An efficient and expedient synthetic method was developed for the preparation of chiral poly-substituted morpholine and oxazepine derivatives. La dégénérescence neurofibrillaire (DNF) est une lésion histologique typique de plusieurs maladies neurodégénératives dont la maladie d'Alzheimer. Elle se caractérise par l'agrégation de protéines microtubulaires Tau, hyperphosphorylées et anormalement phosphorylées, sous forme de filaments appariés en hélice. Des marqueurs du cycle cellulaire sont détectés dans les agrégats de Tau et dans les neurones vulnérables à la DNF.
