Det här examensarbetet är ett avslutande arbete på utbildningen Högskoleingenjör Byggnadsteknik på Linköpings universitet. Examensarbetet genomfördes i samarbete med Skanska Hus i Linköping där en studie kring en ny typ av formsättningsmetod med kvarsittande form för grunddetaljer utfördes. Metoden innebar att arbetsmoment inkluderande nedtagning och rengöring som normalt ingår vid traditionell formsättning eliminerades. Företaget efterfrågade en undersökning av den nya metoden för att se om den är att föredra i kommande projekt. Rapporten inriktades på studier kring tidsvinst, ekonomisk påverkan och arbetsmiljöpåverkan. Den teoretiska referensramen behandlar förutsättningar och begrepp som ingår vid skapandet av en produktionskalkyl och hur en alternativkalkyl för val av produktionsmetod utförs. Hur exponering av damm, tunga lyft, buller, vibrationer och andra vanligt förkommande förhållanden på en byggarbetsplats påverkar yrkesarbetaren tas upp och hur de kan förebyggas genom rätt val av material och produktionsmetod. I den här studien valdes en traditionell form av plywood och virke som den metod som den nya formsättningsmetoden jämförs emot. Kalkyler upprättades för de båda metoderna och intervjuer genomfördes med inblandade parter för att bedöma hur arbetsmiljön påverkades av den nya kvarsittande plastformen. Resultatet av studien visade att den nya formsättningsmetoden innebar tidsvinster, var ekonomiskt lönsam och bidrog till förbättrad arbetsmiljö på byggarbetsplatsen.

This work claims to study the technical feasibility of using ferrocement panels as permanent self-supported formworks for execution of bridges on local roads. It is justified by changes in the production structure of agriculture in general that resulted in changing the type of traffic, impacting the service life of special engineering structure and also the limited capacity of infrastructure investments and technical capacity of municipalities to whom these systems are jurisdictional . The study was done by the development of theoretical models of a size which can be positioned with simple equipment and check its structural plates. The methodological approach included bibliographic and document analysis research. The theoretical development studies considered the reference group recognized research, relevant technical standards and analytical models already consolidated.O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar a viabilidade técnica do uso de placas de argamassa armada como formas permanentes e autoportantes para execução de pontes em vias secundárias e vicinais. Justifica-se pelas mudanças da estrutura produtiva da agropecuária em geral que resultaram na alteração do tipo de tráfego, com impacto na vida útil das obras de arte viárias e também na baixa capacidade de investimentos em infraestrutura e capacitação dos municípios a quem estes sistemas estão jurisdicionados. O estudo foi feito pelo desenvolvimento teórico de modelos de placas de dimensões tais que possam ser posicionadas com equipamentos simples e a sua verificação estrutural. A abordagem metodológica contemplou pesquisa bibliográfica e análise documental. O desenvolvimento teórico considerou estudos de referência de grupos de pesquisa reconhecidos, normas técnicas pertinentes e modelos analíticos já consolidados.

This diploma thesis deals with design documentation of New mixed-use building in Bruntál. The building is located in the centre of the Bruntál on the plot number 83/1. Regulatory plan defines this plot for construction. It is marked as SC – mixed-use residental plot. The building contains the main conditions of use – living, shopping, restaurant and administration. The building has 3 above-ground floors and 1 basement. At ground floor there is café and shop. At first floor there are offices and conference room. At second floor there are flats. In basement there is utility room, cellars, garage and storages. The café and shop is separated and has its own entrances. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing and non-load bearing structures are bulit of permanent formwork VELOX – perimeter load-bearing walls are sandwiches, internal load-bearing walls are of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, which is covered by permanent formwork. Non-load bearing walls are bulit of 2 boards of permanent formwork with inserted acoustic insulation. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, which is covered by permanent formwork. The building has concrete foundation strips and cast-in-place reinforced concrete stairs. The roof has got classical order of layers.

The subject of my master‘s thesis is A new cultural society center building in Frýdek-Místek. The work is explained in the form of project documentation for the execution of the building containing all the requirements following the legal standards and regulations. The land is flat. It is a two-storey, basement building. The supporting system of the object is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton filled with ceramic blocks. Basement masonry is permanent formwork. The roof and ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofs above both of the first floors are flat green roofs, the roof above the second floor is also flat formed by river rock. The new building of the cultural society center corresponds to the town plan of the town of Frýdek-Místek. The design was influenced by the layout, static and architectural features, and energy savings.

The focus of the diploma thesis is a new building of preschool in Velké Němčice. The structure is comprised of three classrooms, each for twenty children. The education of the children is secured by six teachers and a head teacher. There are three employees who attend to the food preparation and the maintenance and upkeeping. The meals are secured by a catering company. The structure is designed as double-storeyed without the cellars. The floor plan is in the shape of the reverse letter L. There is a flat one-deck roof. The building was designed as a brick panel structure with the external thermal insulation composite system. It is betted into a flat terrain.

The part of quest house with mono-pitched roof is two-storeyed and there is placed quests rooms and facilities. The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the design documentation for the realization of a newly-built restaurant and facilities for Czech fishing union in the village Lačnov. The building consists of two objects interconnected by a connecting neck. The ground floor of the building with a flat roof is used as a restaurant. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Public entrance is from the southern side. The entrance for the staff and the supply will be from the east side. Facilities for staff and technical facilities there is in the northern part of the building. On the second floor there is an office, a meeting room and a training room for the Czech fishing union. In the second object with a gabled roof is an apartment for a fishing man and a shop with small fishing equipment. There is also a showers and toilets for the disabled. The technical background is situated in the attic. The house is based on strips foudations. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Building is insulated. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with timber cladding.

The aim of this thesis is to make a project documentation of building School of art. It´s a brick object with partial basement and there are 2 aboveground floors. The entrance of the house is situated north. The object has grand plan which is shape of the letter U and its roofed by flat roof with waterproofing from modified waterproofing strips. The peripheral masonry on the above-ground floors is designed from clay masonry POROTHERM and from permanent formwork Diton in the basement. Ceiling constructions are designed from prestressed concrete deck slab Spiroll. The whole building is insulated by contact thermal insulation system. When designing the external appearance of the building the regulations of the surrounding buildings, which consist of houses with flat roofs, were taken into account. The color and material solutions were also based on these principles. The combination of white and brick colors creates a modern look, which enhances the horizontal separation of individual floors by contrasting color line in gray. The premises of the new school also include large outdoor atrium spaces and a park area south of the atrium, which can be used for outdoor teaching and public productions.

The subject of the diploma thesis is new stand-alone hotel with a catering service and a relaxation zone including a fitness room, a table tennis room, massages and a solarium. The individual functional parts are separated and can be operated independently of each other. The Building consists of three floors. The ground floor will serve to run a restaurant with a background and a for relaxation zone, the remaining two floors will be used to accommodate guests and the necessary facilities. The maximum capacity for the accommodation is 59 people and requires four employees to operate it. The restaurant is designed for 81 guests and a total of 7 employees. The relaxation part is for guests only and is not accessible to other people. The structure is based on strip foundations from plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. Peripheral vertical load-bearing structures of the first above-ground floor are designed from permanent formwork system, all others loadbearing walls will be walled-up from vertically perforated block laid on thin-film adhesive. The floor structures are designed as an assembly of prestressed hollow core slabs. Roofing of the building will be made as a flat vegetation roof.

This master thesis focuses on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of constructing Industrial park with administration building consisting of two parts, SO 01 – Administration building and SO 02 – Industrial building. The two objects are situated on the plot No. 715/1, in the cadastre unit Vrbno pod Pradědem located on an undeveloped land of the investor. The exit from the parking lot connects to the local traffic infrastructure. Public infrastructure leads in proximity to the land. The design of the construction respects local zoning plan. Project documentation was made in compliance with up-to-date requirements according to valid standards and regulations. The building is functionally divided into two objects, SO 01 and SO 02, which are operationally and structurally connected. Constructions of both objects are statically independent. The object SO 01, partially accessible to the public, is used for administrative tasks and staff facilities. Also, there is a sample room available to the public, gatehouse and warehouses. The object SO 02 is purposed for the production of plastic windows and solar panels. It mainly consists of areas used for production, but there is also an office for the master, a machine room for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and staff facilities. The object SO 01 is designed from a wall structural system from clay masonry, clay ceilings, strip foundation and a flat roof. The object SO 02 is designed as a full-metal prefabricated object with a saddle roof and foundation pads. The construction system of this object consists of steel columns. Plan dimensions of SO 01 are 25x14 metres. Building envelope is made from clay blocks, 440 mm in width, filled with mineral wool. Plan dimensions of SO 02 are 66,9x22,9 metres. Object’s curtain walling is made from prefabricated sandwich panels containing a core from PUR material.

The subject of the diploma thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new three-storey home for elderly with partial basement, which is located in the village Ořechov. The object is situated on a flat terrain, which is situated little bit higher than local road. That was used for an architectonic conception of the house –basement is open and accessible by local road from the north side, the rest is under ground. The detached building is partly roofed by a flat green roof and partly roofed by flat roof covered with gravel. The object is divided into individual areas. In the second and third floor is living and social area. 11 dwelling units of different sizes are designed. First floor is also accessible to the public and together with entrance hall and reception, which is situated in the middle of the object with the main entrance on the east side, there are another two separate areas. The left wing serves as a medical department, in the right wing is cofé with his own staff facilities. In the basement is a utility room and storage areas.

It is a separately standing structure with two floors and partial basement located in slightly sloping terrain. The building is constructed of sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a simple, flat, extensive roof. This kindergarten is designed for 40 children divided into two sections which are located right in the 1st floor together with food delivery. The technical room is in the basement. The common room, multipurpose classroom and headquarters are situated on the 2nd floor. Disposition is proposed in accordance with operation of kindergarten.

My thesis deals with a project documentation processing of a new building “ Low Floor Apartment Complex – Horoměřice”. All requirements strictly follow effective legal regulations. The complex is comprised of three objects arranged as the U-shape. The two-floor object A is a combination of masonry from reinforced concrete and a wooden structure. The object B is a single-storey wooden structure and the object C is a two-floor wooden structure. All these objects are covered by a two-coating counter roof. My thesis is a construction technical arrangement, which contains a fire safety report, a heat treatment, a layout plan, a proposal and a calculation of a strip foundation as well.

The subjekt of this diploma thesis is design and project documentation of a kindergarten in city Jihlava. New building is situated in the western part of the city HorníKosov. The kindergarten is designed for preschool education 48 children from 3 to 7 years. The building is without cellar. The building has two floors. In the 1st floor there are two separate classes with sanitary facilities and facilities for teachers. Two separate classes have a common dining room with kachen facilities and sanitary facilities for her employees. In the second floor there is lenguage class for 12 children, storage, directors office, office of speech therapy and sanitary facilities. The object is base on concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made of ceramics bricks. The walls are insulated with combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with facade cladding of cement-bonded particle board. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. Roof construction over single-storey parts of the building is designed as a vegetation flat roof. Roof construction over the two-storey part of the building is designed as a warm flat roof. Next to the object is situated parking slots for cars. Altogether is designed 13 places, which 1 is designed for disabled people.
