In literature, the role of institutions in stimulating FDI inflows has been documented. This study examined the contributions of two institutional-quality variables, regulatory quality and the rule of law, in attracting FDI in the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Abstract:
This study aims to explore the validity of environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis in case of Central Asian countries. For this purpose, annual data of selected countries for the period 1993-2018 was utilized. The existence of this hypothesis has been evaluated by employing panel ARDL (autoregressive distributed lags) model. The findings indicate the validity of the N-shaped EKC hypothesis in the case of the Central Asian countries. Moreove
