Abstract:

Työn jatkuva muutos yhdessä elinikäisen oppimisen ajattelun kanssa korostaa yksilön oikeutta, mutta myös velvollisuutta oppimiseen, itsensä kehittämiseen ja kouluttautumiseen. Kun työstä, oppimisesta ja koulutuksesta on ollut puhe, äänessä ovat olleet lähinnä edelläkävijät, menestyjät, asiantuntijat ja kehittämishankkeet. Teollinen työ sinänsä tai sen työntekijät ovat jääneet katveeseen. Sirpa Mäkisen artikkelissa ääneen pääsevät tehdastyöläiset tuottamaan moniulotteisemman kuvan ihmisestä työssä, koulutuksen merkityksistä ja oppimisen mahdollisuudesta, oikeudesta ja pakosta kuin mitä työelämään kohdistunut kasvatustieteellinen tutkimus on tähän mennessä piirtänyt. – Artikkeli perustuu kirjoittajan väitöskirjaan Oppiminen marginaalissa : pitkittäistutkimus tekstiilitehtaan työntekijöistä (Tampereen yliopisto 2005).

Publikuojamas L. H. Morgano veikalo „Senovės visuomenė“ skyriaus vertimas. Naujausieji ankstyvosios žmonių būklės tyrinėjimai leidžia manyti, kad žmonija pradėjo savo veiklą nuo pačios žemiausios raidos pakopos ir prasiskynė kelią iš laukinės būklės į civilizaciją, lėtai kaupdama patyrimą. Žmogus sukūrė dvi pagrindines valdymo formas: gimininę socialinę, kuri sudaro visuomenę, ir politinę, kuri sudaro valstybę. Pirmoji remiasi asmenimis ir giminyste, o antroji – teritorija ir nuosavybe. Pirmoji yra senovės visuomenės, antroji – šiuolaikinės, arba civilizuotos, visuomenės valdymo forma. Nagrinėjami namų institutai žmonijos raidoje. Teigiama, kad nuosavybės idėja formavosi lėtai, atsirado laukinės būklės periode. Autorius išskiria etninius periodus: 1) Žemutinė laukinės būklės pakopa; 2) vidurinė laukinės būklės pakopa; 3) aukštutinė laukinės būklės pakopa; 4) žemutinė barbarybės pakopa; 5) vidurinė barbarybės pakopa; 6) aukštutinė barbarybės pakopa; 7) civilizacijos pakopa. Šis skyrimas leidžia traktuoti kiekvieną atskirą visuomenę pagal jos santykinės pažangos būklę ir laikyti ją savarankiško tyrimo objektu.

Abstract:

Pakoba Merah (Syzygium sp) merupakan tumbuhan endemik daerah Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak buah pakoba merah (Syzygium sp). Proses identifikasi dilakukan dengan ekstraksi dan uji fitokimia Dari hasil screening fitokimia didapatkan hasil ekstrak buah Pakoba merah mengandung senyawa fenol, terpen, steroid dan flavonoid. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui secara jelas aktivitas dan struktur senyawa aktif dari ektrak buah pakoba merah.

Abstract:

This thesis discusses "Application of the Recitation Method in the New Normal Period in Social Studies Subject Class V SDN Inpres Pakowa Banggai Regency. The main research problems are the application process of the recitation method in social studies subjects for a fifth-grade student at SDN Inpres Pakowa Banggai Regency during the new-normal period. Together with factors that hinder the implementation recitation method in social studies subjects class V SDN Inpres Pakowa Banggai Regency in the "new normal" period. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the recitation method to social studies subjects for class V at SDN Inpres Pakowa, Banggai Regency during the new-normal period and to find out the inhibiting factors for implementing the recitation method in the new-normal period in social studies subjects for class V at SDN Inpres Pakowa, Banggai Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research by describing information data based on facts (facts) obtained in the field. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to describe the learning process at SDN Inpres Pakowa, Banggai Regency during the new-normal period, especially in class V at SDN Inpres Pakowa. The research result shows that SDN Inpres Pakowa applies one of the learning methods to assist the continuity of learning, namely the recitation method or what is known as the assignment method. The learning process was implemented offline at SDN Inpres Pakowa during the new-normal period. The application of the recitation method was carried out by dividing two groups into one class consisting of 14 people divided into 7th people per group. There are inhibiting factors in the new-normal period, namely learning inhibiting factors, lack of learning resources, and weaknesses in applying the recitation method.

Abstract:

Special area of conservation of the Natura 2000 Pakoslaw includes peat bog (about 400 ha) and forest fragment on a neighboring hill nature reserve (28.55 ha). There are 4 species of plants: <em>Adenophora liliifolia, Ligularia sibirica, Liparis loeselii, Ostericum palustre</em> and several types of natural habitats, among others: wet meadows, transitional peat-bog, thermophilous oak forest, which requires the protection of the European Union Habitats Directive. In the peat bog flora, numbering 296 species, are present glacial relicts. The aim of study was to investigate the current status of flora and vegetation and the direction and pace of change as the basis for the active protection. This paper describes the geological, hydrological and anthropogenic environmental factors and their impact on the flora and plant communities. Particular attention was paid to accelerate the process of secondary and progressive ecological succession during the last 50 years, resulting in displacement of grasses and sedges communities willow thickets and later by alder swamp forest. Species and natural habitats of the site are threatened and need to improve their conservation status.

Abstract:

Maatalouden rakennekehityspaineet jatkuvat kovina. Samalla yksittäisten tilojen investoinnit ovat myös selvästi suurentuneet. Myös tuotantoteknologia kehittyy, mutta siitä huolimatta oma työpanos ei välttämättä riitä kasvavilla tiloilla. Se pakottaa maatalousyrittäjät miettimään vaihtoehtoisia tapoja organisoida tilan tuotanto ja työvoiman käyttö. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään, millaisia toiminnallisia muutoksia maatiloilla tehdään rakennekehityksen myötä. Pääpaino on vieraan työvoiman ja ostopalveluiden käytön muutosten tarkastelussa. Tutkimusaineistona on laaja viljelijäkysely. Itse tekemisen perinne suomalaisessa maataloudessa on hyvin vahva. Lähes neljännes tiloista tekee kaikki työt itse. Vieraan työvoiman palkkaus on suhteellisen vähäistä eikä yhteistyön ja ostopalveluiden käytölläkään säästetä omaa työtä pääsääntöisesti kuin muutamia päiviä. Itse tekeminen on yleisintä niillä tiloilla, joilla yksi tai kaksi henkilöä työllistyy päätoimisesti. Jos tila tarjoaa viljelijälle tai puolisolle vain osa-aikaisesti työtä, vierailla teetetyn työn osuus on suurempi. Keskimääräinen oman työn osuus on työstä riippuen 50-90 %. Yleisintä rahtityön teettäminen on kuivauksessa, puinnissa ja lannanlevityksessä. Itse tekeminen on yleisintä puolestaan muokkaus- ja kylvötöissä. Tilanne on kuitenkin muuttumassa, sillä viiden vuoden päässä kyselyajankohdasta itse tehdyn työn osuuden arvioitiin olevan 15-20 % vähäisempi. Sekä yhteistyön että ostopalveluiden käytön arvioidaan lisääntyvän etenkin isoilla tiloilla. Pienet tilat sen sijaan jatkavat liki entiseen malliin. Isoilla tiloilla ostopalvelujen käytön tärkeimmät syyt ovat oman ajan puute ja työhuippujen tasaaminen. Pienillä tiloilla taasen ei kannata hankkia omia koneita. Yhteistyöllä saavutetaan kustannussäästöjä mutta siihen, mikä on varsinkin suurilla kotieläintiloilla rajoittavin tekijä eli oma työ, sillä ei voida paljoakaan vaikuttaa. Sen ongelman ratkaisee vasta urakoitsijoiden käyttö ja töiden ulkoistaminen. Jo nyt myös vierasta työvoimaa palkattaisiin enemmän, jos siihen olisi taloudellisia mahdollisuuksia. Tosin myös ammattitaitovaatimukset ovat koventuneet eikä maatalous tunnu houkuttelevan nuoria alalle alhaisen palkkatason takia. Tiloilla on valmiutta myös yhteistyöhön toisten tilojen kanssa vieraan työvoiman palkkaamisessa. Rakennekehityksen myötä viljelijöiden täytyy jatkossa tehdä entistä tarkemmin valintoja siitä, mitä kannattaa tehdä itse, mitä kannattaa teettää vieraalla, ja mitä toimintoja kannattaa ulkoistaa. Yksi iso tulevaisuuden haaste on, miten työssä jaksaminen hoidetaan tilakoon kasvaessa etenkin suurilla kotieläintiloilla. Ulkoistaminen ja varsinkin yhteistyön lisääminen voivat olla vain osittaisratkaisuja. Sen takia mahdollisuudet vieraan työvoiman palkkaamiseen vaikkapa mahdollisten tukitoimenpiteiden avulla on kartoittava tarkkaan. Tämä olisi tärkeää etenkin nuorten tuotantoonsa investoineiden viljelijöiden tiloilla, joilla ei välttämättä muutoin ole mahdollisuuksia palkata työvoimaa.

Abstract:

The Municipality of Pakostane is well known for the immense beauty of its landscapes and the manifold features of its natural environment. This is where the Nature Park of Lake Vransko can be found, together with the island of Vrgada, the gateway to the Kornati Islands. The towns of Pakostane and Drage are the tourism gems of the Municipality. Unfortunately throughout its tourism development, the Municipality has failed to fully valorize its competitive advantages. The Club Mediterranne is regarded as the initiator and generator of change. Scenic spots alone can no longer sufficiently motivate tourist arrivals. What is needed is a concrete development strategy, based on innovated marketing, which will help to form a new tourist product and a recognisable identity. In creating a year-round offer, it is essential to activate all possibilities of tourism development through new elements of the offer. With improved transport routes (newly constructed motorway) and a new tourism policy, Pakostane could become the tourist hit of Dalmatia.

Abstract:

In this research the potential of Pakoba leaf extract to be used as antioxidant and skin whitening (anti-melanogenic agent) is investigated. The antioxidant activity of Pakoba leaves were studied using DPPH method and the result showed that the 80 percent methanol crude extract has strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of 22.66 ± 1.02 μg/ml. The aqueous fraction of the sample has an IC50 value of 53.30 ± 1.42 μg/ml, followed by n-butanol fraction (53.63 ± 1.45 μg/ml) and chloroform fraction (511.54 ± 1.59 μg/ml). The anti-melanogenic activity of the crude methanol extract showed IC50 value of 316.56 ± 11.04 μg/ml. Thus, it isconcluded that crude extract of Pakoba leaves shows good potential as the antioxidant source although it does not show good anti- melanogenic activity.
