Atualmente existem vários tratamentos para melhorar a aparência da pele com fotoenvelhecimento. A quimioabrasão é uma dessas técnicas, consiste na associação de esfoliação química com ácido tricloroacético a 35%, seguida por dermabrasão. O ácido tricloroacético facilita a dermabrasão por promover coagulação das proteínas da pele, tornando-a mais friável. U okviru doktorske disertacije ispitan je nutritivni kvalitet mleka magarice balkanske rase tokom laktacije. Prosečna suva materija mleka magarice balkanske rase iznosi 9,26%. Sadržaj proteina tokom laktacije kreće se od 1,40% do 1,92%. Prosečan sadržaj mlečne masti je 0,61%, a sadržaj laktoze iznosi 6,50%. Sadržaj analiziranih minerala: Ca, Na, K, Mg, P i Zn se povećava tokom laktacije i maksimalna vrednost utvrđena je 170. dana. Primenom kapilarne elektroforeze definisan je profil proteina mleka magarice balkanske rase. Identifikovane su sledeće proteinske frakcije: &alpha;s1-kazein, &alpha;

This diploma thesis is focused on issues concerning the stability of selected vegetable oils which are used in cosmetic industry. The stability of eight oils without additives were determined by a differential scanning calorimeter. In the first phase, the temperatures of oil degradation were determined for different rates of heating, i.e. nonisothermal stabilities. They were consequetly used to calculate isothermal stabilities alias induction periods. In presented thesis the chosen parameters of reproduction {--} days to first service, days open, calving interval, insemination index - were evaluated in dairy cattle. There were 222 of dairy cows observed (53 Czech Pied and 169 Holstein cows). The results of reproduction were evaluated as unsatisfactory. Length of calving interval overreached recommended 400 days in 56,25 % of Holstein and in 33,33% of Czech Pied cows. Also the mean value of insemination index 2,39 exceeds the optimum of 1,8-2,0.

The chosen influences such as breed, age of the first calving, time of year of calving and level of yield were observed within breeds of Czech Fleckvieh and Holstein cattle.
