Abstract:
<p>Abstrak. E-Commerce can connect sellers and buyers from different places that do not require sellers and buyers to meet in person like traditional transactions. The problem that usually occurs on the owner's side is calculating shipping costs and checking manually to make sure the goods ordered have been paid for. It is necessary to develop an e-commerce application that is integrated with a shipping cost calculation system and a payment gateway that can make it easier for consumers to get information about the desired product, and can make transactions from anywhere online. By implementing Midtrans Appication Programming Interface (API) as a payment gateway, it is hoped that business owners will no longer need to check shipping costs and check payments manually to calculate shipping costs to various regions in Indonesia. The method used in application development is the prototype method, a method developed by communicating to the client so that the resulting application is in accordance with the client's wishes. The test results of matching shipping costs and total costs to be paid by customers show that Midtrans API can help customers make payments through channels that work with Midtrans. Abstract:
The rapid growth of e-commerce has led to an increasing reliance on payment gateways for secure online transactions. To address vulnerabilities such as phishing and fraud, multifactor authentication (MFA) has emerged as a robust solution for ensuring the integrity and security of transactions. This paper explores the implementation of MFA in payment gateways, its impact on user experience, security protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards. A comparative analysis of popular MFA methods and a discussion of future trends, such as biometric authentication and blockchain integration, are also provided. Organizations are implementing wireless online payment applications to facilitate their global business expansion. This trend has heightened the demand for regulatory measures aimed at safeguarding sensitive information, particularly in the realm of internet-based financial transactions. Current internet authentication systems typically rely on either the web or mobile channels independently to verify the identity of remote users. This approach presents a vulnerability, as it depends solely on single-factor authentication, which is insufficient for ensuring the security of user data. Therefore, there is a pressing need for multifactor authentication solutions.

Abstract:
The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including payment systems and immigration. Payment gateway, as a critical innovation in the digital financial sector, enables fast and cross-border transactions. However, this progress also presents new challenges for the legal system, particularly in monitoring cross-border transactions that may be subject to misuse. This research focuses on the integration of payment gateways with the immigration system in Indonesia and the legal challenges that arise from this process. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes existing regulations in Indonesia, comparing them with other countries such as the United States, the European Union, and Singapore, and identifies areas that need improvement. The findings indicate that while Indonesia has a solid legal foundation, there is a need to strengthen regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data protection. The research also provides policy recommendations to enhance cross-agency collaboration between immigration authorities and fintech service providers to create a safer and more effective system for monitoring cross-border digital transactions.

Abstract:
The Internet has become one of the main media, especially e-commerce transactions, which are increasingly popular and play an important role in the growth of online businesses. The RestLyfe store uses the Itemku platform, which uses a Business to Customer (B2C) and Customer to Customer (C2C) model, to sell digital products such as digital vouchers and game keys. However, some of the issues faced when using the platform include high costs, limited market reach, and payment methods that can only be used by certain customers. Building an e-commerce website and adding a cryptocurrency payment gateway will hopefully solve these problems. To achieve this goal, an e-commerce website based on the WordPress content management system (CMS) with the WooCommerce plugin will be built. This plugin will incorporate a cryptocurrency payment gateway and facilitate transaction design. To collect related data, observation and literature review were conducted. The waterfall model System Life Cycle Development (SDLC) method will be used to build the e-commerce website. The results and conclusions of this study show that the website built can solve the problem with implementation results that meet the needs of the initial analysis, and the results of black box testing conducted on the website show good results. In addition, this study demonstrates the use of modern sales strategies for cryptocurrencies and the optimization of the latest technologies. Thus, the e-commerce site offers more opportunities to reach the target market and meet the needs of an increasingly digitized market.

Abstract:
In this paper the authors propose a Secure Mobile Payment Framework in Multi hop Cellular Network environment (which is an integration of cellular networks and mobile ad hoc networks) using Mobile Agent technology and Digital Signature with Message Recovery (DSMR) mechanism based on ECDSA mechanism. Secure communication in Multi hop Cellular Networks is a nontrivial task because of lack of infrastructure, no prior trust relationships among nodes due to the absence of a centralized authority. Mobile Agent technology and Digital Signature with Message Recovery based on ECDSA mechanism provides secure mobile payments in Multi hop Cellular Networks. Mobile Agent technology has many benefits such as bandwidth conservation, reduction of latency, reduction of completion time, Asynchronous (disconnected) communications. Digital Signature with Message Recovery based on ECDSA eliminates the need of adopting PKI cryptosystems. The proposed protocol ensures Authentication, Integrity, Confidentiality and Non Repudiation, achieves Identity protection from merchant and Eavesdropper, achieves Transaction privacy from Eavesdropper and Payment Gateway, achieves Payment Secrecy, Order Secrecy, forward secrecy, prevents Double Spending, Overspending and Money laundering. The security properties of the proposed protocol have been verified successfully using BAN Logic, AVISPA and Scyther Tools and presented with results.

Abstract:
A proper use of design patterns has proven to be very useful in the development of robust applications over time. In this paper, the design patterns are introduced in the early stage of the software development where model-driven architecture is used as the engineering approach. A RESTful internet payment gateway API (Application Programming Interface) wrapper is selected as the case study. At the beginning, Platform Independent Model (PIM) is created as the domain model. After that, the PIM is transformed into the Platform Specific Model (PSM). Before converting the PSM into the source code, three design patterns such as builder, observer, and factory pattern are added into the model. To evaluate the impacts of implementation, static analysis is used to examine the generated code before and after adding the design patterns. The result shows that the design decision increases cohesion, complexity, coupling, inheritance, and size metrics of the source codes.

In the current process, Billing and delivery of the statement is one of the challenges they are facing where they usually cover cost for their workforce, paying onsite over the counter of the subscribers takes a lot of time and payment is unsafe if the collector will intend to run the money. NCTVN manual process cannot take it enough to manage their business. The aim of this project is to help the NCTVN Cable Network Corporation by developing billing and online payment portal integrated with multi-factor authentication. There are two way to access the site. First, Web Portal and Second, Mobile Application named NPAy Application (app). The system enables the customer to pay their monthly bill through the use of online payment portal using available merchants like Gcash, Maya, coin.ph and many other as payment gateway with added security features to secure the customer’s information and payment online. The best part of this app is the easiness of the users (referring to admin and customer) to access their NPay app anytime and anywhere as long as the customer is connected with internet, see their monthly bills, pay online and secure the system process and transaction from registration of customer’s account down to the payment process where system will validate or authenticate using One-Time Password (OTP). The App is design to serve one user’s roles: The Subscribers of NCTVN Cable Network Corporation. For the designing and development of the project, PHP has been used for the programming language and MySQL for the integration of database, and this system was hosted in exonhost.com with the live domain name of www.nctvn2022.site as official address. Varieties of methods of testing were applied to test if the anticipated output was effectively delivered. Test results and cases were created and distributed. The outcomes show that the system satisfied the user's expectations and successfully completed the testing phase. Furthermore, this system is optional for the users due to the following factors: First, Subscribers are from far flung barangay with no internet or cellular connection, and no mobile phones or Personal Computer. But for the customers who intend to use it. This system is beneficial to them because the process and customer will experience direct support from the company with the contact less setup, fast, easy-to-used and effective billing and payment portal with security features.

Abstract:
Livestock farming plays a crucial role in global agriculture, yet many farmers continue to face major challenges when it comes to marketing and selling their animals. Limited access to markets, geographic isolation, and a lack of effective marketing or negotiation skills often make the process difficult. Traditional avenues like local auctions and commodity markets are usually inefficient, offering little visibility and limited decision-making support for farmers. To address these issues, this project proposes a digital solution designed to revolutionize the livestock selling experience. The platform will allow farmers to create detailed listings, including important information such as breed, age, weight, health status, and images of the livestock. A key feature of the platform is the integration of live video auctions, enabling farmers to present their livestock in real-time and allowing potential buyers to place bids from anywhere. To build trust and ensure transparency, a quality assurance system with certification badges will be included. Additionally, video consultation services will support direct communication between farmers and buyers, offering virtual farm tours or one-on-one consultations. The platform also prioritizes user convenience and safety, with features like a secure payment gateway, real-time chat, notifications, and a feedback system. Designed to be accessible via mobile devices, it offers flexibility for both buyers and sellers. The solution is developed with a strong focus on legal compliance, scalability, and robust security, aiming to create a reliable and sustainable digital marketplace. By addressing the core challenges in livestock marketing, this platform lays the groundwork for future innovation and broader market reach.
