Abstract:
OBJETIVO: Avaliar os efeitos do omeprazol e do pantoprazol sobre a regeneração hepática após hepatectomia parcial. MÉTODOS: Cinqüenta e oito ratos Wistar machos foram divididos em 4 grupos: Grupo SHAM, Grupo HP, Grupo PANTO e Grupo OMEP. Eles foram submetidos a hepatectomia parcial de 67% (Grupos HP, PANTO e OMEP) ou laparotomia (Grupo SHAM). Os fígados foram removidos 32 e 56 horas após a operação. Depois, os animais foram sacrificados. Em todos os grupos, as substâncias (solução salina, omeprazol e pantoprazol) foram aplicadas diariamente a partir do momento em que foram operados até o sacrifício. RESULTADOS: O índice de mitose no Grupo SHAM não foi significativo. Trinta e duas horas após a hepatectomia, a contagem de mitoses foi de 1,2 ± 1,09 para o Grupo HP, 1,2 ± 1,6 para o Grupo OMEP e 2,6 ± 3,2 para o Grupo PANTO. Na análise após 56 horas, os valores foram 1,6 ± 0,89 para o HP, 2 ± 1,8 para o OMEP e 2,6 ± 0,54 para o PANTO. Esses resultados não foram estatisticamente significativos. CONCLUSÃO: O omeprazol e o pantoprazol, agentes inibidores da bomba de prótons (H+, K+-ATPase), não interferem na regeneração hepática 32 e 56 horas após hepatectomia parcial a 67% em ratos.

Abstract:
Pantothenic acid, also called vitamin B5, is an essential nutrient involved in several metabolic pathways. It shows a characteristic preference for interacting with Ca(II) ions, which are abundant in the extracellular media and act as secondary mediators in the activation of numerous biological functions. The bare deprotonated form of pantothenic acid, [panto-H]−, its complex with Ca(II) ion, [Ca(panto-H)]+, and singly charged micro-hydrated calcium pantothenate [Ca(panto-H)(H2O)]+ adduct have been obtained in the gas phase by electrospray ionization and assayed by mass spectrometry and IR multiple photon dissociation spectroscopy in the fingerprint spectral range. Quantum chemical calculations at the B3LYP(-D3) and MP2 levels of theory were performed to simulate geometries, thermochemical data, and linear absorption spectra of low-lying isomers, allowing us to assign the experimental absorptions to particular structural motifs. Pantothenate was found to exist in the gas phase as a single isomeric form showing deprotonation on the carboxylic moiety. On the contrary, free and monohydrated calcium complexes of deprotonated pantothenic acid both present at least two isomers participating in the gas-phase population, sharing the deprotonation of pantothenate on the carboxylic group and either a fourfold or fivefold coordination with calcium, thus justifying the strong affinity of pantothenate for the metal.

O objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar os efeitos da suplementação estratégica durante o período pré-parto sobre o desempenho produtivo, status nutricional e metabólico de vacas de corte mantidas em pastagens de Brachiaria decumbens. Foram utilizadas 44 vacas Nelore pluríparas gestantes (± 230 dias), com peso médio inicial de 541 ± 19 Kg e escore de condição corporal (ECC) de 5,5 ± 1,7 distribuídas em delineamento inteiramente casualizado com dupla estrutura de erro. A suplementação foi fornecida durante o último terço de gestação (60 dias pré-parto) e consistiam de quatro tratamentos, 0; 0,5; 1,0 e 1,5 kg/suplemento/animal/dia, formulado para conter 20% de proteína bruta (PB). As avaliações estatísticas foram conduzidas por intermédio do procedimento MIXED do SAS (versão 9.4) adotando-se α = 0,10. Não houve efeito (P > 0,10) da suplementação pré-parto sobre os valores de GMDpré,PCp, ECCp, PCnasc, GMDpós, PCf, PCbez 45 e ECCf. Notou-se efeito quadrático (P<0,10) da suplementação sobre as variáveis de consumo de MS total, MS de pasto, MO, MOD, PB, FDNcp, FDND . Não houve diferença significativa (P>0,10) no consumo de FDNi. Assim como para as respectivas ingestões em g/kg de peso corporal. Foi observado efeito linear (P<0,10) para o coeficiente de digestibilidade de PB:MOD. E efeito quadrático (P<0,10) sobre o coeficiente de digestibilidade da MO, MOD, PB e FDNcp. A PL4% apresentou interação tratamento dia (P<0,10). Gordura, proteína, sólidos totais e lactose não apresentaram diferença entre os tratamentos (P>0,10). No período pré-parto não foram observadas diferenças significativas (P>0,10) para os níveis séricos de Gli, Col Total, Trig, Prot T, Alb, Glob, βOHB e NEFA. O NUS presentou efeito quadrático (P>0,10). Na avaliação do período pós-parto a Gli e a P4 apresentaram efeito linear. Não foram observadas diferenças significativas para NUS, Col Total, Trig, Prot T, Alb, Glob, Nefa e βOHB. Foi verificado efeito do dia da coleta (P>0,10) sobre todos os metabólitos analisados. Houve interação (P<0,10) entre o tratamento e dia da coleta para os níveis plasmáticos de NUS, Col Total e Alb. A suplementação em baixos níveis, durante os últimos 60 dias pré-parto, para vacas em adequada condição corporal proporciona maior aporte de nutrientes, maior produção de leite e maior persistência na curva de lactação. A suplementação no pré-parto proporciona maiores níveis de progesterona aos 45 dias pós-parto, e indica retorno à atividade ovariana.
The objective of this study was evaluate the effects of strategic supplementation in prepartum on the productive performance, nutritional and metabolic status of beef cows kept on pastures of Brachiaria decumbens. Forty-Four pregnant Nelore cows 230 days were used, mean initial 541 ± 19 Kg weight of and body condition score (BCS) 5,5 ±1,7 of distributed in a completely randomized design with double error structure. Supplementation was provided during the last third of gestation (60 days prepartum) and consisted of four treatments 0; 0,5; 1,0 e 1,5 kg/supplement/day, formulated to contain 20% crude protein (CP). Statistical evaluations were conducted using the SAS MIXED procedure (version 9.4), using α = 0.10. There was no effect (P>0,10) of prepartum supplementation on the values of ADGpré, BWp, BCSp, BWbirth, ADGpós, BWf, BW45 and BCSf. Quadratic effect of supplementation on intake variables (P<0,10) of DMT, DMP, OM, OMD, CP, NDFap and NDFD. There was no significant differences (P>0,10) in prepartum supplementation on the intake of NDFi. As well as the respective intakes in g/kg body weight. There were linear effect (P<0,10) for relationship CP:OMD . Quadratic effect (P<0,10) in the digestibility of CP, OM, OMD and NDFap. The MP4% presented interaction between treatment and day (P<0,10). Fat, protein, total solids and lactose presented no difference between treatments (P>0,10). In the prepartum period, there were no significant differences (P>0,10) for glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, total proteins, albumin, globulin, βOHB, NEFA. The SUN presented a quadratic effect (P<0,10). In the evaluation of the postpartum period the glucose and P4 presented linear effect (P<0,10). No significant differences were observed for SUN, total cholesterol, triglycerides, total proteins, albumin, globulin, NEFA e βOHB. The effect of the day of collection (P<0,10) on all analyzed metabolites was verified. There was interaction (P<0,10) between treatment and day of collection for plasma levels of de SUN, total cholesterol and albumin. Low-level supplementation during the last 60 days pre-calving for cows in adequate body condition provides greater nutrient intake, higher milk yield and greater persistence in the lactation curve. Esta tese é uma etnografia das práticas de autoatenção relativas à gestação, ao parto e ao pós-parto entre os índios Munduruku da Terra Indígena Kwatá-Laranjal, Município de Borba, Amazonas, Brasil. A observação participante foi o eixo central na condução da pesquisa. Procurou-se destacar as especificidades dos saberes Munduruku em um contexto de pluralidade de formas de atenção à saúde. Ao abordar as práticas de autoatenção na gestação, parto e pós-parto, verificou-se que as mulheres Munduruku articularam os saberes indígenas com práticas biomédicas de atenção à saúde, por exemplo, no acompanhamento do pré-natal e em exames junto às equipes de saúde biomédicas, como também respeitando prescrições indígenas relativas às dietas alimentares, banhos, pegar barriga, puxar a mãe do corpo, resguardo, entre outras práticas que interferem diretamente na produção do corpo e da pessoa Munduruku. A etnografia aponta para a construção social do corpo do bebê no interior de relações afetivas inerentes ao grupo primário, como as que se observam no grupo familiar, através de esforços coletivos e individuais de cuidado e apoio mútuo. Em contraste com a abordagem morfogênica presente nas práticas biomédicas de controle do pré-natal, a continuidade de performances das relações afetivas constituem a saúde da mãe, do pai e do bebê para os Munduruku. Deste modo, cumprir ou não determinadas prescrições pode afetar a saúde dos pais e das crianças e impactar sobre o desenvolvimento de uma pessoa, cujas habilidades e capacidades são produzidas desde a gestação. Sob esta perspectiva, pode-se sublinhar a centralidade das motivações pragmáticas como um fator que transpassa as práticas de autoatenção à gestação, parto e pós-parto. A etnografia das práticas de autoatenção à gestação, parto e pós-parto também permitiu compreender o campo de relações cosmopolíticas em que os atores sociais se engajaram ao vivenciar esses processos. Evidentemente, esse engajamento ocorre a partir da cosmografia praticada pelos Munduruku, a qual, pelo se caráter sui generis, está inserida em um contexto histórico, geográfico e social, em que não se pode ignorar a pluralidade médica e de relações interétnicas, marcadas por subjetividades e intencionalidades diversas, algumas vezes convergentes, outras não. Espera-se, assim, contribuir com subsídios para a reflexão crítica sobre as políticas oficiais de atenção à saúde10indígena, especialmente sobre a necessidade de uma atenção diferenciada, em um campo social ainda não consolidado, ou seja, em constante reconstrução.

Abstract : This dissertation is an ethnography on the self-care practices related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the post-partum period among the Munduruku indigenous people, from the Kwatá-Laranjal Indigenous Territory, in the Municipality of Borba, Amazonas, Brazil. The central axis for the development of this research was participatory observation. We attempted to highlight the specificities of the Munduruku knowledge in the context of a plurality of ways to provide health care. When approaching self-care practices related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the post-partum period, we realized the Munduruku women have connected indigenous knowledge with healthcare biomedical practices, such as, prenatal care and follow-up exams along with the biomedical teams, while also respecting indigenous prescriptions regarding diets, baths, being with child, pulling the mother from the body, confinement, among other practices that interfere directly with the creation of the Munduruku?s body and person. This ethnography points out to the social construction of the baby?s body within the relations of affection that are inherent to the primary group, such as those observed in the family group, through collective and individual efforts to promote mutual support and care. In contrast with the morphogenic approach found in prenatal control biomedical practices, the continuity of performances related to such relations of affection constitute the health of the mother, the father, and the baby for the Munduruku people. Complying or not with some prescriptions may affect both the parents and children's health and have an impact on the development of a person, whose abilities and skills begin to be shaped during pregnancy. Under this perspective, we can stress the centrality of pragmatic motivations as a factor that overcomes self-care practices on pregnancy, childbirth and the post-partum period. The ethnography of the self-care practices related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the post-partum period has also allowed us to understand the field of the cosmopolitical relations these social players have engaged in while experiencing these processes. Obviously, such engagement takes place from the cosmography practiced by the Munduruku, which, due to its sui generis character, is included in a historical, geographical, and social context, in which one cannot ignore the medical plurality and inter-ethnic relations,12characterized by several subjectivities and intentionalities, which sometimes are converging, while some other times are not. We thus hope to contribute with subsidies for a critical consideration of official healthcare policies for the indigenous people, especially regarding the need for customized care, in a social field that is yet to be identified, that is, which is under constant reconstruction.

Abstract:
This work has as its object the speeches about childbirth studied from the analysis of discourse. Using speeches about childbirth as relays for public policies and between technicians and users of the health system in Aracaju, social movements and the humanization of childbirth step to formulate the question: were the modes of naturalization in childbirth practices reflecting modeling conduct, production of stereotypies and determinism in the effects of this experience? The goal is to study how the disciplining and control bodies traverse the speeches on labor and the extent to which discourses about childbirth presented as progressive or liberating subdues can produce. To this end, the article shows a brief genealogy of the birth, the trajectory of their practices, biopolitical crossings and State policies, and discuss and give visibility to the affective, economic, aesthetic, ecological implications. The trajectory analysis ends up unfolding the relationship between the proposed humanized labor and the emergence of a pedagogy of childbirth and pregnancy anchored in the role of Doula. The research method is based on the concepts of institutional analysis implication and superimplication, regarded to research on the implications of the research are considered the essence of scientific work.
O presente trabalho tem como objeto os discursos sobre o parto estudado a partir da análise do discurso. Utilizando os discursos sobre o parto tal como se veicula pelas políticas públicas e entre técnicos e usuários do sistema de saúde em Aracaju, e pelos movimentos sociais de humanização do parto passo a formular a questão: estariam os modos de naturalização nas práticas de parto refletindo modelação de condutas, produção de estereotipias e determinismos nos efeitos dessa experiência? O objetivo é estudar de que forma a disciplinarização e/ou o controle dos corpos atravessam os discursos sobre o parto e em que medida os discursos sobre o parto apresentados como progressistas ou libertadores podem produzir assujeitamentos. Para tanto, o texto percorre uma breve genealogia do parto, a trajetória de suas práticas, atravessamentos biopolíticos e das políticas de Estado, além de discutir e dar visibilidade às implicações afetivas, econômicas, estéticas, ecológicas. A trajetória da análise acaba desdobrando as relações entre a proposta de parto humanizado e a emergência de uma pedagogia do parto e da gestação ancorada na função da Doula. O método da pesquisa se baseia nos conceitos da análise institucional de implicação e sobreimplicação que se refere à pesquisa em que as implicações do pesquisador são consideradas como o essencial do trabalho científico.

Este estudo convergente-assistencial teve por objetivo implementar uma proposta assistencial com enfoque na Teoria da Diversidade e Universalidade do Cuidado Cultural de Madeleine Leininger, junto ao casal/RN no processo de parir. Foi desenvolvido na Maternidade do Hospital Universitário da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, de junho a agosto de 1999. A clientela foi composta por três casais, os quais esperavam o segundo e o terceiro filho, cujo parto anterior foi na posição horizontal, residentes em Florianópolis - SC. A ambientalização, o cuidado no pré-parto, o cuidado no parto, o cuidado no pós-parto imediato e a entrevista, foram às etapas do caminho metodológico traçado. Já na ambientalização e durante os passos seguintes a enfermeira foi conhecendo as percepções, experiências e crenças do casal com relação aos momentos que antecedem a internação, ao pré-parto, parto e pós-parto, o que possibilitou a manutenção, acomodação e repadronização do cuidado. A repadronização da posição de parir para a posição vertical ocorreu com dois casais, no terceiro casal foi realizada a manutenção da posição horizontal respeitando-se as crenças, a experiência do parto anterior, as informações compartilhadas no pré-natal da parturiente com seus familiares. O cuidado prestado aconteceu de várias formas e estas foram denominadas de: cuidado de ambientalização, cuidado presente, cuidado investigativo, cuidado vigilante, cuidado explicativo, cuidado integrativo, cuidado relacional, cuidado vincular, cuidado educativo, cuidado de apoio, cuidado de estímulo, cuidado respeitoso, cuidado obstétrico, cuidado igualitário e linear, cuidado impositivo, cuidado familiar, cuidado interdisciplinar, cuidado solidário, cuidado avaliativo. Todas essas formas de cuidado foram parte integrante do cuidado cultural, ou seja, o conjunto das diversas formas de cuidado compuseram o cuidado cultural durante o processo de parir. Este estudo remeteu a muitas reflexões a respeito da influência da cultura na vida destes casais e o reflexo destas no processo de parir, sendo contribuições valiosas para a prática de cuidado em enfermagem obstétrica.

Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėti dabartinę Lietuvos pašto veiklą ir susieti jos kitimo tendencijas su tradicinio pašto, kaip komunikacijos rūšies, ateities galimybėmis. Darbo uždaviniai: aptarti esminius Lietuvos pašto raidos etapus, įvertinti veiklos efektyvumo kitimą (orientaciniai etapai - darbas iki ir po tapimo akcine bendrove) ir paslaugų perspektyvas; remiantis pastarųjų metų pasiekimais, išanalizuoti bendrovės pasirengimą rinkos liberalizacijai ir nubrėžti būsimo darbo konkurencinėmis sąlygomis gaires; remiantis ryšių reguliavimo institucijos apklausomis bei savarankiško kiekybinio tyrimo pagalba ištirti vartotojų nuomonę ir lūkesčius, susijusius su bendrove ir pašto paslaugomis; identifikuoti pašto sektoriaus kaitos priežastis ir pamodeliuoti galimas pasekmes bei ateities tendencijas. Naudojantis aprašomaisiais, lyginamaisiais ir statistiniais metodais bei palyginimais, atlikus publikuotos ir nepublikuotos literatūros, oficialių įstatymų, teisės aktų, pranešimų spaudai, ryšių pramonės dokumentų analizę, paaiškėjo, kad kinta tradicinio pašto paslaugų pobūdis ir apimtys, tačiau jos iš ryšių pramonės nesitraukia, nepaisant didelio elektroninių paslaugų spaudimo. Išnagrinėjus Lietuvos pašto atvejį, padaryta išvada, kad bendrovė po juridinio statuso pakeitimo į akcinę bendrovę dirba pakankamai sėkmingai, daug dėmesio skirdama artėjančiai rinkos liberalizacijai, kas skatina... Postal sector as a part of communications industry is undergoing rapid changes nowadays, both becoming more modern and striving to retain its traditional values of reliability and respectability. PLC Lithuania Post was selected as a representational model of the provider of ordinary post services in a developing state, which is highly influenced by the spread of electronic communications, in which active information society is forming and the requirements of customers for various communications services are increasing. While being state enterprise up to 2006 Lithuania Post underwent certain political control, which is inherent to the companies subsidized from state budget, which adjusted dynamics of the enterprise. However after the change of its legal status from 2006 Lithuania Post became public limited company, the shares of which still belong to the state, and got the impulse to improve the efficiency of its activity and to prepare for the full market opening of postal services. Lithuania post retained universal postal service obligation and as an incumbent operator is obliged to provide postal services throughout whole territory of the country. Com este Relatório de Estágio pretendo apresentar o percurso realizado durante o ER, no 2º ano do 1º CMESMO, da ESEL, no que se refere ao aprofundamento teórico sobre as intervenções de enfermagem durante o trabalho de parto, com as adolescentes, sobre a reflexão levada a cabo e ainda sobre as competências adquiridas neste percurso. Como ponto de partida para a revisão sistemática da literatura, metodologia utilizada na elaboração deste RE, formulei a seguinte questão em formato PI[C]O: “Quais as intervenções de enfermagem (I) que proporcionam às parturientes adolescentes (P) uma experiência positiva (O)?” A identificação de literatura realizou-se utilizando bases de dados electrónicas, a partir do motor de busca EBSCO. Os termos de pesquisa utilizados foram: childbirth, adolesc* e experienc*. Obtive um total de 113 artigos e destes li os resumos de forma a fazer uma primeira avaliação. Seleccionei, mediante os critérios de inclusão e de exclusão, três artigos. A estes adicionei um artigo e um trabalho académico, sendo que o primeiro foi publicado na Revista da Escola de Enfermagem da Universidade de São Paulo e o segundo é uma Dissertação de Candidatura ao grau de Mestre em Ciências de Enfermagem submetida ao Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas de Abel Salazar. Os aspectos mais referidos pelas adolescentes foram: características da equipa e sua interacção com ela (simpatia, confiança, disponibilidade, que não emite juízos de valor e que a cuida com respeito pelas suas características individuais); presença do acompanhante; atitude do progenitor masculino com relação à gravidez; percepção de dor menor do que a esperada; duração curta do trabalho de parto; ter o apoio da família de origem; ser elogiada quando os seus comportamentos são positivos e, por último, a forma como a equipa de enfermagem orienta no relaxamento, na respiração e nos esforços expulsivos.

Este relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Estágio com Relatório (ECR), integrado no 5º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstetrícia e visa demonstrar a aquisição de competências necessárias ao exercício profissional do título de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstetrícia (EEESMO) e grau de mestre em ESMO. É competência do EEESMO cuidar da mulher ao longo do seu ciclo de vida e seus conviventes significativos, capacitando-a e potenciando a sua autonomia na gestão da sua saúde e acontecimentos fisiológicos decorrentes do ciclo de vida como a gravidez e o parto (OE, 2015). A finalidade do ECR foi: adquirir competências relacionais e técnico-científicas para prestar cuidados de enfermagem especializados à mulher durante os diferentes estádios do trabalho de parto, promovendo a liberdade de movimentos e atuando em situações de emergência, de forma a garantir a saúde da mulher, recém-nascido (Competência 3 OE e IV ICM) e dar resposta à diretiva europeia para a formação de parteiras. (Lei nº 9/2009). Ao longo deste relatório evidencio o desenvolvimento de competências no decorrer do estágio de bloco de partos, dando especial relevância à promoção da liberdade de movimentos da parturiente durante o trabalho de parto. A metodologia utilizada neste relatório consistiu na obtenção de evidência científica para a prática, através da realização de uma revisão crítica da literatura, e na prática reflexiva. Podemos concluir que a liberdade de movimentos da mulher durante o trabalho de parto é favorecedora de uma evolução positiva do trabalho parto e contribui para um sentimento de controlo e aumento de autonomia da parturiente.
