Abstract:
Religious extremism is one of the major problems for Indonesia in the post-Soeharto era. The freedom that Indonesian people enjoyed after years of dictatorship by Soeharto also became a fertile ground for the idea of religious intolerances. Many effort are done by NGO’s, government, and also religious institution to promote the moderate view to counter this intolerances. But with the rise of social media, Habieb Rizieq Menjawab (HRM) Facebook Fan page—with more than 70 thousand followers, making it one of the most followed for religious affiliated figure— which is a parody of one of the famous hardline religious organization with the same name, stands out, because it is arguably the first of its kind in Indonesian social media landscape (Lakshmi, 2012) With around 69 million active users in 2014 (Purnell, 2014), making it the fourth largest country with Facebook user in the world, it’s hard to not look the important role this social media can play in Indonesia society. HRM becomes a unique and novel way for Indonesians to promote moderation and to counter the intolerances view. Satire itself has a long a history as tools to voice a counter view. Goodall, H., Cheong, P., Fleischer, K., & Corman, S., (2012) show that this kind of communication has been used, for example, since the pre-Islamic Arab through Second World War. Most recent examples can be seen in the Middle East. Countries such Egypt and Syria, which have been known for their use of literature, art, and humor as tools of political protest, seen a more flourished and fertile ground for a more mature comedic art forms, such as the ever-present political cartoon (Leila, 2012). This study will examine the usage of HRM Facebook Fan page, including status updates and image postings, seen with the perspective of critical theory of satire (Griffin, 1994) as a way to offer a counter-narrative, and an intervention to violent extremist narrative (Ashour, 2010) and Shetret (2011). The methodology to do it will be using the Rhetorical Analysis, with focus on Metaphorical Approach (Foss, 2009), This study hopes to examine how satire and social media can become a tool to fight the spread of religious intolerant ideas. It is also hoped that this study can serve as a base for further study on this topic. Keywords: Satire, Facebook, Rhetorical Analysis, Religious Intolerances, Counter Narrative

Abstract:
The rapid urban development is the goal of many regions in Indonesia. However, urban development often creates new problems, including homeless and children/women beggars. A number of tactical steps have been carried out by the government in reducing the number of homeless and child/women beggars in Indonesia. One of them is through a normative approach, which is regional regulations, as applied in Palu, Central Sulawesi by issuing Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2018 on the management of homeless people and children/women beggars. However, these efforts have not yet reduced the number of homeless and beggars for children/women. This article aims to identify the effectiveness of Palu Regulation No. 3 of 2018 in dealing with the problem of homeless people and children/women beggars. By applying the implementation-style analysis of Grindle to evaluate Regional Regulation (Perda) No.3 of 2018, this research applied a comparative literature study data collection method from secondary data that the researchers had collected, including periodic reports from the Palu City Government and related agencies. In addition, data were also obtained from the results of field observation. Some points that were observed in this study were in front of the office of Regional People's Representative Assembly (DPRD) of Palu. The results showed that he implementation of Palu Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2018 as seen from the policy content had been optimized.

Abstract:
The Special Region of Yogyakarta is a Special Region at the provincial level in Indonesia which is the fusion of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta and the Paku Alaman Duchy. The Special Region of Yogyakarta is located in the southern part of the Indonesian Island of Java, and is bordered by the Provinces of Central Java and the Indian Ocean. Specialties of the Special Region of Yogyakarta must also play a role as an autonomous region implementing decentralization. However, the problem is that the policies, implementers and implications of decentralization have not been able to improve the welfare of the people. This can be seen from the level of income gap in the Special Region of Yogyakarta getting higher. Even the gap in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is above the national figure. The Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta is expected to be able to encourage and run activities programs that are focused on people's welfare. Development must be directed to create jobs and increase community income so that people's welfare increases. This study aims to measure the effect of decentralization policies on improving the welfare of the people in the Yogyakarta Special Region Government.

Abstract:
This article examines the success of religious social capital and the agency of teungku dayah (Islamic scholars who belong to traditional religious school) in the collective drug eradication movement in Ujong Pacu, Lhokseumawe-Aceh, Indonesia. The role of religious social capital in combating the drugs market in global drug policy has been less studied. This study provides a quite different view from most scholars who work for combating drug dealers by engaging participation of religious communities in rural society. The agency of teungku dayah succeeded in mobilizing the villagers due to the social capital that bonded the community based on religious ties. The article used live-in method, observation, in-depth and interviews to build a sociological imagination about the patterns of social practice of the people who become the subject of the research. The researchers lived in one of the villager’s houses, participated in their discussions, listened to the gossip, worshipped with them and were involved in certain jobs carried out by the community members who targeted informants. Using religious social capital, this article argues that teungku dayah effectively used the social and religious capital of the Ujong Pacu community to conduct drug eradication. Religious social capital has strong ties in unifying elements of the people in the same religion, moreover it becomes an energy that keeps motivating the community to run anti-drugs movement and driving out the drug addicts in Ujong Pacu, Lhokseumawe-Aceh.

Abstract:
The 2018 Sulawesi earthquake and tsunami in Indonesia signaled the failure of a risk communication system, causing Indonesia to be accused of mishandling the natural disaster. Many criticisms focused on allegations that the country’s meteorology and geophysics agency canceled the tsunami alert too early and misinformed public, that the sirens weren’t operable to warn local people, the tidal buoys did not work to send the tsunami signal, consequently, causing casualties. Improving the risk communication system raises the following question: what are the criteria for designing a risk communication system for areas in the disaster-prone zone? This paper employs multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) as a framework that is integrated with the combination of technical and cultural risk communication to provide such an answer. As for the findings, this study includes sixteen indicators that are distributed among nine criteria of a risk communication system within two types of measurement: qualitative and quantitative. It suggests that a risk communication system shall work better on a two-way process. Stakeholders’ and decision-makers’ involvement and public participation are required to make better decisions because it leads to better awareness of risks and greater acceptance of risk management strategies that are jointly agreed upon.

In Indonesia, rich in culture and nature, the use website is benefited by the government to portray as well as gain profit from the tourism sites. This paper, thus, intends to discuss how the environment in Yogyakarta tourism is criticized on the website. The interest of linguistics to criticize how its usage affects the environment triggers the development of ecolinguistics. Saphir distinguishes three ecological territories: physical, economic and social. Ecological domains are exercised to present Yogyakarta on Wonderful Indonesia, the official website of Indonesian tourism. This paper observed the employment of clauses of Yogyakarta text found in the Destination Highlight on the front page of the website at www.indonesia.travel on March 31, 2019. The method applied is ecolinguistics by exercising the ideational metafunction of language proposed by Halliday's Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) to figure out how the website portrays the real world of Yogyakarta environment seen from the choice of process, participants and circumstances. The analysis reveals that social environment dominates the website, meaning that Yogyakarta is advertised as a carrier and attribute in terms of its culture and value. Abstract:
<p>Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country located in the ring of fire, which puts it at a high risk of natural disasters. Earthquakes, tsunami, and liquefaction that occurred in Palu in 2018 that resulted in significant material and immaterial losses were some of the examples. The earthquake and tsunami resulted in a total casualty of 1.347 people and caused the loss of access to clean water and electricity, as well as a change in the geographical structure and landscape of the city of Palu. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction in the city of Palu using a qualitative research methodology. In addition to that, this study also discusses the relationship between Palu disaster, human security, and national defense. Qualitative research in a descriptive manner that offers a complete description and analysis regarding Palu disaster was held to answer the research question presented in this paper. The results show that the natural disasters that occurred in Palu in 2018 brought about an impact on people's lives and all aspects of human security. This is because, in each phase of the disaster that occurred, the Government of Indonesia failed to protect the community from the risk of such a disaster. Furthermore, based on the Disaster Risk Reduction criteria, the rehabilitation and reconstruction that have been carried out are relatively adequate. However, non-structural aspects of mitigation, which is one of the important aspects of disaster risk reduction, have not been carried out. Disaster training and simulations so far have only been done once and not regularly, therefore jeopardizing the community's preparedness for future occurrences of natural disasters. Therefore, improvements in disaster management need to be done in Indonesia</p>

Abstract:
In every disaster, problems of information and communication distribution always occur. The communication channel is very dependent on various supporting facilities. Electricity, transmitter towers, broadcasting stations, to human resources. In two big disasters in Indonesia in 2018: the Lombok earthquake; and the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction in Palu, there were issues of the information and communication channels. Local people do not know the conditions that occur in their area and the situation of their families. While outsiders, the government, and rescue teams did not get detailed information from the affected areas. In countries with high intensity of natural disasters, emergency broadcasting policies have been long practiced. The simplest device for emergency broadcasting is radio. This kind of media can immediately air with simple facilities. Regardless, the initiative of emergency radio has not yet adopted into regulation in Indonesia. Therefore, the emergency radio initiator limited to a handful of organization like in Lombok earthquake. Conversely in Palu disaster, there was a Ministerial Decree of Information and Communication Ministry Number 773/2018 (KM 773), regulation that simplify access to radio frequency. Using comparative method, this research examined these two disasters to analyze the differences of emergency radio practices. Only 1.5 months away and similar location features, the emergency radios initiation differ in several aspects related subjects that regulated in this KM. The result shows that this KM can broaden all aspects of emergency broadcasting radio. Although, the KM unable to shorten the time of emergency radio implementation. Regulation change only limited to frequency access. A broader regulation change is needed to support the practice of emergency radio.

An abstract is a brief, comprehensive summary of the contents of the article; it allows readers to survey the contents of an article quickly and, like a title, it enables persons interested in the document to retrieve it from abstracting and indexing databases. Most scholarly journals require an abstract. Consult the instructions to authors or web page of the journal to which you plan to submit your article for any journal-specific instructions. A well-prepared abstract can be the most important single paragraph in an article. Most people have their first contact with an article by seeing just the abstract, usually in comparison with several other abstracts, as they are doing a literature search. Readers frequently decide on the basis of the abstract whether to read the entire article. The abstract needs to be dense with information. By embedding key words in your abstract, you enhance the user's ability to find it. Do not exceed the abstract word limit of the journal to which you are submitting your article. Word limits vary from journal to journal and typically range from 100 to 150 words.

Abstract:
Border governance is a necessity for Indonesia as an archipelagic country bordering maritime and / or land with other countries. Indonesia is located geographically between two continents and two oceans and no less than 17,504 islands. the border region has a very strategic multifunctionality. Politically, border areas provide legal certainty for internal and external sovereignty, both in the context of managing government administration and applying national law and in engaging with other countries. The existence of clarity of this border region will also provide legal certainty for a country for the utilization and management of natural resources contained in its territory for the benefit of the prosperity of the whole community. Border management must also be aimed at the prosperity of the people, especially those living on the border. The development of socio- economic activities to improve the socio-economic well-being of people at the border is very important because it will directly and indirectly strengthen the security aspects at the border. As a & quot;front page & quot; the creation of prosperity at the border will contribute positively to the conditions of security and defense, both regionally and nationally.

Abstract:
Development can be described as two sides of a coin, the first side provides benefits, but on the other side it turns out to have to sacrifice for some people. Jatigede Dam, located in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, was built in 1998 and its construction resulted in 28 submerged villages. The communities whose areas are submerged must create new villages and switch professions that used to have a livelihood as an agrarian society must switch professions to become aquatic culture communities. This paper discusses experiences in the proposed (re)structuring activities of the Paku Alam Village area in Darmaraja District around the dam. The activity is carried out through the method of recalling the community collective memory, which is brought together with the context of changes in the livelihood culture and ritual culture that is still owned by the village community so that the changing area can be accepted as a "new village" for the community. The data is obtained through searching sites that are considered important by the community, ritual activities that are usually carried out, people's daily lives, and the bad memories of drowned villages, reconciled with the present and future context as part of the region's arrangement. The result is a regional proposal that is expected to meet people's expectations.

Abstract:
The potential for zakat if managed properly will encourage the progress and prosperity of Muslims. In practice, zakat must be given to the right person in accordance with the provisions of the Shari'a and can also be empowered productively so that it becomes a source of funds for the ummah, but generally zakat is mostly managed in a consumptive form and the management process has not been effective and efficient so that sometimes the goal of zakat has not been achieved. . The Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI), Central Sulawesi, shows that in its role as the Amil Zakat Institution in the city of Palu, it has tried its best in managing existing zakat. In each of its activities, the Central Sulawesi IZI is always based on regulations made by the government and makes its activities an effort to promote the welfare of the people. In the utilization of zakat funds, it is carried out with two distribution models, namely consumptive use or called charity and also a form of productive empowerment. Even so, it is undeniable that there are still shortcomings, especially in the supervision process

Abstract:
Potential natural hazards in Palu City by paying attention to the real physical characteristics of Palu City are categorized as having a high level of disaster hazard. The geological character of both the geological structure and geological engineering in the Palu region shows the great potential for geological disaster hazards. On September 28, 2018, at 18: 02 CIT, an earthquake measuring 7.4 on the Richter scale, the quake's center located in 26 km of Donggala district and 80 km northwest of Palu City. By observing the epicenter's location and the depth of the hypo-central earthquake, it appears that this shallow earthquake occurred due to activity in the Palu Koro fault zone. This fault is the most active in Sulawesi and is the most active in Indonesia with a movement of 7 cm per year. Liquidity disasters or ground liquefaction are also the effects of an earthquake. Shocks a massive quake causes the soil to melt this thing occurs when the saturated soil loses strength and stiffness due to stress. The Petobo area and the Balaroa - Perumnas are close to the Palu Koro active fault line and the land in the area is composed of soft material from the sedimentation process. This area is shallow groundwater with high soil permeability values, namely in the Petobo area and Perumnas - Balaroa. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential liquefaction disaster in Palu City and analyze the Palu City resident ability against Liquefaction Hazard Prone. This research uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method. Potential liquefaction disasters were analyzing qualitatively based on geological conditions and disaster locations. Disaster mitigation capabilities were analyzed qualitatively based on the Palu City Spatial Pattern. One of the hazards caused by an earthquake that has the potential to be a disaster in Palu City is liquefaction. The ability of residents to mitigate liquefaction in Palu City is influenced by local wisdom which is reflected in ancient times when people lived in the highlands or hills. the concept of building structures, land use, and spatial planning patterns in Palu City which can reduce the threat of liquefaction.

Abstract:
Insect is one of the alternative food sources which can be easily obtained and cultivated at a lower cost. Food sources must also provide daily nutrition; therefore, this study aims to compare the nutrition of edible insects in Indonesia, namely teak grasshopper (Valanga nigricornis Burmeister), cricket (Brachytrupes portentosus L.), and mealworm (Tenebrio molitor), with cork fish (Chana striata) that has been commonly consumed by the Indonesian people. The highest total protein content (Kjeldahl method) was found for fish (82.69%), while the lower ones were found for grasshopper (72.50%), cricket (59.00%) and mealworm (53.08%). This result was also in line with the total protein content found for fish (11984.00 ppm as the highest) and grasshopper (1016.33 ppm as the lowest). SDS-PAGE result also confirmed the highest protein content for fish where it showed the thickest band intensity for fish sample. Although cricket and mealworm were found to have lower total protein content (proximate assay), their fat and calorie levels were higher with calorie from fat values of 235.35 kcal/100 g for cricket and 195.93 kcal/100 g for mealworm. Proteolytic assay was carried out using papain to compare protein digestibility. The absorbance values from the proteolytic assay of cork fish and mealworm were higher than grasshopper and cricket, indicating that proteins of fish and mealworm were easier to hydrolyze. This could be explained so, that adult insects have a chitin structure that limits the hydrolysis process, or that papain might have a specific recognition sites and it fitted better to the fish and mealworm protein. Thus, each insect sample showed its characteristic nutritional profile and therefore, can be used as alternative food ingredient to meet the needs of protein and fat.

Abstract:
Crowdsourced Labelling is a large scale data labelling process, solicits a large group of people to label the data, usually via Internet. This paper discusses about design and implementation of Web-based Crowdsourced Labelling. Supervised learning classification methods need labelled training data for its training phase. Unfortunately, in many cases, there aren’t any already available labelled training data. Large scale data labelling is a tedious and time consuming work. This research develops a web-based crowdsourced labelling which able to solicit a large group of people as data labeler to speed up the data labelling process. This system also allows multiple labeler for every data. The final label is calculated using Weighted Majority Voting method. We grabbed and used Facebook comments from the two candidates’ Facebook Page of 2014 Indonesian Presidential Election as testing data. Based on the testing conducted we can conclude that this system is able to handle all the labelling steps well and able to handle collision occurred when multiple labeler labelling a same data in the same time. The system successfully produces final label in CSV format, which can be processed further with many sentiment analysis tools or machine learning tools. Index Terms - Crowdsources labeling, web-based system, supervised learning, weighted majority voting.

Abstract:
Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the major public health problems in the world. This disease that is transmitted through Aedes aegypti mosquitoes is classified as dangerous because it can cause dengue shock syndrome. Its spread can attack anyone, anywhere and can be several people at the same time resulting in this disease has a fairly high incidence rate, especially in tropical climates such as Indonesia. The most effective prevention is breaking the chain of transmission of DHF. This termination is done by preventing larvae found in their breeding places from developing into adult mosquitoes. Objective: to determine the relationship of the level of public knowledge about Dengue Hemorrhagic Syndrome (DHF) with the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia.Materials and Methods: This is a crosssectional analytic study used quota sampling method with a total of 78 samples. Results and Discussion: this study shows that the highest level of knowledge from respondents is enough as many as 38 people (48.7%). The houses that were found to have positive larvae containers were 26 houses (33.3%) and the most were located outside the house were 15 (19.2%). Chi-square results showed P-value = 0.984.Conclusion: There is no correlation between the levels of community knowledge about DHF with the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae.International Journal of Human and Health Sciences Vol. 03 No. 01 January’19. Abstract:
According to Riskesdas 2018, the proportion of toga utilization in Indonesia was 24.6%, while in Bengkulu Province it was around 42%. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of the TOGA program in this research area is still lacking. This is partly because people do not know about the benefits of family medicinal plants so that the use of yard land is still not optimal. The second reason is the absence of special officers at the puskesmas who manage the activities of planting medicinal plants. Based on interviews with the village head of Harapan, it was found that the low utilization of the home page, garden or fields used to cultivate medicinal plants in order to meet family needs and the lack of community knowledge about family medicinal plants indicate that there was still a lack of socialization about family medicinal plants to health cadres as spearhead of health workers in conveying information and providing guidance to families and communities. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a toga village in Harapan Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency by empowering families through Health Cadres. The method used in the implementation of the activity is using the concept of community nursing and family nursing (Family and Community Nursing Aproach) and using the Community Development (CD), Persuasive and Educational model. The results of the socialization showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of PKK cadres after participated in the socialization about family medicinal plants and simple medicine from Toga (p : 0.006), a demonstration toga was formed in the Harapan Village office yard and the residents' home page. The conclusion of this activity is that 2 family medicinal plant gardens have been formed in the village office yard and the residents' home page as a model robe for the local residents. It is hoped that residents can make gowns in their respective yards so that they become a source of simple medicine and first aid if there are people who are sick community.

Abstract:
Coronary heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world, including Indonesia. Based on doctor-diagnosed interviews, coronary heart disease’s prevalence in Indonesia on 2013 is 0,5% and based on a doctor-diagnosed is 1,5%. Central Sulawesi is ranked first and second for prevalence based on doctor-diagnosed interviews and doctor-diagnosed. The high number of people with coronary heart disease caused by lack of self-awareness in lifestyle changes. One of the parameters used to assess the success of treatment is the probability of survival. Survival analysis is a data analysis where the outcome of the variables studied is the time until an event occurs. This study raised the problem of survival of coronary heart patients at Undata Palu Hospital which is the main referral hospital for Central Sulawesi region. This research uses nonparametric method that is Kaplan Meier and Log Rank Test based on six factors are age, gender, stadium, disease status, complication and status of anemia. Nonparametric methods do not follow a particular distribution for survival time. Kaplan Meier's survival curve will describe the patient's characteristics of survival probability and followed by a Log Rank test to see if there are differences between curves. The result of analysis and discussion based on Log Rank test result showed that the factors of age, sex and disease status differ significantly. Abstract:
BNI Syariah is one of Indonesia's national sharia banks. In its operations, BNI Syariah implements several contracts, namely the Mudharabah Contract, the Wadiah Contract, and the Ijarah Contract. This study is focused on the discussion of the Ijarah Contract by taking BNI Syariah Branch Palu, Central Sulawesi as the research object. Islamic banking has good prospects. This is supported by two factors, they are the population which is predominantly Muslim and the strong support of the Government. But at the same time, there are number of challenges faced by this type of banking. The aspects of funding and the quality of Human Resources (HR) are two elements that are often referred to the serious problems faced by Islamic banking, especially when compared to conventional banking. Another factor is that Islamic banking has not had a clear business model scheme yet. Moreover, Islamic banking products are still not fully understood by a larger public. In other words, citizens who truly understand the principles and products of Islamic banking are still very limited. In relation to the operations of the BNI Syariah Bank Branch Palu, there are two segments that are practiced in the bank intermediation. Those two segments are the consumptive segment and the productive segment. Both of these segments face the same problem in their implementation, it is socialization. This study found that there was a correlation between the lack of socialization and the low interest of the people in Palu regarding the Ijarah product. In other words, lack of socialization has caused BNI Syariah Branch Palu products to be widely unknown to the public.

Abstract:
As a manifestation of functionalism, free education becomes a way to eradicate economic disparity by opening access to school for all people. This method is standard in many developing countries as it could foster development. However, the most fundamental problem of this disparity, oppression, and class domination are understudied. To make things worse, studies that do discuss these topics suffer from class bias conceptualization of free education. Therefore, this study aims to demonstrate how free education takes part in a capitalistic society as a superstructure through the correspondence thesis. Subsequently, this study identifies essential elements in (capitalistic) free education. Phenomenological-based qualitative method is used to describe experiences of 21 informants in Selamat Pagi Indonesia (SPI) Senior High School. Data gathered from observation, interview, and secondary sources, and then analyzed phenomenologically. We found that free education, instead of bringing people to equality and freedom from disparity, entraps students deep into modern capitalism through 1) normalization to serve, and 2) giving up power to the capitalist. This condition would benefit many corporations from taking part in aiding the school foundation and perpetuate the domination of the bourgeoisie over the working class. Thus, this study suggests that the capitalistic feature of free education is disrupting its conventional conceptualization.

To do justice to history in the global context would require to pursue global history, which is not just a chiasmic play on words. No major country, no people, no great civilization, and no significant culture has really existed in total isolation, with just a few exceptions. But most scholars are simply not able to cover everything, and it would <?page nr="271"?>be hubris even to aim for that goal. Traditionally, medievalists have mostly focused on western, central, southern, and somewhat also northern Europe, for instance, but then this comes to a limit very quickly since linguistic barriers and also difficulties gaining access to the relevant sources and archives make this all very difficult. Recent years have also seen efforts to open the perspective toward the Arabic, Indian, and Asian world, whereas the American cultures remain mostly ignored in the medieval context. The opposite side probably faces the same difficulties, since Chinese or Japanese medievalists have to cope with a very long and expansive history as well, or the Indian or Indonesian historians, for example, which leaves no room or time to explore the connections, if there have ever been any, to other cultures.

Abstract:
BACKGROUND: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the socio-economic conditions and the public health in Palu. Tsunami-affected communities in the temporary housing are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19. AIM: This study aims to examine the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the stress level of the tsunami-affected communities, the solutions that they adopt for dealing with this situation, and whether they obey the COVID-19 protocols in the process. METHOD: This study used an analytical survey method and the respondents consisted of 170 households affected by the tsunami living in temporary housing in Lere, Palu City, Indonesia. The data were collected through interviews and the stress level was measured using the DASS-42. The data were then analyzed using the paired t-test and percentage. RESULTS: The data from the DASS-42 questionnaire show that the percentages of people with mild, moderate, and severe stress were 35%, 60%, and 5%, respectively. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the stress level of the communities living in temporary housing in Palu (losing jobs with p = 0.002, decreasing income with p = 0.0016, no job vacancy with p = 0.0012, reduced government assistance duringthe pandemicwith p = 0.000, and uncertainty over the end of the pandemic with p = 0.001). Some of the strategies used to cope with this condition include socializing with neighbors (100%), working together (40%), breaking the Ramadan fast together (100%), attending congregational prayers (100%), and promoting mutual cooperation (100%). However, they did not obey the COVID-19 protocols while doing these activities as they did not wear a mask (100%), do physical distancing (100%), wash their hands (100%), and nor follow stay-at-home orders (100%). CONCLUSION: The COVID-19 pandemic affected the stress level of the tsunami-affected communities in temporary housing in Palu, Indonesia. The solutions for dealing with this include socializing with neighbors, working together, breaking the Ramadan fast together, attending congregational prayers, and promoting mutual cooperation. These communities, however, did not obey the COVID-19 protocols.

Abstract:
Palu and Gorontalo cities are provincial capitals located on Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. In 2018, the city of Palu was hit by the earthquake that was followed by tsunami disaster and liquefaction, causing thousands of people to die and hundreds of thousands were displaced. These types of disasters and emergencies may also potentially strike Gorontalo City due to its geographic similarity to Palu City. Natural disasters affect workers and companies, including those working in the hospitality industry. Natural disasters are not the only cause of emergencies in the hospitality industry. Emergencies in this industry can also be caused by non-natural disasters, including by social disasters. This study aimed to assess the level of emergency and disaster preparedness in the hospitality sector in Palu and Gorontalo cities using a questionnaire adapted from the APEC tourism risk management and tourism resilience index. Focus Group Discussions and interviews were also performed to discuss the implementation of emergency and disaster management in the workplace. The results of the multiple correspondence analysis of emergency preparedness and disaster management factors in hotels in Palu shows that they are relatively closer to the moderate rating. Meanwhile, the same variables in Gorontalo are found to be in the low category. Based on these results, the participation of the private sector (hospitality industry) and the government is needed to build a good synergy in disaster risk reduction programs both locally and nationally.

Abstract:
The growth of ecommerce in Indonesia especially is getting vast. The millennial generation which has been the prime generator of the economics shares the most user, either becomes the seller or the buyer. In online shop, a user is immediately directed to the main page that also directs to the category of a wanted item in less than a second. Although there have been online malls, physical malls are also considered as neccesary for most people. Sellers need space where they can storytell and introduce their newly-invented products to get recognition so people are convinced to buy online. Buyers also come to physical malls to experience things they are not able to get online, meanwhile buyers also come to physical malls to inspect the quality of the product. Through a study of online shoppers behavior with Pattern Language method, we can conclude that online shoppers’ pattern are centralized, and physical mall shoppers’ pattern are linear instead. Therefore, the design concept of startup exhibition mall with integration between digital and physical space is created by applying centralized pattern as the building circulation to solve this matter.
