This article highlights the importance of developing lifelong learning skills to ensure a real connection between school and the labor market. A four-dimensional pedagogical model is proposed and demonstrated using the example of linear motion. The model is structured along four dimensions: cognition, educational methodology, skill development, and disciplinary complexity.
