Les évaluations de l’enseignement par les étudiants et étudiantes sont utilisées à des fins académiques et formatives, mais sont également évoquées d’une manière sommative lors de décisions liées à la carrière professorale. Dans le cadre de la présente recherche, deux objectifs sont poursuivis. Le premier objectif est de déterminer les qualités psychométriques de l’instrument utilisé à l’Université du Québec à Rimouski. Avec l’avènement des technologies de l’information et de la communication, les conditions dans lesquelles se déroulent ces évaluations ont été modifiées. Le second objectif est de vérifier les impacts de la modalité de passation en ligne vs papier sur les qualités psychométriques de l’instrument. Le corpus de données est constitué des évaluations réalisées durant les années 2007- 2008 (20245 évaluations) et 2010-2011 (16432 évaluations). Les résultats attestent qu’un modèle hiérarchique décrit mieux la structuration du questionnaire que des modèles alternatifs, que la modalité de passation a une influence sur le taux de réponses et, dans certains cas, sur le taux de satisfaction des enseignements, mais qu’elle n’influence ni la fiabilité ni la dimensionnalité des évaluations. Les implications de ces résultats sont discutées.

The verbal periphrases constitute a typological feature of the Romance languages and they are especially frequent in the Iberoromanic languages. In the context of this paper the diachronic evolution of the Italian periphrase andare + participio passato, which has a diathetic, modal and resultative function, and its formal, but not functional equivalent in Spanish, ir + participio pasado, will be analysed. The study will focus on the analysis of semantic and functional values of these verbal constructions in different historical phases of the Italian and (European) Spanish language in order to investigate the convergences and divergences which arise between the two languages. In addition, some equivalent constructions in other Romance languages, e. g. Catalan and Portuguese, will occasionally be taken in consideration.

La figura dell'uomo artigiano ha ricevuto negli ultimi anni una crescente attenzione da parte della ricerca socioeconomica internazionale. In questa nuova prospettiva di analisi, il saggio si propone di esaminare il suo effettivo contributo economico rispetto alla competitivitŕ dei settori tipici Made in Italy alla luce delle grandi trasformazioni che hanno segnato il sistema industriale italiano nel corso del decennio passato. Il saggio discute il contributo del lavoro artigiano nella media impresa industriale e riflette sulle modalitŕ con cui il lavoro artigiano caratterizza alcune funzioni chiave nell'ambito delle catene globali del valore. In termini di politiche, il paper discute il modo in cui rilanciare la competitivitŕ della piccola impresa promuovendone nuove politiche di formazione e di promozione a scala internazionale.

CÓDIGO CIVIL E NAÇÃO: DO “RISORGIMENTO” AO OCASO DO ESTADO LIBERAL* CODICE CIVILE E NAZIONE: DAL RISORGIMENTO AL TRAMONTO DELLO STATO LIBERALE CIVIL CODE AND NATION: FROM THE ITALIAN UNIFICATION (RISORGIMENTO) TO THE DECLINE OF THE LIBERAL STATE Giovanni Cazzetta** RESUMO: O objetivo fundamental da classe dirigente empenhada em completar o “Risorgimento” foi traduzir a Unidade em unificação legislativa: rechaço da “unidade na diversidade”, compressão das autonomias, realização de uma administração central forte (pelo menos no papel) e de uma capilar difusão dos aparelhos burocráticos na periferia, que se apresentavam como escolhas obrigatórias para superar os particularismos e os interesses municipais, para “impor unidade”, dar uma mesma forma às instituições, impedir retornos ao passado. Mais além da efetiva força do centralismo, a unificação legislativa imposta pelas leis se apresentava como lógico desenvolvimento da Unidade, como seu “complemento” e “garantia”. Superando finalmente as divisões e privilégios das pequenas pátrias regionais, o Estado italiano como nova entidade soberana capaz de “encarnar a unidade nacional nas leis” impunha – por “suprema e fatal necessidade” – uma forma institucional e regras de convivência civil que finalmente eram uniformes para todos os italianos. A relação entre Unidade e unificação legislativa se apresentava, contudo, bem mais complexa que aquilo que surgisse da representação realista da necessidade de dar finalmente à Itália um direito comum e impedir retornos à fragmentação política e jurídica do passado. RIASSUNTO: Obiettivo fondamentale della classe dirigente impegnata a completare il Risorgimento fu di tradurre l’Unità in unificazione legislativa: rifiuto della «unità nella diversità», compressione delle autonomie, realizzazione di un’amministrazione centrale forte (almeno sulla carta) e di una capillare diffusione degli apparati burocratici nella periferia si presentavano come scelte obbligate per superare particolarismi e interessi municipalistici, per «imporre unità», dare una medesima forma alle istituzioni, impedire ritorni al passato. Al di là dell’effettiva forza del centralismo, l’unificazione legislativa imposta con le leggi si presentava come logico sviluppo dell’Unità, come suo «complemento» e «garanzia». Superando finalmente le divisioni e i privilegi delle piccole patrie regionali, lo Stato italiano come nuova entità sovrana capace di «incarnare l’unità nazionale nelle leggi» imponeva – per «suprema e fatale necessità» – una forma istituzionale e regole della convivenza civile finalmente uniformi per tutti gli italiani. Il rapporto tra Unità e unificazione legislativa si presentava, però, ben più complesso di quanto non emerga dalla realistica rappresentazione della necessità di dare finalmente all’Italia un diritto comune e impedire ritorni alla frammentazione politica e giuridica del passato. ABSTRACT: The main objective of the ruling class committed to complete the “Italian unification” (Risorgimento) was to translate the unit in legislative unification: rejection of “unity in diversity”, compression of the autonomies, development of a strong central government (at least on paper) and of a capillary diffusion of the bureaucratic apparatuses in the periphery, which showed up as mandatory choices to overcome particularisms and municipal interests, to “impose unity,” to give the same form to institutions, to prevent returns to the past. Beyond the effective power of centralism, the legislative unification imposed by the legislation showed up as logical development of Unity, as its “supplement” and “guarantee”. Finally overcoming the divisions and privileges of small regional homelands, the Italian State as a new sovereign entity able to “embody national unity in the laws” imposed – by “supreme and fatal necessity” – an institutional form and civil coexistence rules that ultimately were uniform for all Italians. The relation between Unity and legislative unification as such, however, was much more complex than what arose from the realistic view of the need to give Italy at last a common law and prevent recurrences of political and legal fragmentation of the past. Cette thèse se donne pour ambition la compréhension des mécanismes autoprésentationnels et plus particulièrement ceux liés à l‟expression de la désirabilité sociale en tant que stratégie de présentation de soi, mis en place en fonction du format de passation (i.e. papier/crayon vs. informatisé). Le format de passation informatisé est, en effet, susceptible d‟affecter la manière dont les individus s‟autoprésentent en participant à une perception spécifique du contexte de passation : celui-ci serait perçu comme plus anonymant que le format de passation traditionnel (Kiesler et Sproull, 1986). Alors que la plupart des études ont choisi d‟aborder la question de l‟équivalence des formats de passation traditionnels versus informatisés d‟un point de vue psychométrique, nous tenterons d‟y répondre en interrogeant tant des facteurs dispositionnels tels que l‟attitude envers l‟informatique (expérimentations 1, 2 et 5) que contextuels comme, par exemple, l‟anonymat (expérimentations 3,4 et 5). Deux études se focaliseront sur l‟usage des formats traditionnels et informatisés (expérimentations 5 et 6). Au sein de ce programme de recherche, nous distinguerons également les formats de passation les plus traditionnels (i.e. papier/crayon) des plus récents (i.e. formats offline et online). De manière générale, les résultats valident l‟intérêt d‟une approche psychosociale de l‟équivalence des formats de passation traditionnels versus informatisés. Indépendamment du format de passation auquel les individus sont confrontés (i.e. traditionnel, offline ou online), les stratégies d‟autoprésentation sont influencées par la manière dont les individus perçoivent la situation de passation.

The present paper focuses on the use of the present and past gerunds in the Czech language. These rarely-used linguistic elements are perceived as archaic and their use is generally considered to be on its way to extinction. The aim of the article is to analyse the use of the Czech gerunds with regard to the type of the text, the age of the author and the correctness of their forms. The usage of the present gerund as a fixed expression will be pointed out as well. The research is based on the Czech National Corpus data. The results show that the present gerund is used more frequently than the past gerund despite its more difficult formation. The usage of the gerunds is not limited to the narrative texts only but they can be found in the press as well, though not very often.

The paper discusses verbal markers of the past tense with a meaning roughly characterizable as ‘past and not present’ or ‘past with no present relevance’ in contemporary Russian. This type of past time reference (defined as ‘discontinuous’) is opposed to standard past markers, which normally do not provide any information about the present domain. Aim of the study was to find and analyse one of the possible realizations of this semantic-functional category in contemporary Russian through particular uses of the imperfective aspect. The analysis has been done on the russian national corpus.

The consciousness of the pastThe paper recalls the well known urban facts of Tripoli during the Italian colonialism to eventually deepen the theme of the preservation of the past and not only of the Roman one, as well of the city walls. The town plan has been analyzed not only as it has been approved but also as it has been argued, not only through the drawings but also by the debate. A few letters between the professionals involved (especially Alberto Alpago Novello) and some authoritative exponents of the contemporary architecture culture and criticism (like, Gustavo Giovannoni) have assured an original source to underlines the critical background and to reveal a purpose of touristic and commercial development.
