Abstract:
Within the Alpine-Dinaric range of distribution of the Alpine salamanders (Salamandra atra), the genetically and phenotypically distinct Salamandra atra aurorae and S. atra pasubiensis are isolated in the south-eastern Prealps, but their precise distribution is only known incompletely. During 2012 we searched potentially suitable areas for a total of 155 hours during 48 days, and collected and evaluated occasional reports from people visiting these areas. S. atra aurorae was found on the northern part of the Sette Comuni and Vezzena plateau, at an altitude between 1200-1800 m, from Val Postesina to just north of Gallio and to Monte Fossetta (new site, more than 5 km from those previously known), within an estimated area of occupancy of 26 km2. S. atra pasubiensis was confirmed with a single population on the Pasubio massif, at 1450-1800 m, with an effective range of less than 2 km2. Previous reports of alpine salamanders from the Carega massif have remained unconfirmed.

Abstract:
<span>Due to the rapid growth of urban vehicles, traffic congestion has become more serious. The signalized intersections are used all over the world and still established in the new construction. This paper proposes a self-adapted approach, called evolutionary reinforcement learning multi-agents system (ERL-MA), which combines computational intelligence and machine learning. The concept of this work is to build an intelligent agent capable of developing senior skills to manage the traffic light control system at any type of junction, using two powerful tools: learning from the confronted experience and the assumption using the randomization concept. The ERL-MA is an independent multi-agents system composed of two layers: the modeling and the decision layers. The modeling layer uses the intersection modeling using generalized fuzzy graph technique. The decision layer uses two methods: the novel greedy genetic algorithm (NGGA), and the Q-learning. In the Q-learning method, a multi Q-tables strategy and a new reward formula are proposed. The experiments used in this work relied on a real case of study with a simulation of one-hour scenario at Pasubio area in Italy. The obtained results show that the ERL-MA system succeeds to achieve competitive results comparing to urban traffic optimization by integrated automation (UTOPIA) system using different metrics.</span>

Kudhësi, është i vetmi fshat në krahinë, që ka qenë i “larguar” nga syri i udhëtarëve, ushtrive dhe vizitorëve. Gjashtë kilometra larg vijës bregdetare e kanë bërë të jetë mbështetja në prapavijë, kur i është dashur më shumë krahinës dhe historisë së saj.Komunikimi, këngët, shprehjet, pasuria gjuhësore, format e të shprehurit janë sa të përfshira, aq edhe të veçanta, sepse Kudhësi Perivoli është “porta”, që lidh Krahinën me Kurveleshin e Lumin e Vlorës, ku komunikimi ka qenë i afërt për shkak të natyrës baritore. E folmja e Kudhësit është shtrati konservativ, ku ruhen ende format e vjetruara të gjuhës, të veçorive të leksikut, si edhe theksit të fjalëve në këngë, bejte, humor, vaje, shprehje e ligjërim. Kjo pasuri gjuhësore e leksikore është studiuar e vrojtuar në sipërfaqe, se kanë munguar studimet e thelluara. Kudhësi, si trevë interesante gjuhësore, me të folme të veçantë, të vonuar në trajta gjuhësore dhe të “përzier”, ngjall interes studimi. Lidhjet njerëzore nga shtegtimi i bagëtive, tregtia e produkteve blegtorale, shkëmbimi i ullinjve, portokajve, fiqve të konservuar, frutave, rakisë dhe verës kanë bërë që të marrë, por dhe të lerë gjurmë fonetike në fjalë e shprehje. Ka qenë urë komunikimi e mirëkuptimi për të gjithë ata që i zuri halli, nata apo ua kërkoi mbijetesa. Veçoritë gjuhësore që vërehen janë fonetike, gramatikore, leksikore, ku vihet re ruajtja e formave të vjetra.

Abstract:
ABSTRACTThis research aims to know actual land suitability potential for Tea (Camellia Sinensis L. Kuntze) in Pasui Sub watershed, Saddang upstream watershed. The method of this research is random stratified sampling on 58 land units with take 9 samples. From the research summarizes suitability class are suit enough (S2) spread on 6 land units width it is 70,91 ha. Marginal suit (S3) spread on 47 land units width it is 13376,14 ha and not suit (N) spreads on 5 land units width it is 61,85 ha. Conclusions from above that potential to grow tea crop in Pasui sub watershed, Saddang upstream watershed are three class of suitability, Suit enough (S2), Marginal Suit (S3), and Not Suit (N). Most Heavy limiting factor are temperature, nutritions retention in case base saturation and erosion hazards in case slopes.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kesesuaian lahan aktual tanaman Teh (Camellia Sinensis L. Kuntze) di Sub DAS Pasui, DAS Saddang hulu. Metode penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling pada 58 satuan lahan dengan pengambilan 9 sampel. Dari hasil penelitian dirangkum kelas kesesuaian cukup sesuai (S2) tersebar pada 6 satuan luas lahan yaitu 70,91 ha. Gugatan marginal (S3) tersebar pada 47 satuan luas lahan yaitu 1.3376,14 ha dan tidak sesuai (N) tersebar pada 5 satuan luas lahan yaitu 61,85 ha. Kesimpulan dari atas bahwa potensi untuk menanam tanaman teh di DAS Pasui, DAS Saddang hulu adalah tiga kelas kesesuaian, Suit cukup (S2), Suit Marginal (S3), dan Not Suit (N). Faktor pembatas yang paling berat adalah suhu, retensi nutrisi dalam kasus kejenuhan basa, dan bahaya erosi pada lereng.

Abstract:
Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cenderung meningkat dengan jumlah penderita dengan penyebaran yang luas. Masalah ini sering muncul dan berulang dengan datangnya musim hujan. Di Indonesia, dengan kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya anjuran pemberantasan nyamuk sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit demam berdarah. Penyakit ini merupakan penyebab utama kematian anak-anak di beberapa negara Asia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kepadatan nyamuk Aedes aegypty dengan kejadian demam berdarah dengue di daerah endemis, Desa Pasui, Kecamatan Buntu Batu, Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah kepala keluarga di Desa Pasui sebanyak 441 kepala keluarga. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 82 rumah. Data diolah dengan tabel SPSS yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara dari jawaban 82 responden kemudian diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ABJ untuk semua lokasi baik Dusun maupun Kecamatan berada pada <95 sedangkan indikator kinerja atau target pengendalian RPJMN adalah ABJ . 95. dan HI berada pada rentang poin 4 dan 5 sehingga dikategorikan kepadatan sedang pada nyamuk aedes aegypty. Untuk kejadian DBD di Kecamatan Buntu Batu ditemukan 12 orang yang pernah mengalami Kejadian DBD. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ABJ di Desa Pasui Kecamatan Buntu Batu belum memenuhi indikator yaitu bebas dari jentik nyamuk dan untuk House indek rumah masih berada pada kepadatan sedang. Angka kejadian DBD dalam satu tahun terakhir masih ditemukan sebanyak 12 orang di Daerah Endemis, Desa Pasui, Kecamatan Buntu Batu, Kabupaten Enrekang.Kata kunci: Kepadatan Nyamuk Aedes Aegypty, DBD

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ABJ di Desa Pasui Kecamatan Buntu Batu belum memenuhi indikator yaitu bebas dari jentik nyamuk dan untuk House indek rumah masih berada pada kepadatan sedang. Abstract:
The paper analyzes the possibilities of using computer aided modelling programs for developing new cars to achieve better dynamical properties of control over vehicles. The article shortly reviews the behaviour of young and experienced drivers and models describing it. The paper covers the process of turning car steering wheel, considers acceptable values of lateral acceleration comfortable for a car driver and all car passengers and presents computer aided modelling program CarSim used for displaying single and double lane change manoeuvres at various speeds on dry asphalt. The given charts, including data about steering wheel angle and lateral acceleration values indicate single and double lane change manoeuvres performed by a car. Also, the values of longitudinal and lateral forces of each wheel during the double lane change manoeuvre are provided. Santrauka Straipsnyje nagrinėjamos kompiuterinių modeliavimo programų pritaikymo galimybės automobilių konstrukcijoms tobulinti, dinaminėms savybėms gerinti. Trumpai minimi vairuotojo elgseną aprašantys mokslininkų jau sukurti modeliai. Aptariamas vairo rato pasukimo procesas, pateikiamos priimtinos vairuotojui ir automobilio keleiviams nesudarančios diskomforto skersinio pagreičio reikšmės. Atliekama trumpa taikomosios kompiuterinio modeliavimo programos „CarSim“ apžvalga. Šia programa atlikti viengubo ir dvigubo judėjimo juostos pakeitimo manevrai, esant skirtingiems automobilio judėjimo greičiams ant sauso asfalto. Pateikti vairo rato pasukimo, skersinių pagreičių reikšmių grafikai. Taip pat pateiktos visus ratus veikiančių išilginių ir skersinių jėgų bei ratų slydimo reikšmės esant 90 km/h greičiui.

Abstract:
L’obiettivo di questa tesi è analizzare l’immaginario turistico del territorio di Valli del Pasubio, considerando inoltre percezioni e abitudini dei visitatori che si recano nelle località montane. Per prima cosa, si presenterà il contesto ambientale del Monte Pasubio e delle sue vallate, soffermandosi principalmente sulla Val Leogra e sul territorio di Valli del Pasubio. Dopodiché, ci si concentrerà sulle origini del turismo nelle Prealpi vicentine e sull’offerta turistica attuale di Valli, occupandosi inoltre dei dati di affluenza degli ultimi anni. Per finire, nell’ultima parte dell’elaborato, si illustrerà l’indagine svolta mediante un questionario, grazie al quale verranno meglio definite le percezioni del territorio di Valli del Pasubio e le abitudini dei turisti negli ambienti montani qui considerati.

Abstract:
Darbo tikslas – atskleisti figūrų, pateikiamų vienu metu ir nuosekliai, sukimo mintyse ypatumus naudojant tapatumo įvertinimo užduotį. Tiriamieji (32 studentai) atliko tapatumo vertinimo užduotį, kur jiems vienu metu bei nuosekliai (arba atvirkštine tvarka) buvo pateikiamos vienodų arba skirtingų netaisyklingų daugiakampių poros. Stimulai buvo rodomi 100ms vienalaikio pateikimo atveju, esant nuosekliam pateikimui 50ms ir 50ms. Tiriamieji turėjo atsakyti, ar figūros vienodos (nepaisant pasukimo kampo), ar skirtingos. Buvo matuojamas reakcijos laikas bei teisingų atsakymų skaičius. Nustatyta, kad nepasuktos viena kitos atžvilgiu vienodos figūros atpažįstamos tiksliau bei greičiau nei pasuktos bet kokiu kampu. Tiek vienalaikio, tiek nuoseklaus figūrų pateikimo atveju tiesinė reakcijos laiko priklausomybė nuo figūrų tarpusavio pasukimo kampo nenustatyta. Tiek vienodos, tiek skirtingos figūros nuoseklaus pateikimo atveju atpažįstamos tiksliau nei vienalaikio, o reakcijos laikas, vertinant tiek vienodas, tiek skirtingas figūras, trumpesnis vienalaikio pateikimo atveju nei nuoseklaus. Vyrų ir moterų vienodų figūrų atpažinimo tikslumas nesiskiria, bet vyrų reakcijos laikas trumpesnis nei moterų.
The purpose of this study was to examine mental rotation of simultaneously and successively presented figures. 32 students performed same – different task in which the pairs of the same or different irregular polygons were presented simultaneously and successively or vice versa. Stimuli were presented briefly – for 100 ms when presented simultaneously and 50 ms and 50 ms when presented successively. The subjects had to answer whether the two figures were the same or different. Response time and performance accuracy were recorded. The results of the experiment showed that not rotated figures were identified faster and more accurately than those rotated at any angle. The increase in reaction time as a linear function of the angle of rotation was not found (either under simultaneous presentation or under successive one).The same figures as well as the different ones were identified more accurately when presented successively than simultaneously and the response time was shorter under simultaneous presentation than under successive one. The accuracy of men and women did not differ, but men outperformed women by response time.

SUMO protein is conserved in all eukaryotic organisms. SUMOylation involves a cascade of enzymatic reactions which alters target protein stability, sub-cellular localization, and protein-protein interactions through the reversible covalent attachment and affects the overall biochemical reaction chains. SUMOylation/ deSUMOylation may function in concert to regulate signaling, development, hormonal responses, biotic and abiotic stress responses in plants. SUMOylated proteins were found to accumulate in various plant tissues under different environmental stress. This thesis aimed to study the role of SUMO and SUMOylation in plants under abiotic stress. To fulfill our purpose, the PaSUMO recombinant protein was produced in Escherichia coli to raise a polyclonal antibody for SUMO detection. Upon subject to cold, heat, drought, salinity and ABA treatments, only cold stress induced accumulation of high molecular weight SUMOylated proteins in our protein blots. The induced SUMOylation in the tropical plant Phalaenopsis aphrodite under cold stress may lead to protein stabilization and protection from degradation. Among all the tissues examined, the half-opened flower displayed the highest level of PaSUMO conjugates. Our result also suggests that SUMOylation process may participate in floral transition.
