Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Coffee Shop, especially Triple Seven Pangkalpinang, through social media. Abstract:

Kota Pangkalpinang merupakan salah satu kota yang jumlah sampahnya meningkat setiap tahun. Jumlah sampah terus bertambah seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Kota Pangkalpinang mengumpulkan 150 hingga 200 ton sampah dari warga setiap hari, sedangkan TPA seluas 2,5 hektar dengan jumlah penduduk lebih dari 250.000 jiwa telah melebihi kapasitasnya. Selain itu, jika fasilitas ini tidak dioperasikan secara maksimal, Kota Pangkalpinang akan kesulitan dalam memenuhi tugas pengelolaan sampahnya. Akibatnya, sampah menumpuk dan menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat.
