Článek se věnuje problematice účasti a zapojení nezletilého v civilním soudním řízení, konkrétně v řízení péče soudu o nezletilé, které se ho úzce dotýká a které má vliv na jeho budoucí život. Nezletilý není účastníkem řízení s plnou procesní z působilostí a proto tato řízení a jeho participační práva vykazují mnoho odlišností od řízení, kterého se účastní pouze dospělí.
