The authors discuss a problem of analyzing the behavior of personnel participating in changes. A questionnaire, an interview and literature studies were used for the research carried out in 2019. The questionnaire was addressed to 132 employees of enterprises in the Lubusz Voivodeship of Poland. Particular attention was paid to establishing the form of involvement of the employees of the surveyed enterprises in the change process.
