This study explores the cultural status of “Jeonseol-ui Joseon (legend of Joseon)” (1927.8.20-12.28) and “Jeonseol (legend)” (1932.6.2. -10.15) serialized in Dong-A Ilbo during the Japanese colonial period. First time in scholarship, this paper has analysed the legend developing around the mosque called Eshil-Dzhami in Bakhchisarai, which is documented by the late eighteenth and nineteenth century travelogues. According to the legend, soon after the unification of the Crimea with Russia soldiers or Cossacks killed mullah of this mosque, thus making it desecrated, and the shrine was desolated. Since no testimony for the authenticity of this story survived, it probably expressed Crimean Tatars’ collective trauma because of the liquidation of the Crimean khanate rather than some historical episode.

The ancient city of Tyras was in the late classical and Hellenistic times an important economic center of the North-Western Black Sea region. Although Khulna's actual history is not about more than 200 years, but it has a 2000 years settlement and commercial history. Khulna was a part of Ganaridai, Vanga, Jessore dynasty, Rarh (South Bengal) in different periods. The Hanoi reprint edition of the Baojuan of Xiangshan (1772) is a rare text of Chinese popular literature preserved out of China; it reproduces the edition from Nanjing. Статья является продолжением публикации раннего боспорского серебра из раскопок Фанагории. К изданному в Hypanis 1 (2019) материалу прибавилось еще 20 монет, которые делятся на две хронологические группы. Первая – 4 анэпиграфных монеты первой половины 5 в. до н. э.; вторая – 16 монет с этниконами периода после 438 г. и до 360-х гг. до н. э. Последняя группа представляет важный хронологический индикатор для датировки слоев классической Фанагории. По эмитентам монеты второй группы распределяются следующим образом: чеканка АПОΛ – 4 экз.; Пантикапей – 5; «синдские» – 5; Фанагория – 1; Нимфей – 1.
