Abstract:
Tento článek pojednává o Nejvyšším soudu Japonska a o jeho zdráhavém přístupu k vlastní rozhodovací činnosti ve vztahu k moci zákonodárné a výkonné. Text je členěn na tři části. První část se zabývá otázkou vnitřní organizace Nejvyššího soudu Japonska a problematikou závaznosti jeho judikatury v japonském soudnictví. Druhá část popisuje spolupráci mezi jednotlivými složkami státní moci včetně důsledků tohoto provázání na rozhodovací praxi Nejvyššího soudu. V poslední části článku jsou pak diskutovány dvě vybrané skupiny rozhodnutí Nejvyššího soudu odrážející aktuální politické otázky a nástin postojů Nejvyššího soudu k těmto otázkám.

Abstract:
Specifičnost japanske pasivne rečenice je što osim predmeta i bića direktno obuhvaćenih radnjom u ulozi subjekta-pacijensa može biti i vlasnik objekta nad kojim je radnja izvršena, pa i lice koje nije obuhvaćeno glagolskom radnjom već indirektno trpi njen uticaj, najčešće kao smetnju. Tako pasiv obuhvata i značenja posesije i štete. U udžbenicima za početni nivo koji su se do sada koristili u nastavi na Filološkom fakultetu u Beogradu, pasiv u japanskom se objašnjava kroz prikaz strukture i izvođenje pasivne rečenice iz aktivne. Zaključak je da jedna situacija može biti opisana bilo aktivom bilo pasivom, ali ne daju se dalja objašnjenja za ovu prividnu jezičku neekonomičnost. Posledica je nerazumevanje i izostanak upotrebe pasivne rečenice na višim nivoima jezičke kompetencije. Uzrok ovome mogla bi biti interferencija maternjeg jezika, koji poseduje pasivnu strukturu, ali njena upotreba nije široko zastupljena. Drugi razlog bi mogao biti što je upotreba pasivne rečenice objašnjena na nivou rečenice. Otuda se javlja potreba da se ova struktura objasni na nivou diskursa, u okviru šire kategorije – glagolskog roda. Cilj ovog istraživanja je da se, na primeru specijalnog časa, ispita koliko studenti razumeju upotrebu japanske pasivne rečenice kada se ona objasni s polazišta glagolskog roda, i koliko takav pristup može da pomogne u prevazilaženju problema interferencije maternjeg jezika, u upotrebi pasiva u japanskom kao i u prevođenju sa srpskog na japanski. Osim objašnjenja o upotrebi pasivne rečenice, na času se ukazuje i na neke postulate teorije prevođenja. Zatim, studenti imaju zadatak da grupno diskutuju o upotrebi pasiva u ponuđenim primerima, a potom da samostalno, u pisanom obliku, u oba smera prevedu rečenice u kojima je upotrebljen pasiv na japanskom. Za vežbe prevođenja koristili smo rečenice iz književnog korpusa. Prikupljene podatke u vidu pisanog prevoda nastavnik analizira, poredeći ih sa književnim prevodom.

Abstract:
Rad se sastoji od dva nezavisna dela. Prvi deo rada predstavlja teorijsko-istraživački deo sa temom „Pasivne kuće“, gde je opisan sam pojam pasivnih kuća, projektovanje novih zgrada i obnova postojećih zgrada na pasivni standard. U drugom delu prikazan je tehnički opis objekta osnovne škole. Izvršen je vizuelni makroskopski pregled objekta u cilju utvrđivanja trenut­nog stanja objekta. Urađen je proračun energetske efikas­nosti. Na osnovu ovog proračuna i vizuelnog pregleda konstrukcije, date su sanacione mere koje povećavaju trajnost objekta i poboljšavaju energetsku efikasnost, u skladu sa Pravilnikom o energetskoj efikasnosti zgrada.

Este artículo estudia el efecto de referencia disjunta en construcciones pasivas con ser y estar, que consiste en la imposibilidad de tener una lectura reflexiva. Muestro, basándome en un estudio empírico realizado a hablantes de castellano peninsular, que dicho efecto se produce en la pasiva con ser pero no en la pasiva con estar, y desarrollo una propuesta teórica para dar cuenta de los datos. Mi estudio contribuye a una comprensión más completa de las propiedades de los participios pasivos con ser y estar en español, y constituye una aportación al estudio actual de las pasivas verbales y adjetivales en diferentes lenguas.

U radu se polazi od engleskih pasivnih konstrukcija zabeleženih u romanu „1984” Dž. Orvela i posmatraju se njihovi ekvivalenti u prevodima na srpski i mađarski jezik. Budući da se smatra da je pasiv u engleskom zastupljeniji od formi s identičnim značenjem u srpskom i mađarskom jeziku, cilj je da se istraži u kojoj se meri u prevodima zadržava odgovarajuća forma, u kojim se sintaksičko-semantičkim okolnostima od nje odstupa, te da se evidentiraju i protumače one konstrukcije koje se u prevodima javljaju umesto pasivne.

Abstract:
Prednost pasivnih konstrukcija u odnosu na aktivne u pravnim tekstovima očitava se prvenstveno u potrebi da agens bude obezličen, a da se težište stavi na radnju ili ono što je obuhvaćeno tom radnjom. Na taj način se mogu neutralisati sve informacije o vršiocu radnje koje bi u aktivnoj rečenici morale biti iskazane.Cilj ovog rada je da se istraži da li se i na koji način pasivne konstrukcije iz pravnog teksta na engleskom, kao izvornog teksta, realizuju u srpskom prevodu, kao ciljnom tekstu.Koristeći relativno mali korpus sačinjen od pravnog teksta na engleskom i njegovog zvaničnog prevoda na srpski, ispitaćemo učestalost pasiva u izvornom tekstu na engleskom i odrediti koje se gramatičke strukture javljaju kao prevodni ekvivalenti engleskih pasivnih konstrukcija u okviru specifičnog funkcionalnog stila kakav je administrativno-pravni. Ispitaćemo na koji način izvorni tekst na engleskom jeziku utiče na izbor struktura u ciljnom tekstu na srpskom, kao i da li se može primetiti određena sistematičnost u njihovom pojavljivanju.

Abstract:
El objetivo del presente trabajo consistió en replicar en ratas los experimentos de deprivación de la coordinación visuo-kinestésisca realizados previamente por el Held&Ilein en gatos. Se pretendió ver si era posible producir el mismo tipo de alteraciones del comportamiento visualmente guiado, en particular las fallas en la percepción de produndidad. Se usaron parejas de ratas. En cada pareja había un animal activo y uno pasivo. El activo recibía estimulación visual concurrente con los movimientos de locomoción. El movimiento era trasmitido mecánicamente al pasivo. Este recibía la misma estimulación visual, pero no concurrente con sus propios movimientos. Nuestros resultados mostraron, en las ratas pasivas, un detrimento comparable al de los gatos pasivos. Este se evidenció por un menor rendimiento, estadísticamente significativo, en las pruebas de discriminación de profundidad. Se comprobó así la validez de nuestra hipótesis de que el desarrollo del comportamiento visualmente guiado en la rata está influido por le mismo tipo de variables que en el gato.

En el balance del ejercicio de una empresa, el “pasivo” es el conjunto de deudas que minuciosamente se analizan y registran contablemente para su contraposición con el “activo”, existe un particular tipo de pasivo que raras veces es contabilizado: el “pasivo ambiental”, que equivale a la suma de todos los daños no compensados producidos en forma directa e indirecta al ambiente, que hacen posible las actividades productivas. Resulta difícil la valorización económica de los costos ambientales dado que muchos bienes no son intercambiables en el mercado, algunos caracterizados como intangibles, por ello el objetivo de la investigación se centró en las estimaciones de pasivos ambientales, mediante la aplicación de un software para ser contabilizados por las empresas mineras de la región Huánuco acrecentando la contabilidad tridimensional y la sostenibilidad integral. El estudio se circunscribe dentro de una investigación aplicada, cuantitativa, cualitativa, transversal, descriptiva, correlacional, explicativa, no experimental, deductiva, documental y de campo. Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta para recolectar la información. Los resultados indicaron que las empresas mineras generan pasivos ambientales que no son contabilizados. Se concluye que las estimaciones de pasivos ambientales permiten la sostenibilidad integral de la contabilidad en las dimensiones ambiental, social y económica.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is the proposal and the preparation of project documentation for the construction of passive residential building on a plot number 1691/96 cadastral area of Černovice in a Brno city. The residential building will be built in a sloping terrain. It is a five-storey residential building with one floor below ground. The house has 16 residential units and is designed for a maximum of 40 people. Two of the units are designed as a wheelchair accessible. The skeletal staircase of a building is located outside the main building. The residential units are connected by porch. The porch is built from a steel skeleton and is standing outside the main building. At the south side of building is free standing steel construction used as balcony for residential units. Perimeter wall is made of sand-lime blocks which are insulated by graphite expanded polystyrene. Perimeter wall of basement is made of permanent formwork filled with concrete. The wall is also insulated with extruded polystyrene. The ceilings are made of prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. The supporting roof structure is made of wood trusses. The roof is pitched and the roof deck is designed vegetational. The building is ventilated using forced air handling unit. Heating and hot water is provided sources: pellet boiler and photothermic panels. The apartment house is designed with regard to energy saving as passive. Emphasis is placed on a compact building envelope, simplicity of shape, air tightness, low heat loss and high solar gain arising due the building orientation to the cardinal directions.

Abstract This thesis on Ecological housing -- passive houses (stimulation possibilities in the Czech environment) describes passive housing within the development of the Czech building market. This thesis focuses on the technologies of passive housing and compares the devel-opment of passive houses in the Czech Republic and in other European countries. Within the comparison this thesis points out individual economic policy tools used in specific countries. This thesis also defines hypothetical solutions for stimulation of passive housing in the Czech Republic. Efficiency analysis is applied to these solutions. Described hypothetical solutions are based on the costs evaluation of passive and ordinary housing, while the cost calculation takes into account mainly the return rate of additional investment adherent to the passive housing.

The work deals with optical access networks, passive optical networks, especially WDM-PON. Features a modern solution to connect users to the optical access network using optical FTTx connections. Describes the different types of FTTx connections, their parameters and construction technology. Practical work is a practical application of theory for the development of various design and simulation of WDM-PON networks. Each proposal includes the construction of technical solutions optical access networks, the technology used and the balance of the reduced pricing WDM-PON network. The penultimate part of the work consists of design models simulated WDM-PON networks by the simulation program OptSim. The conclusion deals with the evaluation of individual design and simulation of WDM-PON networks.

Cílem této práce je konfigurace vysokorychlostního paketového analyzátoru Endace, konfigurace zařízení gigabitové pasivní optické sítě (GPON) a následná analýza zachycených dat. Práce by měla být soustředěna zejména na možnost detekce provozních dat jednotky GPON. V teoretické části je stručně popsaný paketový analyzátor a jeho možnosti, dále také jednotka GPON a možnosti zapojení s analyzátorem k detekci provozu. V praktické části, zařízení jsou nakonfigurovaná a zachycená data analyzovaná.. Aplikace vyvinutá s pomocí jazyka Python podporuje příjem a zpracování dat. Výstup analýzy by měl být v rámci možností co nejpodrobnější s popisem významu jednotlivých položek.

This master thesis deals with a problem of a small moving object detection - one or few pixels. Relevant mathematical aparats which are usualy used for processing of dynamic pictures are included. There was proposed experimental aparat for standalone locator for real-time operation. It is consisted from two devices - CMOS camera module and development board based on ARM processor. System GNU/Linux is used as operation system on this board. There were also tested methods useful for the essence of this project. On behalf of the tests was developed an algorithm to detect small particle in video sequence. C language routines were build including essence algorithms.

Abstract:
Dissertation thesis deals with problems associated with information system focused on the developed pan-European emergency call system eCall. An improvement in the area of road vehicle safety through a better description of the traffic accident by eCall system are being solved in the dissertation. The work is focused on the frontal collision accidents of type M1. In the first part of the work, a current state of eCall system is described including architecture of the system and overview of related legislation. Further, a legislation related to the vehicle passive safety tests and methods of their evaluation are described. An overview of frontal collision tests with different collision obstacles is presented in the next part of the work. Results of these tests are further used in the analysis of accident severity estimation by eCall system. The works further studies suitability to use the data measured by the eCall system during an accident for the accident severity estimation. This study is based on the correlation analysis of measured accelerations and analysis of parameters of tested eCall unit.

Abstract:
The topic of presented master’s thesis was study of passive stabilization of building materials temperature. The main goal of this thesis was measuring and characterization of the thermal properties of building materials, which are used to PCM technology. PCM technology is based on utilization of latent heat of phase change. At the beginning of this thesis it was needed to define physical principle of phase change, then the most usable PCM chemicals (e.g. paraffin, Glauber’s salt, hexahydrate calcium chloride) and their basic physical properties (especially thermo-physical), background research of building materials with PCM and also the methods of thermo-physical properties measurement. It was also needed to characterize measured building materials and define theirs thermal parameters; because the values of thermal parameters of measured samples were compared to these values. In the experimental part of my thesis are measurements of material thermal analysis, which are methods, where the properties of materials are studied as they change with temperature. I had used to differential scanning calorimetry, transient pulse method and other methods, which are usable for thermo-physical properties measuring and characterization. I have been much interested in properties of measured material, which were specific heat capacity, temperature diffusivity, heat conductivity and phase change temperature (the melting point of PCM). At the end of my thesis the findings of all methods were finally summarized, compared and commented.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the passive sampling of polar compounds from water using passive samplers POCIS (Polar Organic Chemical Integrative Sampler). These devices were exposed for 4 weeks in the waste water at the inflow of municipal waste water treatment plant in Brno – Modřice, and also at the outflow of the treated water. After exposition sequestered compounds were released by extraction with a mixture of methanol, toluene and dichlormethane. Extracts were analysed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization. Further, methylated and trimethylsilylated extracts were analysed by orthogonal comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection. Separated compounds were identified on the base of their retention and mass spectra.

Abstract:
Los sistemas pasivos para compensar aceleraciones vienen utilizándose en vehículos terrestres desde mediados del siglo XX. Su aplicación y evolución se ha dado principalmente en el transporte ferroviario de pasajeros, pero también han sido aplicados a vehículos de carretera destinados al transporte de mercancías y a otros dispositivos mecánicos empleados en la vida diaria. En esta ponencia se presenta un sistema de mecánico, alternativo a los existentes, que permite compensar de forma pasiva las aceleraciones a que se ven sometidas las cargas transportadas en el habitáculo de carga de un vehículo terrestre. Se trata de un sistema mecánico pasivo que permite que las cargas transportadas con él puedan oscilar tanto longitudinal como transversalmente, teniendo como limitaciones de su movimiento al propio habitáculo de carga, la disposición de los sus componentes y el tipo de uniones empleadas entre estos. La posibilidad de variar el tipo de uniones del sistema permite que éste adapte su comportamiento al movimiento más predominante del vehículo o a la dirección en que se desea proteger principalmente a la carga transportada. Su aplicación se ha orientado al transporte de cargas delicadas y al transporte de pacientes, dado que se ha detectado que en este último campo no existe tal aplicación y podría ser beneficioso para el estado de salud de estos. Se ha planteado y resuelto el modelo matemático de su comportamiento dinámico y existe un prototipo sobre el que se están llevando a cabo pruebas experimentales para contrastar los resultados teóricos con los reales. El creciente interés y uso de Instagram como herramienta de marketing supone una oportunidad para los procesos de aprendizaje afines a éste área. Esta investigación se basa en la creación de una cuenta de Instagram para una asignatura del Grado universitario de Marketing e Investigación de Mercados. El estudio, realizado durante dos años, describe la evolución de 2019, Universitat Politècnica de València Congreso In-Red (2019) Instagram como herramienta de aprendizaje en el aula universitaria los estudiantes desde un rol pasivo, siendo meros usuarios pasivos de la cuenta de la asignatura, a un rol más activo, en el que administraban la cuenta y generaban contenidos. De esta manera, el proyecto contribuye a analizar la evolución de una actividad que trata de renovar los procesos pedagógicos tradicionales y expandir el enfoque temporal y espacial del estudiante hacia una orientación más práctica. Los resultados sugieren que los estudiantes perciben una mayor complejidad en la actividad cuando administran la cuenta de Instagram. Sin embargo, los estudiantes también perciben niveles más altos de satisfacción y recomendación de la actividad cuando son los encargados de gestionar la cuenta y crear el contenido. Además, administrar la cuenta en la red social también contribuye a mejorar los resultados de aprendizaje en competencias transversales tales como el uso de herramientas digitales y el fomento de la creatividad.

Podkožni mikročipi v zadnjem času postajajo realnost in ne več znanstvena fantastika. Uporabljajo se na različnih področjih, za različne namene in so vedno bolj razširjeni. Prispevek predstavlja primerjavo rezultatov mednarodno izvedene ankete, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti, v kakšen namen in pod kakšnimi pogoji bi si bili posamezniki pripravljeni vstaviti pasiven podkožni RFID NFC mikročip. Presenetljivo, navkljub kulturnim razlikam med primerjanimi državami (Poljska, Češka, Hrvaška in Slovenija) v veliko primerih ni bilo statistično značilnih razlik med odgovori. Rezultati so pokazali sorazmerno velik delež tistih, ki bi uporabljali mikročip za zdravstvene namene (57%), za ostale namene pa je bil delež manjši. Anketiranci v obravnavanih državah različno ocenjujejo svoje poznavanje RFID tehnologije. Pripravljenost za uporabo pasivnega podkožnega mikročipa, ki ne bi omogočal sledenja in GPS pozicioniranja, se prav tako razlikuje med posameznimi državami. Na osnovi slednjega lahko ocenimo, v kolikšni meri je posameznikom pomembno vprašanje zasebnosti.

RobHand es un sistema de neuro-rehabilitación para la mano de sujetos que han sufrido un ACV y deben recuperar la movilidad perdida como consecuencia del mismo. El sistema incluye un exoesqueleto de mano, un interfaz con el paciente para la realización de terapias basadas en un entorno virtual y un sistema de gestión de toda la información asociada a los pacientes y las terapias. Es un desarrollo financiado por el CDTI y se lleva a cabo en colaboración por la empresa CyL ImasD (Salamanca), el grupo de Robótica Médica del ITAP (UVa) y el servicio de rehabilitación del Hospital Clínico Universitario (HCU) de Valladolid. Soporta tanto terapias de tipo pasivo, en las cuales el sujeto no ejerce ninguna fuerza y toda la responsabilidad es del sistema, como otras de tipo activo asistido en las que se busca conseguir un comportamiento de tipo asistencia a medida (assist as needed) en el que el sistema detecta la fuerza realizada por el paciente y la complementa hasta el nivel de desempeño deseado. El trabajo presenta el planteamiento y el estado de desarrollo de la arquitectura de control del sistema. Está adopta un esquema jerárquico en tres niveles de los que el nivel intermedio L2 implementa una estrategia de interacción háptica con control de admitancia. Para ello planteamos utilizar registros de EMGs del paciente y el consumo de corriente de los motores para adaptar dinámicamente el nivel de asistencia a la situación del paciente. Se ha desarrollado un hardware específico para el registro y tratamiento de las señales de EMG y los algoritmos de control se ejecutan en un DSP para favorecer la autonomía del dispositivo. En la actualidad se están realizando pruebas de las terapias pasivas con 5 pacientes en el HCU y en breve comenzarán las pruebas con terapias activas.

Abstract:
U radu se analizira specifična politička matrica nacionalne države uspostavljene na demokratskim principima. Pasivno i aktivno biračko pravo je temelj na kojem je izgrađena savremena (demokratska) država. Međutim, u Bosni i Hercegovini egzistira anomalija koju je vrlo teško dovesti u pravne okvire. Većina država svijeta su nacionalne države gdje je nacija produkt određene političke ideologije, sa druge strane u BiH nacija/e su temeljene na organskim idejama kakva je religija – gdje je politička praksa, odnosne, prozeletizam. Problem nastaje u činjenici da je demokratija ustvari, prije svega, kategorija emancipacije a tek onda pitanje prava i politike. Politika je zadnja o ovom nizu, ali u Bosni i Hercegovini postoji samo politika, emancipacija i pravo su shvaćeni kao produkti politike. Autori, u radu, raspravljaju o posebnom političkom saglasju oko određenih društvenih kategorija koje će biti platforma budućeg izbornog zakona. Ovdje se predlaže ponovna uspostava redoslijeda: emancipacija, pravo i politika jer je to jedini način opstanka „organski“ heterogene društvene zajednice koja želi da živi u demokratskim okvirima
