Full textYoung delinquent psychological cure based on the readjustment to the family environment towards family systemic therapy is the problem that has caught our attention in this study. The question that we need to resolve is the following : how does the therapeutic action of the family systemic therapy will ring out or will have repercussions on the young delinquent readjustment's process to his family environment ? By taking as support the family transaction's theory, precisely, the structural version of Minuchin (1974, 2005), we formulated the following hypothesis : the therapeutic action of the family systemic therapy will promote the young delinquent readjustment's process to his family environment. By using the clinical method and applying the family structural therapy's model of this author with four cases placed in institution and their family, we examine this hypothesis and obtain the following result : the therapist's operations or "inputs" generate an optimising effect in term of autonomy and belonging belief's increase among the "designated patient" (young delinquent) and each member of his family, realizing in this way their readjustment to the family sphere. In favour of this result, we can otherwise view a presupposed theory based on the idea that, when a therapy has a global dimension, it is easy for people who live in community and who usually practice collective therapies to adopt it. Family systemic therapies have been planed in this perspective. So, this study can contribute to the new researches concerning the metacultural issue in systemic approach care

Full textThe delinquent course of emprisoned juveniles takes root in early relations privations according to Winnicott. Antisocial behaviours emerge or increase during puberty with the capacities to realize impulses, the antisociality or at the onset of adulthood the asociality. The act is aimed at the society, where remainds hope to be heard. The acting out adressed to the socius is an attempt to work out history ans symbolization of what cannot be represented from the trauma of the origin. From home environment to social and institutional affiliations the process takes into account the measurement of transgenerational, filiative, parity and alliance, diachronic and synchronic of the ceaseless construction of the being to the world. Starting from 2 mediators, the family tree and the space trajectoire, the inner family and institutional representations are studied. In fine, we distinguish 2 populations. Young people having lived a placing acquired a capacity to work out history and the chronology of social time. The second population, is more likely to take root in a district, they are becoming institutional representative and they live in the district like in a squatt

Full textOBJECTIVES : the first part of this research has objective to adapt a Quebecois inventory on a population of teenagers and delinquents Algerians. This instrument measures the teenager's social and personal maladjustment. The second part is a contribution to an adaptation intercultural of the theorical model of the social and personal regulation. The third part is an application clinic of the inventory trough four studies of case. The topic is important if we consider the young in Algeria like a majority population of which a big part presents problems of maladjustments. METHOD : the methodological part includes three parts : in the first, we present the step adopted to validate the instrument. Different types of validities and fidelities are tested : the internal fidelity, the discriminative validity, test-retest fidelity and the concomitant validity. A methodological stage is stopped to verify if the theoretical model applies to the teenagers and Algerian delinquents. In the last, we expose the clinic step retained for the application of the instrument on studies of case. RESULTS : results indicate that the internal fidelity and the discriminative fidelity of the majority of scale are important, the convergent validity is excellent and test-retest fidelity is weak due to the three months divergence between the first and the second test. Finally, results of the concomitant validity give good results. The theorical model seems to adjust, of a general manner, to the sample of teenagers and the Algerian delinquents. The conclusions of studies of case permit to localize systems of regulation proper to every type of teenager and factors conduct at delinquents. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS : limits of this research are explained. Perspectives to news searches with widening of the sample are contemplated

Full textThe problematization of the thesis is focused on the evolution of the conception of the self as agent of resocialization. The objective of the research is the understanding of the mecanisms which urder the influence of a signifying person, reorganize the awareness of self non-desirability of a dyssocial adolescent into self acceptance, the indifference and hatred of other people into a capacity to empathize. The methods used are on the one hand, the analysis of the functioning of three populations of adolescents and young adults at different moments of their evolution and of their break-up with society (1), and on the other hand a variety of tests (questionnaires on socialization, on self-image, constructs test, t. A. T. , talks). Explanation was achieved through comparison of data. In each group synchronic results reveal a structure of functioning specific to each. The population of persons for whom socialization was already under way, led us to tackle the problem of the process of socialization, and identify how the passage from dyssociability to social integration can be carried out. This research aims at being a contribution to the problematics of the socialization of adolescents, as well as to the problematization of individual change, giving a resolutory value to the relation to other. (1) group of dyssocial persons, a group of persons in the process of resocialization, a group of resocialized persons
