Abstract:
Ankstesnių tyrimų išvados dėl tiesioginių išmokų ir kitų žemės ūkio subsidijų poveikio ūkių pajamoms nėra vienareikšmiškos. Vieni tyrėjai nustatė, kad jos mažina ūkių pajamų skirtumus bei nelygybę, kiti – atvirkštinį jų efektą. Be to Lietuvoje ši problema tirta vien šeimos ūkių (kitaip ūkininkų ūkių) atžvilgiu ir remiantis bendrojo pelno su ir be subsidijų rodikliais. Bendrojo pelno rodiklis nėra įtrauktas į ES Ūkių apskaitos duomenų tinklo (EU FADN) standartinių rodiklių sistemą ir jo negalima apskaičiuoti pagal EU FADN duomenų bazėje skelbiamus duomenis, dėl to jis nėra palyginamas tarp ES šalių narių ūkių. Šiame tyrime ūkių pajamų dekompozicinės analizės būdu nustatyti BŽŪP išmokų, išskyrus subsidijas investicijoms, vaidmens remiant ūkių pajamas skirtumai Lietuvoje ir visoje Europos Sąjungoje pagal ūkių ekonominio dydžio grupes, aprėpiant visų juridinių formų ūkius. Ūkio pajamos tyrime matuojamos ūkio grynosios pridėtinės vertės metiniam darbo vienetui (ŪGPV/MDV) rodikliu. Į EU FADN įtraukti ūkiai šiame tyrime pagal ekonominio dydžio kriterijų suklasifikuoti į keturias ekonominio dydžio grupes: labai maži ūkiai (kurių standartinė produkcija (SO) nuo 2 000 iki 8 000 €), maži ūkiai (8 000 – <25 000 € SO), vidutiniai ūkiai (25 000 – <100 000 € SO) ir dideli ūkiai (100 000 € SO ir daugiau). Nustatytas BŽŪP I ir II ramsčių tiesioginės paramos išmokų, kitaip einamųjų subsidijų, poveikis ūkių pajamoms ir indėlis mažinant pajamų skirtumus tarp skirtingo ekonominio dydžio ūkių Lietuvoje ir visoje Europos Sąjungoje. Tirtos BŽŪP išmokos, kitaip, ūkių gautos einamosios subsidijos Lietuvoje labiausiai padidino ekonomiškai labai mažų ir mažų ūkių pajamas, o visoje ES – vidutinio dydžio ūkių pajamas. Nustatyta, kad nuo Lietuvos narystės ES pradžios BŽŪP išmokos sumažino Lietuvos ūkių pajamų atsilikimą nuo visos ES ūkių vidutinių pajamų.

Abstract:
Tyrimo tikslas − ištirti, kokią įtaką KMI turi amžius ir gaunamos pajamos. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti KMI sąsajas su amžiumi. 2. Įvertinti KMI sąsajas su gaunamos pajamomis. Tyrimo metodai. Tiriamųjų imtį sudarė 20-64 metų am­žiaus 382 respondentai iš Panevėžio miesto savivaldybės. Respondentų klausimyne buvo prašoma nurodyti savo ūgį (cm) ir svorį (kg). KMI buvo apskaičiuotas pagal for­mulę: svoris (kg)/ūgis (m)2. Statistinei duomenų analizei buvo naudojamas programinis paketas MS Excel 2013 ir R Commander (3.6.3 versija). Rezultatai: nustatyta, kad 3,7 proc. tiriamųjų yra per mažo kūno svorio, 43,4 proc. – normalaus, 37,7 proc. − turintys antsvorio, o 15,2 proc. − nutukusių. Tarp am­žiaus ir KMI buvo nustatytas statistiškai reikšmingas tei­giamas vidutinio stiprumo ryšys, koreliacijos koeficien­tas 0,36 (p<0,001). KMI didžiausias pajamas gaunančių žmonių grupėje buvo žymiai mažesnis už tų, kurie gauna mažas ar vidutines pajamas. Didėjant pajamoms, didėja ir KMI, tačiau vėliau šie rodmenys stabilizuojasi, šiuo atveju, KMI vertės sumažėja – mažiausioje pajamų gru­pėje KMI mediana 24,5 kg/m2, toliau – 25,2 kg/m2, vi­dutinių pajamų – 26,2 kg/m2 ir didžiausioje pajamų gru­pėje – 24,9 kg/m2. Išvados. 3,7 proc. apklaustųjų per mažas KMI, 43,4 proc. – normalus, o 52,9 proc. − per didelis KMI. 35-49 m. ir 50-64 m. amžiaus grupių respondentai daugiausia turi antsvorio, o 20-34 m. amžiaus grupėje KMI normalus. Nustatytas statistiškai reikšmingas vidutinio stiprumo ryšys tarp KMI ir amžiaus (p<0,001). Ryšys tarp KMI ir gaunamų pajamų buvo nustatytas statistiškai nereikš­mingas. Didėjant pajamoms, didėja ir KMI, vėliau KMI vertės stabilizuojasi, atlikto tyrimo atveju, KMI vertės sumažėja.

Abstract:
Far infrared (FIR)-based clothing may alleviate sleep disturbance. This study aimed to explore the effects of FIR-emitting pajamas on sleep quality. This was a pilot randomized, sham-controlled trial. Forty subjects with poor sleep quality were randomized to FIR-emitting-pajamas and sham-pajamas groups in a 1:1 ratio. The primary outcome measure was the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Other measures included the Insomnia Severity Index, and 7 day sleep diary, the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI), the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale. Outcomes were measured at baseline and weeks 2, 4, and 6. Both groups showed within-group improvements in the PSQI score, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. However, FIR-emitting pajamas appeared to perform better than sham pajamas in reducing the MFI-physical score, with large effect sizes at three time points (dppc2 = 0.958, 0.841, 0.896); however, the differences were statistically insignificant. The intervention compliance was satisfactory. The effects of FIR-emitting pajamas on sleep quality were not superior to those in the control group. However, these pajamas may improve physical fatigue in adults with poor sleep quality, which warrants further exploration.

Abstract:
The sales of pajama products on i_docraft have not yet leveraged data mining algorithms to analyze transactional data for optimizing sales. To avoid underperforming pajama models and determine which pajama models sell well, the utilization of the Apriori algorithm is necessary. The Apriori algorithm can discern these patterns based on transactional data. This study conducts a transactional data analysis using data mining with the Apriori algorithm. By employing this algorithm, the most frequently sold pajama products can be identified, allowing for prioritization of these models and the development of marketing strategies for other types of pajamas based on a comparison of their strengths and commonly high sales figures. The processed data yields associations rules for concurrently sold pajama items. Based on the results of the final association rules meeting both predetermined minimum support and confidence criteria, for instance, if a product with item code 7 (Cherrypie Nightdress) is purchased, then a product with item code 17 (3 in 1 Lotso Set) will likely be bought with a support value of 22.58% and a confidence value of 100%.

Abstract:
Straipsnyje nagrinėjami tam tikri epilepsija sergančių suaugusių asmenų (ESA) ekonominės padėties ir gyvenimo sąlygų aspektai. Tyrimo rezultatai rodo prastą ESA ekonominę padėtį: didelę sergančiųjų asmeninių pajamų diferenciaciją, menkas daugumos ESA asmenines pajamas, kurios sudaro reikšmingą dalį ESA namų ūkio pajamų. Ketvirtadalis tiriamųjų namų ūkių nurodė negalintys nusipirkti naujų drabužių, kas antras negalėjo pakeisti nusidėvėjusių baldų naujais, dešimtadalis negalėjo gerai maitintis. ESA pasižymi pareigingu mėnesinių komunalinių sąskaitų, būsto nuomos ir/ar paskolų kredito įmokų apmokėjimu, tačiau daugiau nei ketvirtadalis namų ūkių neturi reikiamų išteklių, kad galėtų sukaupti pinigų ateičiai, nenumatytiems atvejams, pensijai ar pan., 30 proc. epilepsija sergančiųjų iš turimų santaupų galėtų išgyventi daugiausia mėnesį.

Tyrimas atliktas 2014.12 – 2015.01 laikotarpiu. Buvo apklausinėjami 18 metų sulaukę respondentai. Anketa buvo duodama kas dešimtam pirmą kartą besikreipiančiam pacientui. Išdalinta 450 anketų, grąžinta užpildytų – 442 (atsako dažnis 98,2 proc.). Dauguma tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų (62,1 proc.), turinčių aukštąjį/neb. aukštąjį išsilavinimą, nei respondentų (1,8 proc.), turinčių nebaigtą vidurinį išsilavinimą, nurodė, kad buvo patenkinti Viešosios įstaigos Šeškinės poliklinikos (toliau – Poliklinika) Registratūros darbu. Daugiau specialistų, tarnautojų nei bedarbių, didesnes nei mažesnes pajamas gaunančių respondentų, nurodė, kad per dvejus metus poliklinikoje pagerėjo darbo organizavimas bei teikiamų paslaugų kokybė. Dauguma respondentų (39,6 proc.) konsultacijos pas šeimos gydytoją laukia 1-5 d. 48,1 proc. aukščiausio lygio vadovų nurodė, kad pas akių ligų gydytoją konsultacijos tenka laukti ilgiau kaip 30 dienų. Daugiausia specialistai, tarnautojai (58,3 proc.) nurodė, kad konsultacijos pas neurologą laukia 21-30 d., o dauguma pensininkų nurodė, kad vizito pas neurologą tenka laukti ilgiau kaip 30 d. (63,6 proc.). Daugiausia respondentų, gaunančių nuo 1001-1500 Lt. pajamų, nurodė, kad konsultacijos pas kardiologą laukia 11-20 d., mažiausiai taip teigė respondentai, kurių pajamos iki 500 Lt. Nustatyta, kad asmenys, turintys žemesnį išsilavinimą nei aukštasis/neb. aukštasis, 2,04 karto dažniau kreipiasi į administraciją dėl problemų, kilusių bendraujant su aptarnaujančiu personalu (OR=2,40; PI 95%= 1,27-4,56; p=0,003). 64,3 proc. respondentų nurodė, kad jiems Poliklinika priminė apie būsimą apsilankymą pas gydytoją SMS žinute. Daugiau nei pusė tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų (55,6 proc.) nurodė, kad Poliklinika jiems priminė apie profilaktikos programas.

Although Vilnius is the largest city of the republic, a centre of industry and culture, the largest Lithuanian administrative centre, where the most important political, financial, economic, social and cultural centres are located, nevertheless there are plenty of unemployed and socially supported persons.. The officially registered unemployment level n Vilnius for the time being does not exceed the average of the European Union. Compared to the structure of unemployment in other Lithuanian cities and their change indications, the situation in Vilnius is quite good, except for the fact that the number of the retired persons is growing. Recently in Vilnius the demand for Workforce is growing, yet qualification characteristics in many cases does not match the requirements of the vacant positions offered. Hence the structural changes in Labour Market, intensive development of new technologies have had significant influence on the competition in the dynamic market of people who have lost their jobs. The unemployment here affected certain social demographic groups of the inhabitants: the youth, and senior pre-retirement persons. Naturally, that a large part of the people failed or did not want to adapt to the new requirements, therefore unemployment became a poignant problem of the society. Tyrimo objektas – VSDF pajamas įtakojantys veiksniai. Tyrimo tikslas – išnagrinėjus socialinio draudimo pajamas įtakojančius veiksnius, įvertinti jų įtaką VSDF pajamoms. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Atliktus teorinę VSDF pajamas įtakojančių veiksnių ir jų vertinimo metodų analizę, išskirti pagrindinius veiksnius ir jiems įvertinti tinkamus vertinimo metodus; 2. Parengti veiksnių įtakos VSDF pajamoms vertinimo metodiką; 3. Nustatyti identifikuotų veiksnių reikšmingumą VSDF pajamoms; 4. Numatyti veiksnių kitimo tendencijų įtaką VSDF pajamoms ir pateikti pasiūlymus VSDF pajamų didinimui. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės ir periodinės literatūros bei teisės aktų analizė, sintezė, koreliacinė ir regresinė analizė, ekspertinė apklausa, grafinio vaizdavimo, dinamikos eilučių analizė, indukcijos ir dedukcijos bei modeliavimo. Tyrimo rezultatai: pirmojoje dalyje pateikiama teorinė analizė apie VSDF pajamas įtakojančius veiksnius bei išskiriami juos apibūdinantys rodikliai. Antrojoje dalyje yra parengta metodika, kaip identifikuoti VSDF pajamas įtakojančius veiksnius bei juos apibūdinančius rodiklius, parengta jų svarbumo įvertinimo metodika. Trečioje dalyje pritaikoma sukurta metodika, atliekami skaičiavimai bei vertinimai. Nustatomas veiksnių ir identifikuotų rodiklių reikšmingumas. Pagal sudarytus regresinius modelius ir kitus statistinius metodus atliekamos prognozės bei pateikiamos rekomendacijos, į kuriuos veiksnius ir rodiklius reikia atkreipti dėmesį, kad būtų padidintos VSDF pajamos.
The object of the research is the factors affecting SSIF’s revenue. The aim of the research is to analyze the factors affecting the social insurance revenue and to evaluate their impact on SSIF’s revenue. The objectives of the research: 1. To carry out the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting SSIF’s revenue and their evaluation of methods analysis, also to point out main factors and evaluate them in the appropriate methods. 2. To develop the methodology for evaluating the factors and the impact of their indicators on SSIF’s revenue; 3. To determine the significance of the identified factors for SSIF’s revenue; 4. To forecast the indicators’ change trends and to make suggestions on how to increase SSIF’s revenue. The research methods are the following: analysis of scientific and periodic literature and legal acts, correlation and regression analysis, expert survey, graphic depiction, dynamic line analysis, logical thinking, etc. The results of the research: in the first part the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting SSIF’s revenue is presented and the indicators that define those factors are identified. In the second part the methodology for identifying the factors affecting SSIF’s revenue and the indicators that define those factors and the methodology for evaluating their significance are developed. The goal of the present paper towards the Master‘s degree is to analyse whether the practice of applying the Law on Financial Social Support to Families (Lone Persons) with Low Income assures implementation of the objectives contained in it. The following objectives were set to attain the goal: 1. To study the theoretical grounds for rendering financial social support in Lithuania. 2. To study the methods for establishing the level of financial social support. 3. To study how the persons getting the financial social support evaluate Law on Financial Social Support to Families (Lone Persons) with Low Income. The paper includes the analysis of scientific references, laws, articles, reports delivered at conferences, Decisions of the Government on financial social support and poverty issues. The interviewing of the recipients of social support, those who have not received or receiving financial social support was carried out. Magistro darbe susistemintas teorinis savivaldybių finansinės struktūros, biudžeto sudarymo, finansinės atskaitomybės traktavimas, daugiau įsigilinta į savivaldybių biudžeto planavimo, tikslinimo ir vykdymo etapus, savivaldybių pajamų ir išlaidų analizės principus. Darbo teorinėje dalyje naudoti Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių mokslininkų darbai, straipsniai, tyrimai, neapseita ir be atitinkamų LR įstatymų, LR Vyriausybės nutarimų, LR finansų ministro įsakymų. Darbo praktinėje dalyje analizuoti 2002 – 2007 metų Šiaulių rajono savivaldybės tarybos sprendimai dėl biudžeto. Atliktos Šiaulių rajono savivaldybės biudžeto pajamų ir išlaidų dinaminė, struktūrinė, koreliacinė analizės. Patvirtinama autorės suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad savivaldybėms trūksta finansinio savarankiškumo, todėl formuojant pajamas ir vykdant asignavimus, reikšmingiausia tampa išorinių ekonominių veiksnių įtaka.
The budget of Siauliai district municipality, the processes of budget planning, correction and performance, the structure and dynamics of incomes and expenditure have been analyzed in this Master thesis. The analysis of scientific literature, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, acts and decisions of Siauliai district council are presented in the work. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the activities of municipal institutions have been evaluated. Works of Lithuanian and foreign authors on local self–government, municipality functions as well as an institutional structure of the municipality have been analyzed and systematized and a model institutional structure of the municipality in Lithuania has been presented and analyzed. The activities of Siauliai district municipality in the municipal general institutional system have been discussed in the work. Having done the analysis a conclusion was made that budgets formation in municipalities should be improved.

Abstract:
Šiame magistro baigiamajame darbe autorė nagrinėja atsakomybę už neteisingų duomenų apie pajamas, pelną ir turtą pateikimą mokesčių administratoriui. Teisinė atsakomybė nagrinėjama sistemingai analizuojant Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymus, poįstatyminius teisės aktus, bei LRKT, LVAT ir LAT jurisprudenciją. Autorė nagrinėja administracinę, mokestinę ir baudžiamąją atsakomybę už neteisingų duomenų pateikimą mokesčių administratoriui. Analizuojant nagrinėjamos veikos sudėtį, iškeliamos teisinės atsakomybės rūšių atribojimo problemos. Daroma vienareikšmė išvada, kad neteisingų duomenų pateikimas mokesčių administratoriui yra valingas mokesčio mokėtojo veikimas siekiant išvengti arba nuslėpti mokesčius. Teisinės atsakomybės rūšies taikymas glaudžiai siejasi su mokesčių mokėtojo pareiga bendradarbiauti su mokesčių administratoriumi, tai atskleista nagrinėjat administracinę ir mokestinę atsakomybę už neteisingų duomenų pateikimą mokesčių administratoriui. Baudžiamoji atsakomybė mokesčių mokėtojui kyla tik tada, jeigu mokesčių administratoriui buvo pateikiami žinomai neteisingi duomenys apie savo pelną, turtą ar pajamas, taip siekiant išvengti mokesčių. Baigiamajame darbe taip pat atsakoma į klausimus, kaip mokesčių administratorius vertina mokesčio mokėtojo pateiktus duomenis, kaip nustatoma ar mokesčio mokėtojo duomenys yra neteisingi bei kaip tokiu atveju apskaičiuojami mokesčiai. The author of the thesis deals with liability for submission of false data to tax administrator. The thesis is based on system analysis of laws and bye-laws of the Republic of Lithuania as well as case-law of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania, the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania and the Supreme Court of Lithuania. The author examines administrative, fiscal and criminal liability for submission of false data to tax administrator. The criteria used by tax administrator to determine whether the data submitted by a taxpayer is true are analyzed in the thesis. Also the methods of assessing tax base, when it is found that the data of a taxpayer is false, are comprehensively described. The conclusion is being drawn that submission of false data to tax administrator is a voluntary act of a taxpayer having an intention to avoid or conceal taxes. Application of type of legal liability is closely related to the duty of a taxpayer to cooperate with tax administrator; this is demonstrated by analyzing administrative and fiscal liability for submission of false data to tax administrator. The Holocaust has been increasingly represented in literature for young adults and children; this representation often makes use of alternative forms of narrative. For example, the young adult texts Briar Rose, by Jane Yolen, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, by John Boyne, and The Book Thief, by Markus Zusak, use the forms of the fairy tale, the fable, and a very unique narrator, respectively, to represent the Holocaust in narrative. This thesis uses Theresa Rogers’ identification of spaces of the Holocaust to show which spaces are represented in each text, and Rick Altman’s theory of narrative to discuss how the narratives function in relation to the framing and following-patterns used.

Darbo teorinėje dalyje išanalizuoti moksliniai darbai ir straipsniai nagrinėjantys gyventojų pajamų mokestį ir jį įtakojančius veiksnius. Tiriamojoje darbo dalyje išskirti pagrindiniai veiksniai įtakojantys gyventojų pajamų mokesčio pokytį, sudarytas modelis įplaukų iš gyventojų pajamų mokesčio prognozavimui. Taip pat atlikta išsami šių veiksnių analizė, atskleistos savivaldybių galimybės juos įtakoti, įvertintas gyventojų darbo pajamų netolygumas ir gyventojų pajamų mokesčio galimybės šį netolygumą mažinti. Trečioje darbo dalyje analizuojamas Šiaulių miesto ir Šiaulių rajono savivaldybių įplaukų pokytis iš gyventojų pajamų mokesčio ir šių savivaldybių galimybės įtakoti šį pokytį. Siūloma savivaldybėms skatinti inovacijų diegimą, teikiant įmonėms mokestines ir kitokias lengvatas.
The influence of change in personal income tax to revenues of municipal budget and factors influencing such changes is analyzed in this paper for Master‘s degree. Literature analysis reviews researches and papers covering personal income tax and factors influencing it. After the literature analysis the study on main factors that have influence on changes in personal income tax has been carried out and model for forecasting revenue from personal income tax has been constructed. In addition, the possibilities of municipalities to influence changes in revenues from personal income tax has been studied as well. Finally, the inequality of labor income in population and the possibilities to decrease this inequality through personal income tax has been evaluated. In the third part of the paper, changes in revenues from personal income tax of Siauliai city and Siauliai district municipal budgets is analyzed, evaluating possibilities of these municipalities to influence these changes. Suggestions to promote innovations through tax exemptions and other advantages is provided in this paper.

Netinkamai nustatytos sąskaitų korespondencijos neįmanoma aptikti neišnagrinėjus atitinkamų pirminių apskaitos dokumentų. Dėl klaidų duomenys gali būti labai iškraipyti. O neteisingus sprendimus gali priimti ne tik investuotojai, kredito institucijos, kiti verslo partneriai, bet ir įmonės valdytojai. While restructuring financial accounting in accordance to International Accounting Standards requirements was confirmed the order of expenditure and income accounting recognition. But some points of the order are discrepant or hardly implemented in the practice. So in this paper the subject of research is expenditure and income. Incomes – the economics benefit increase through period under review incomes or assets increase form or decrease debts, trough increase property. Incomes have to be acknowledge, registrate and present in the accounting, when commodity sold, or total incomes can be reliable estimate. The trade book-keepers want to know parts of incomes. For that incomes have to be accumulated by the kinds. For that we use 5 class synthetic accountants. Expenditure – the reduction of economic benefits as a result of consumption, sale, loss or reduction in value of assets or assumption of liabilities during the reporting period resulting in the reduction of equity, other than its direct reduction. Costs are recognized on accrual and comparison basis in the reporting period during which the related income is earned, regardless of the time of spending the money. Recognized as costs is only that part of expenses of the previous and reporting periods, which is related with income earned during the reporting period. Patients with reduced mobility resulting from physical/motor impairments, or even as a result of prolonged stays in hospital beds, are prone to various changes in their human body systems, namely the development of wounds, which can quickly evolve into pressure ulcers. Clothing (pajamas) as an essential item for users, will be in direct contact with the skin, also for long periods. The posture adopted in the different resting positions will influence the interaction between body and clothing, which, consequently, will have an effect on the users’ bodies. Understanding these body changes, meaning the changes in anthropometric measurements according to the adopted posture, is relevant in the product development phase. The objective of this study is to investigate and develop a typology of functional hospital clothing for the prevention of pressure ulcers, adapted to users with reduced mobility, which is able to respond to needs in terms of anthropometry, ergonomics, comfort, and usability. Through the virtual simulation of the 3D CAD system CLO 3D, the behavior of the fabric in relation to the body and the forces of tension, compression, adjustment, and pressure points were evaluated using visual resources.

Abstract:
Kiekvieno verslo pajamos priklauso nuo paklausos, kurią lemia vienas iš veiksnių – vartotojų lojalumas. Mokslininkai intensyviai tiria vartotojų lojalumą jau nuo 1990 m. Atsirandant naujoms technologijoms, verslas įgyja naują formą, todėl atsiranda lojalumas virtualioje erdvėje, kurio nagrinėjimo pradžia siejama su interneto ir kompiuterinės technikos prieinamumu bei e. verslo modelių pradžia. Straipsnio tikslas yra atlikti vartotojų lojalumo virtualioje erdvėje teorinę analizę. Šis straipsnis tiria vartotojų lojalumo lygius ir veiksnius virtualioje erdvėje ir lygina e. komercijos ir e. paslaugų lojalumo modelius. Metodologija apima teorinę atliktų mokslininkų tyrimų analizę, kuri parodė, jog svarbiausi vartotojų lojalumo veiksniai elektroninėje erdvėje yra vartotojo pasitenkinimas ir pasitikėjimas pardavėju. Šio straipsnio aktualumas pasižymi tuo, jog galimas praktinis pagrindinių lojalumo veiksnių tyrimas ateityje.

Abstract:
Straipsnyje siekiama ištirti, kaip galima pasiekti ir išlaikyti vartotojų lojalumą grožio ir sveikatos prekėms per socialinių tinklų prizmę. Nors yra nemažai tyrimų apie vartotojų lojalumą, tačiau tyrimų kiekis vertinant vartotojų lojalumą per socialinių tinklų erdvę yra labai ribotas. Ištirtoje literatūroje aptariama, kad vien klientų pirkimas nėra geriausias ilgalaikės sėkmės būdas, taip pat svarbu sukurti vertę vartotojams. Šiame tyrime pateikiami vartotojų lojalumo santykiai su įmone per socialinių tinklų erdvę, nagrinėjamas vartotojų elgesys ir prekės ženklo naudojimosi internete priežastys. Tyrimui naudojami ekspertinio vertinimo ir TOPSIS metodai. Tyrimų rezultatais aktyvus įmonės sekimas socialiniuose tinkluose stimuliuoja vartotojų lojalumą, pasitikėjimą ir pajamų apyvartą. Tyrime yra neišvengiami apribojimai. Apibendrinti rezultatai ateityje gali tapti nesvarbūs dėl technologijos pokyčių. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad socialinių tinklų svetainės yra naujas reiškinys, galimi tolesni tyrimai.
