Abstract:
The provision of bibliographic resources for individual branches of science and / or practical activity is traditional and now it is one of the most developed areas of bibliography. The library and information sphere, including library, bibliographic and scientific information activities and the scientific disciplines that study them needs (library and information sciences) it as well. These areas are characterized by the proximity and significant concurrency of goals, objects, processes, methods, and results of activities. At present, their further integration, transformation of traditional libraries (first of all, scientific ones) into library and information centers is underway. The bibliography of library and information science and practice includes: 1) bibliography of literature on history, theory, methodology, organization, methodology and technology of these activities, 2) bibliography of publications and electronic resources of library and information institutions; for bibliography as such bibliography of bibliography is also of particular importance, 3) bio-bibliography of branch leaders (polybiobibliographic and monobibiographic (personal) resources).Since the 1940s the Russian State Library is the main center of the current bibliographic registration of literature on librarianship and bibliography (until 2015 – the release of current indexes, since 1989 – the formation of a thematic abstract bibliographic database). The library prepared many printed retrospective indexes and lists on the problems of library and bibliographic science and practice, which creation not only its bibliographic, but also research, methodical and production structural units took active part in.In the XXI century, the Library activities in the field of retrospective branch bibliography are limited to the creation of a series of indexes “Bibliography. Bibliographic science”, reflecting the scientifically significant array of native bibliographic literature in Russian since 1959. The main attention is paid to bibliographic registration of publications and electronic resources of the Library and about it, as well as works of its staff.Electronic catalogs and bibliographic indexes are being created that take into account the products of libraries of the Russian Federation, as well as countries – the former Soviet republics. Polybiobibliographic and personal indexes are being prepared.

Abstract:
A calculation of the amount of literature that should be processed by a scientist when conducting research in the field of Earth science has been made. An approximate estimate of the volume of literary sources processed by a scientist is 10000 works over 20 years. To work with such a large volume of literature it is necessary to use programs of bibliographic managers. The EndNote and Mendelay software are reviewed. The problems of such software packages and their advantages are discussed. The main disadvantage is the lack of support for long-term literature review work. In addition, there is insufficient support for hierarchical systems of semantic-intelligent relationship of articles with problems of the science of the Earth. The limitations of professional software of the bibliography managers forced to develop our own bibliographic manager. Algorithms of its operating bibliographic system, which realized implementation in the Access Microsoft program, are considered. The proposed algorithm can be used in other fields of science as well.

Abstract:
The article presents a bibliographic index compiled in the Wro- blewski Library of the Academy of Science and discusses the significance of a personal bibliography for biographical studies. This is the first and so far the only comprehensive index encompassing both Basanavičius’s own publications and writings about him. The first part of the index, dealing with writings by Basanavičius, was published in 2015. The second part, concerning literature on him, is currently under preparation. Both biographical studies and research in other scientific fields will benefit from the following aspects of the bibliography: it offers clarification on Ba- sanavičius’s pseudonyms and contains entries for his anonymously published works, documents signed by him, and repeated editions of his writings. It also provides citation data, i.e., information on who cited Basanavičius’s works or commented on them. The bibliography will be useful in studying Basanavičius’s biography, the subject variety in his writings, their dissemination and popularity, as well as the historical circumstances in that time period. The bibliography also will be of use in writing a scientific biography of Basanavičius or a monograph about him, as well as in preparing a comprehensive edition of his writings.Based on the example of the bibliography of Basanavičius, it may be stated that a personal bibliography is an important source for biographical studies, which may be instrumental in creating a comprehensive biographical portrait of an individual.

Abstract:
Today, the web is constantly growing, expanding global information space and more and more data is being processed and sourced online. The amount of electronically accessible and available online information is overwhelming. Increasingly, recommendation systems, which engage in some form of automated personalisation, are hugely prevalent on the web and have been extensively studied in the research literature. Several issues still remain unsolved including high sparsity situation and cold starts (how to recommend content to users who have had little or no prior interaction with the system). Recent work has demonstrated a potential solution in the form of cross-domain user modeling. This thesis will explore the design, implementation and testing of a cross-domain approach using social media data to model rich and effective user preferences and provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of the approach based on direct real-world user feedback, deconstructing a cross-system news recommendation service where user models are generated via social media data. This will be accomplished by identifying the availability of a source domain from which to draw resources for recommendations and the availability of user profiles that capture a wide range of user interests from different domains. This thesis also demonstrates the viability of generating user models from social media data and evidences that the automated cross-domain approach can be superior to explicit filtering using self-declared preferences and can be further augmented when placing the user with the ability to maintain control over such models. The reasons for these results are qualitatively examined in order to understand why such effects occur, indicating that different models are capturing widely different areas within a user's preference space.

Abstract:
This study analyzed special education dissertations published in Dissertation Abstracts International, 1980 to 1985. Keywords, describing the substantive content of each abstract and title, were assigned according to principles used in controlled and natural language indexing. A bibliometric analysis was performed to identify a core vocabulary representing frequent concepts and ideas and the most productive institutions awarding doctorates in special education. Descriptive and bivariate (chi square) analyses were also conducted illustrating relationships between demographic variables: year of completion, sex of author, degree awarded, page length, institution; and content variables: category of special education, research type, and data analysis technique. Finally, a microcomputer information retrieval system was developed to provide better access to the dissertation literature. Results indicated that a greater number of women choose to do doctoral work, graduate with Ph.D. degrees and write longer theses. The keyword index illustrated a wide diversity of topics being pursued. The microcomputer personal information retrieval system is multifaceted, is available for searching, may describe the vocabulary, and will accommodate the growing dissertation base in special education.

In this sense, the objective of this study was to analyze the search behavior of post graduate students of Programa de Pós-Graduação de Ensino em Ciências da Saúde. In this investigation, we chose a qualitative research that includes a descriptive approach to the research subject and the search for exploratory in existing national and international scientific literature on the proposed theme. The instruments used for data collection were electronic questionnaire and group discussion for better understanding of reality, seeking more agreement on the search process by the post graduate students. The data were analyzed based on the theoretical framework, which were highlighted three central themes: the process of searching for information by post graduate students; difficulties encountered by post graduate students in the search for information in databases; facilities found by post graduate students in the search for information in databases. It was identified the need for actions that enhance information literacy at various stages of the research process, which could directly impact the quality of scientific publications.

A bibliographic management system facilitates the storage and management of the bibliographic information on documents that are important for user. Features of a bibliographic information like authors, published year, and abstracts are stored in the system to represent one document. A user can personalize his/her folders in terms of user-configurable categories. In addition to the above-mentioned functions, the personal bibliographic management system that we design also recommends documents relevant to an individual user. The idea is to analyze semantic meaning of documents. Documents with the same semantic meaning will be grouped into a cluster. If someone has documents belonging to one cluster, our system will recommend him other documents belonging to this cluster. Word Sense Disambiguation (WSD) is employed to discover the semantic meaning of a document. In this thesis, we propose a new method for Word Sense Disambiguation. The method is based on lexical chains and employs the taxonomy of WordNet. On the basis of the strength of the relationship between words, automatic disambiguating of word semantics can be accomplished by giving different weights. An evaluation of the method was done on Semantic Concordance Corpus (SemCor). The average percentage of correct resolutions achieved was 65.26%.

Abstract:
In January 2018, Masaryk University archives obtained an extensive written estate of Robert Konečný (1906–1981), an associate professor of philosophy and professor of psychology at Masaryk University, the pioneer of health-care psychology in Czechoslovakia, a poet and author, and a major figure of resistance to Nazism. Robert Konečný’s personal files, which belong among the best preserved items in the university archives, were organized and made accessible during 2018. Extensive correspondence mainly includes collections of letters from key figures of Czech literature, philosophy and psychology. A remarkable part of the estate consists of texts of Konečný’s lectures and speeches as well as documents on his educational activity in radio and television broadcasting. The files also represent a valuable source for the study of resistance to Nazism in Moravia. An extensive set of manuscripts, typescripts and prints from the fields of psychology, philosophy and literature can serve as a basis for the preparation of Konečný’s bibliography.

Abstract:
Abstract Several nuclear facilities are currently dismantling in France, namely on CEA’s and EDF’s sites. The whole decommissioning and dismantling, cutting operations and nuclear waste management can significantly affect worker risks. In this context, this work aims to better assess the internal exposure risks for operations where removal factor and airborne release factor play an essential part in the uncertainties. For that purpose, developing a new method for assessing the risk of internal exposure is necessary to optimize the choice of Personal Protective Equipment during nuclear dismantling. Based on a bibliographic study and feedback, we identified most of the forces and parameters that influence labile contamination removal and resuspension. Their high number forced us to highlight the most relevant ones regarding data from the bibliography and worksite reality. Thus, the role of the drying temperature, relative humidity, roughness of the contaminated surface and the swiping pressure were particularly studied on the assessment of the labile contamination and the removal factor. For that, we performed successive wiping operations with cotton wipes on surface on which a simulated labile contamination was deposited to estimate the influence of different parameters on the total labile contamination and the removal factor. Particularly, we noticed the consequences of roughness on these latter.

Abstract:
"This theoretical study is part of a doctoral thesis and aims to investigate how the psychoanalytic thinking of Hélio Pellegrino - the Brazilian psychoanalyst, poet and writer - is structured and its ethical and political implications in the formation of psychoanalysis. We note the importance of thematic research, since there is no scientific publication that has as its object of study a systematic analysis of the author's psychoanalytic production. Furthermore, investigations of this kind contribute to the establishment of a reference bibliography on psychoanalysis in Brazil. That said, this research was developed and completed through a study of a large part of his psychoanalytic production, which is under the custody of the personal archives of the Museum of Brazilian Literature, at the Casa Rui Barbosa Foundation (FCRB). In this work, we outline some elements of the analysis found in his work, whose focus is on reflecting on the epistemological, conceptual and practical foundations of psychoanalytic theory. It has, as a constant concern, the analysis of the problems that structure Brazilian society, observed through his own reading of the Oedipus complex, the constitution of subjectivity and the social pact, in general, and in Brazil, in particular. As such, he discusses the explicit commitment of psychoanalysis in transforming the serious social problems faced by Brazil, which are related to the serious structural problems of international capitalism, and which are also reflected in the problems of the development of psychoanalytic institutions around the world."

Abstract:
The article describes the automated system for creating and maintaining a database of scientific works of academic institution’s employees, developed by specialists of the Joint Supercomputer Center RAS. The system’s information base contains data about objects: the authors, related organizations (places of their work), publications at the analytical and monographic levels, sources (publications at the summary level — journals, collections), reports made at scientific conferences, symposia, seminars. The system has an administrative module designed to enter and edit data. The user’s module of the system is a special search engine that searches for information about publications, sources, reports, events, authors by processing search queries. A distinctive feature of the system is the introduced concept of «equivalent» objects. Such objects are «persons» corresponding to the same author with different spellings of the last name in the bibliographic descriptions of publications; organizations with different versions of names; articles which are published without changes in different languages.

Abstract:
The article describes a WEB-system developed by the authors that implements services related to the formation and provision of multifaceted information about the results of scientific activities (publications, copyright certificates and reports at scientific events) of employees of an organization or a group of organizations. The system is focused both on the end user interested in obtaining specific data, and on the administrative staff, who generates reporting materials for the parent organization. The information base of the system contains metadata on the following classes of objects: persons (authors), organizations and their subdivisions; publications at analytical, monographic and summary levels; copyright certificates; scientific events (conferences, symposia, seminars); reports. The system includes two modules - an administrative one (intended for entering and editing data) and a user one, which is a special search engine that searches for information, visualizes it, provides navigation among related resources and exports data. A distinctive feature of the system is the introduced concept of "equivalent" objects. Objects are considered equivalent if they are represented in the system by different metadata, but referring to the same physical entity. Such objects are "persons" corresponding to one author with different spellings of the surname in the bibliographic descriptions of publications; organizations with different variants of names; articles published unchanged in various languages. In accordance with modern requirements for reporting on publications, the system reflects the sources of research funding, as well as the affiliations indicated in the articles for each author.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Background: Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is an indicator of the success of health development in a country. The World Health Organization (WHO) has issued a series of new recommendations to improve the quality of antenatal care to reduce the risk of birth and pregnancy complications and provide a positive pregnancy experience. This study aimed to review the antenatal service quality. Subjects and Method: This was a scoping review using an electronic bibliographic database method. Articles were collected from 5 databases, namely Science Direct, PubMed, EBSCO, Wiley, and ProQuest. This study was carried out systematically from 2009 to 2019. The articles used in this scoping review were described in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) flowchart. Results: Based on 10 articles out of 190 articles according to inclusion criteria, the review results showed that the quality of antenatal care was divided into physical examinations and supporting examinations carried out in antenatal care services, suggestions and infrastructure in antenatal care services, and availability of health personnel in antenatal care services. Conclusion: The quality of antenatal care services is strongly influenced by the standard of the equipment used, the standard of examination, facilities and infrastructure and the availability of health personnel. Keywords: quality, antenatal care, scoping review Correspondence: Yayuk Puji Lestari. Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Jl. Abstract: This article presents a modern, e-learning method designed for the study of the draw frame for processing cotton fibers, blends of cotton and chemical fibers or chemical fibers cotton types. It exposes a new teaching and learning approach of the laboratory for subject Processes and Machines in Cotton Spinning Mill comprised in the academic curricula of the 3rd year students, specialization Technology and Design Textile Products and subject Processes in Spinning Mill comprised in the academic curricula of the 2nd year students, specialization Economic Industrial Engineering. The draw frame is placed after card machine or after combing preparation system for combed yarns. The role of the draw frames is to increase the uniformity of the bands through the doubling effect of the bands, when a doubling of 6 or 8 is used and to increase the quality of the bands by straightening the fibers. The work is accomplished in Power Point aiming to capture the attention of the students. Besides, the transition from chapter to chapter or to additional relevant aspects within a chapter is carried out by means of hyperlinks. The kinematic and technological schemes developed on Autocad serve to calculus, kinematic and technological, and facilitate a better understanding of the functioning of the machine, part of the machine or different mechanisms. Supplementary, several images, audio and video files support the learning and understanding process. The video material derive from personal records or from processing available movies in the public space, www.youtube.com, using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 software. For each kinematic or technological parameter to be calculated, the respective kinematic chains are identified by changing the properties of the respective entities (kind, thickness or color of gears). Ismail, Zenobia, and Topua Lesinko. Interventions to Address Discrimination against LGBTQi Persons. Institute of Development Studies (IDS), June 2021. http://dx.doi.org/10.19088/k4d.2021.104.

Abstract:
This annotated bibliography synthesises evidence on interventions to limit discrimination and abuse against people who are LGBTQi. In general, development agencies have strong commitments to LGBTQi rights in their strategy and policy documents. However, they avoid addressing LGBTQi rights directly through programming. Historically, international donor support for LGBTQi rights has been channelled through health programmes (especially those related to sexual health or HIV/AIDS) and democracy and governance support programmes. Recently, there is a trend towards integrating LGBTQi rights across a broader set of development programmes under the auspices of “leave no one behind”. The literature notes some barriers that undermine the extent to which international development interventions or programmes can address discrimination against LGBTQi persons. One of the barriers includes LGBTQi rights are still not viewed as a development priority but as a controversy in some settings, leading embassies to be hesitant to engage with them. Limited data and understanding of the various issues that are categorised as LGBTQi curtail the extent to which these issues can be integrated with other development programmes. The literature also observes that prejudice among staff at all levels in development agencies undermines their willingness to engage with LGBTQi rights and issues.
