Ratios and stratification variables are used in panel data regressions and the time period of the study is from 2004 to 2013. The results show that performance (ROAA) is dependent on four categories of ratios (Asset quality, Capital ratios/risk and solvency ratios, Operations ratios, Liquidity ratios). Corporate governance system and the geographic location (political and macroeconomic factors) of the bank seem to ef

The compressive strength of silica fume concretes was investigated at low water-cementitious materials ratios with a naphthalene sulphonate superplasticizer. The results show that partial cement replacement up to 20% produce, higher compressive strengths than control concretes, nevertheless the strength gain is less than 15%. In this paper we propose a model to evaluate the compressive strength of silica fume concrete at any time. The model is related to the water-cementitious materials and silica-cement ratios. Using an appropriate measure to assess firms’ performance is essential. We analyzed inventory turnover (IT) as a performance measure in manufacturing processes because IT ratios are critical in the manufacturing industry and publicly available objective measures. Using the data of 421 manufacturing companies in Korea from 2010 to 2018, we conducted an extensive analysis of the factors affecting IT by segment and its correlation with other financial ratios. Then, we compare performances between the top and bottom companies determined by Altman’s Z score approach. We found that, for the overall

The study was conducted to determine the feed intake, growth rate and efficiency of feed utilization of broilers fed with finisher ration formulated with different levels of potato meal as partial substitute to corn. This was conducted at the Benguet State University Poultry Experimental Farm from September to October 2013. Following the Completely Randomized Design (CRD), 120 heads of 30-day old birds were distributed using three treatments as follows: 0% potato meal (T0); 10% potato meal (T1); and 20% potato meal (T2). The average initial weight of birds taken at 30 days of age was 1.29 kg.
