The article highlights the results of autopsy and histopathological studies of cats diagnosed with panleukopenia (FPV), confirmed by immunochromatographic rapid test. The spread of FPV among cats is declining sharply worldwide due to domestic vaccination of cats. However, the number of deaths among homeless animals is still high. The disease course usually varies from subclinical infection to acute syndrome with sudden death. Typical clinical manifestations are characterized by fever, lethargy, and anorexia. Sick cats suffer from vomiting and subsequent watery or hemorrhagic diarrhea. Homeless

Vertebral pain occurs due to many reasons, thus complicates diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation. The spectrum of pathomorphological changes in vertebral segments that can lead to lesions of the segmental nervous and vascular structures should be considered. We propose to define and classify these pathoanatomical changes. Traumatic elements are pathomorphological changes in vertebral segments, due to an injury or vertebral diseases and may cause irritation, partial or total compression of segmental nervous and/or vascular structures due to their size and direction.

Laboratory diagnostics of ulcerative colitis today are based on a limited number of used laboratory markers; in most cases, these are C-reactive protein and fecal calprotectin. However, given the diversity of ulcerative colitis manifestations, the frequency of relapses and complications, as well as fairly frequent cases of “non-response” to the basic therapy, it is time to reconsider routine views on the laboratory diagnostics of this disease. Taking into account both the features of the clinical course and endoscopic visualization, as well as the constant dependence of diagnostics on pathomor

This article presents the results of studying the effect of a new muscle relaxant on the functional state of the liver. Vital key diagnostic procedures for detecting possible liver pathologies include the study of blood biochemical parameters (liver samples), during autopsy of laboratory animals, it is advisable to conduct a pathomorphological (histological) study for a more detailed identification of the pathological process at the tissue level. The results of the studies showed that the use of a new muscle relaxant at a therapeutic dose, with intramuscular administration, does not have a neg
