Objective. The aim of the study was to compare the antihypertensive efficacy of fixed combinations of perindopril and indapamide in patients with arterial hypertension (HTN) and high cardiovascular risk.Design and methods. We included 65 patients with 1–2 degree of HTN who had not taken the studied drugs before: either perindopril arginine / indapamide 10 mg + 2,5 mg, n = 35), or indapamide / perindopril erbumine K 2,5 mg + 8 mg, n = 30). Clinical efficacy of antihypertensive therapy was evaluated at three different time points. We assessed objective clinical status, blood biochemistry, office b

A rapid, accurate, and precise RP-HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of Indapamide, Amlodipine besylate, and Perindopril erbumine in a combined dosage form. The method utilized a Waters HPLC system with Empower2 software, a UV detector, and a BDS Hypersil C18 column (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 µm). The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer (pH 3.0) and acetonitrile (40:60) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, with detection at 235 nm. The retention times for Indapamide, Amlodipine besylate, and Perindopril erbumine were 2.54, 3.65, and 4.14 minutes, respectively. Assay stud

Perindopril erbumine is a tert-butylamine salt of perindopril used in the treatment of stable coronary artery disease and hypertension. The present study was aimed to evaluate the anaphylactic reaction as an adverse event for perindopril erbumine tablets. Electronic extraction of data from the safety database for this report includes all cases of anaphylactic reaction where perindopril was a primary or co-suspect drug. The study result have shown that there were overall 205 case reports for perindopril in the database, of which 200 cases were assessed as (potentially) perindopril and 05 were a

Abstract:
A Dissolution method with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis was validated for perindopril erbumine and indapamide in combination tablet formulation. The method was validated to meet requirements for a global regulatory filing and this validation included specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, range, robustness and solution stability studies. The dissolution method, which uses USP apparatus 1 with basket rotating at 100 rpm, 1000 ml of phosphate buffer pH 6.8 as the dissolution medium, and reversed-phased HPLC was carried out at 50?C on a 4.6mm?250mm 5?m cyano column
