碩士<br>國立交通大學<br>應用化學研究所<br>77<br>PBT （poly butylene terephthalate ）為主要五大工程塑膠之一，具有優良的抗化 學藥品所造品所造成的應力破裂及良好的尺寸安定性。但PBT 對有切口（notch ）的 耐衝擊性不佳，故改質PBT 的切口（notch ）耐衝強度為本研究重點之一。 PBT 和ABS 均為台灣目前大量生產的塑膠材料，本研究之第一部份，則以PBT 和 ABS 的聚摻，作基礎性的研究，其中包括一般機械性質、熱性質及流變性質之探討，由於 親和性不佳，測試結果顯示，在機械性質方面之抗張與抗折強度，以PBT ／ABS 之組 成比例為７５／２５時，強度就顯著下降，而耐衝擊強度（Izod）亦有類似的結果。 在形態學方面，由TEM 照片，顯示其在此組成比例（ABS／PBT= ７５／２５）時，m- orphology 接近形成PBT 共連續相。另外，亦可由熱性質、形態學得到相互的證實， PBT 與ABS 之親和性不佳。 第二部份之研究，
