Pekanbaru - Dumai toll road is one of the segments of the Trans Sumatra toll roads built by PT Hutama Karya. This study aims to identify property transfer customs regulations and analysis of local tax revenues (especially BPHTB) in Pekanbaru City and Dumai City. This research was conducted in 2019-2020.
