourism destinations to be integrated in the Yogya-Solo-Ngawi-Surabaya tourism corridor. Integration is carried out in the tourist destination system in the districts: Karang Jati, Padas, Ngawi, Widodaren, Mantingan (Jatipangawitan). While in the spatial development policy of the Jogya-Solo-Ngawi-Surabaya corridor tourist area, components of tourism products are offered consisting of cultural attractions (3 main dances), accessibility (facilities and infrastructure), amenities (culinary, hotel, souvenirs), and activities (5 tour packages) that are developed according to the demand and dynamics of tourism in Indonesia.

Panas terjadi pada satelit karena pengaruh lingkungan antariksa, khususnya sinar matahari sebagai sumber energi panel surya satelit. Panel surya menghasilkan energi yang disimpan oleh baterai satelit, yang dibutuhkan untuk operasional satelit dalam keadaan eclipse. Sinar matahari dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja satelit jika energi yang dihasilkan melebihi batas kapasitas simpan daya baterai, sehingga mengancam keberlangsungan kinerja satelit. Jumlah energi yang dibutuhkan satelit dapat diatur, salah satunya dengan menganalisis bagian krusial sisi satelit. Makalah ini membahas penggunaan jumlah panas per satuan luas dari permukaaan panel satelit sebagai sistem penolak panas (radiator), yang berfungsi membuang panas berlebih yang dihasilkan oleh komponen elektronik dan radiasi dari eksternal satelit di ruang antariksa. Kemampuan dari 4 jenis bahan sebagai termal radiator dievaluasi. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa sistem penolak panas dengan bahan lapisan radiator jenis OSR Aluminium mempunyai kenaikan jumlah panas yang dibuang atau ditolak ke ruang hampa yang tinggi sebesar 143,90 W/m2 pada suhu -50°C dan 776,95 W/m2 pada suhu +50°C di musim panas (summer solstice), sedangkan jumlah panas yang dibuang ke ruang hampa dengan jumlah yang terendah terjadi pada bahan lapisan radiator jenis White Paint SG-121FD sebesar -170,68 W/m2 pada suhu -50°C dan 517,07 W/m2 pada suhu +50°C di musim dingin (winter solstice).

This paper studies the chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) of the wafer's material such as stainless steel, monocrystalline silicon etc, and analyzes how the technological parameters’ impact on the final wafer’s surface material removal rate, surface quality and surface damage like the polishing pad’s speed and the wafer speed, polishing pressure and polishing time.The results show that: when the difference between the polishing pad's rotation speed and the wafer's rotation speed is small and their directions are the same , then the material removal rate of the wafer is larger.when the polishing pressure is selected between 5 to 6.5 kPa, the wafer surface's damage is smaller.The polishing time also play a very important role and affect the surface quality and surface damage of the wafer after polishing.
