Abstract:
The provision of bibliographic resources for individual branches of science and / or practical activity is traditional and now it is one of the most developed areas of bibliography. The library and information sphere, including library, bibliographic and scientific information activities and the scientific disciplines that study them needs (library and information sciences) it as well. These areas are characterized by the proximity and significant concurrency of goals, objects, processes, methods, and results of activities. At present, their further integration, transformation of traditional libraries (first of all, scientific ones) into library and information centers is underway. The bibliography of library and information science and practice includes: 1) bibliography of literature on history, theory, methodology, organization, methodology and technology of these activities, 2) bibliography of publications and electronic resources of library and information institutions; for bibliography as such bibliography of bibliography is also of particular importance, 3) bio-bibliography of branch leaders (polybiobibliographic and monobibiographic (personal) resources).Since the 1940s the Russian State Library is the main center of the current bibliographic registration of literature on librarianship and bibliography (until 2015 – the release of current indexes, since 1989 – the formation of a thematic abstract bibliographic database). The library prepared many printed retrospective indexes and lists on the problems of library and bibliographic science and practice, which creation not only its bibliographic, but also research, methodical and production structural units took active part in.In the XXI century, the Library activities in the field of retrospective branch bibliography are limited to the creation of a series of indexes “Bibliography. Bibliographic science”, reflecting the scientifically significant array of native bibliographic literature in Russian since 1959. The main attention is paid to bibliographic registration of publications and electronic resources of the Library and about it, as well as works of its staff.Electronic catalogs and bibliographic indexes are being created that take into account the products of libraries of the Russian Federation, as well as countries – the former Soviet republics. Polybiobibliographic and personal indexes are being prepared.

Abstract:
A calculation of the amount of literature that should be processed by a scientist when conducting research in the field of Earth science has been made. An approximate estimate of the volume of literary sources processed by a scientist is 10000 works over 20 years. To work with such a large volume of literature it is necessary to use programs of bibliographic managers. The EndNote and Mendelay software are reviewed. The problems of such software packages and their advantages are discussed. The main disadvantage is the lack of support for long-term literature review work. In addition, there is insufficient support for hierarchical systems of semantic-intelligent relationship of articles with problems of the science of the Earth. The limitations of professional software of the bibliography managers forced to develop our own bibliographic manager. Algorithms of its operating bibliographic system, which realized implementation in the Access Microsoft program, are considered. The proposed algorithm can be used in other fields of science as well.

Abstract:
The article presents a bibliographic index compiled in the Wro- blewski Library of the Academy of Science and discusses the significance of a personal bibliography for biographical studies. This is the first and so far the only comprehensive index encompassing both Basanavičius’s own publications and writings about him. The first part of the index, dealing with writings by Basanavičius, was published in 2015. The second part, concerning literature on him, is currently under preparation. Both biographical studies and research in other scientific fields will benefit from the following aspects of the bibliography: it offers clarification on Ba- sanavičius’s pseudonyms and contains entries for his anonymously published works, documents signed by him, and repeated editions of his writings. It also provides citation data, i.e., information on who cited Basanavičius’s works or commented on them. The bibliography will be useful in studying Basanavičius’s biography, the subject variety in his writings, their dissemination and popularity, as well as the historical circumstances in that time period. The bibliography also will be of use in writing a scientific biography of Basanavičius or a monograph about him, as well as in preparing a comprehensive edition of his writings.Based on the example of the bibliography of Basanavičius, it may be stated that a personal bibliography is an important source for biographical studies, which may be instrumental in creating a comprehensive biographical portrait of an individual.

Abstract:
The first personal bibliographic index of V. Stefanyk, compiled by Bohdan Romanenchuk, appeared in 1937 in the magazine “Ukrainian Book”. In Soviet times, bibliographers of the Lviv Academic Library prepared three bibliographic indexes by V. Stefanyk (1954, incl. I. Shapovalov and A. Odukha; 1961, incl. O. Kushch; 1985, incl. L. Ilnytska), each of which was negatively affected by ideological censorship. Shortcomings and numerous omissions were noted by B. Kravtsiv in the review “Poverty of the Soviet Bibliography”. In the XXI century bibliographic stefanykiana was supplemented by publications that have one thing in common — availability on the Internet. They were prepared during the jubilee years by libraries from different regions of Ukraine, taking into account the contingent and the needs of their users. However, there is still a need for a new publication that would fill the gaps caused by ideological censorship and carefully register the work of Ukrainian emigration and the bibliographic array of domestic literature since 1982. Keywords: Vasyl Stefanyk, personal bibliographic index, biobibliographic dictionary, webliography, electronic resources.

Science is one area within Aboriginal Education which appears to receive comparatively little attention. The author experienced this in practice when he was lecturing in science education to trainee teachers on the topic of teaching science to Aboriginal students in secondary schools. As a newcomer to the Northern Territory the author does not have direct personal experience in this area and so he decided to search the literature. No previous bibliography of this topic was found. Initially searching revealed very little, but slowly the collection of interesting articles has increased, and whilst it is realised that the selection included in this bibliography is far from complete, it is offered to the reader as a starting point.

A provisional bibliography about Asian martial arts periodicals published in Spain from 1961, first journal’s publication date, to 2009 is presented. Asian martial arts journals were just included for preparing this bibliography. Main public documentary centres as well as personal archives were visited for information searching and data mining. Analysis process was complex due to the scarce number of this kind of publications collected in public institutions. 66 periodicals were discovered and several useful elements were detailed for their description and documentary analysis (title, type of publication, period, frequency, issues, editor, place of publication, ISSN and a brief explanation of their editorial line). Despite its provisional character, this bibliography shows the great amount and variety of data contained in these periodicals, turning into a relevant resource for studying the martial arts’ history in Spain.

This article proposes a reading of the novel El luto humano (1943), by José Revueltas, from the review of the bibliography found in the author’s personal library, related to the mythical Mesoamerican and the indigenous world of the 20th century. Based on various indicators —underlining, dedications, external notes and notes in the margin—, we think that this bibliography could probably have influenced the writing process of the literary corpus that it discussed here. Furthermore, with the semantic and symbolic analysis, it is proposed that this Revueltas novel is far from offering a fatalistic closure, as it has been referred to in other moments and places by specialized critics.

From Polish biographical, obituary and commemorative lexicography. Russia and the USSR versus Poland – victims of anti-civilization. (A bibliography of selected works from 1832-2021) The paper presents selected issues in the area of Polish biographical lexicography from the genological perspective. The author proposes to distinguish a new type – obituary and commemorative lexicography. She states that no monographic work on biographical lexicography has been published within the Polish scholarly society. The existing publications are only in the form of thematic/problem and review articles. The second part of the paper contains a list of 379 Polish dictionaries; the bibliography covers the years 1832–2021. The data presented are considered statistically important. The bibliographic list includes various types/forms of dictionaries – strictly biographical dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, dictionary-encyclopedias, encyclopedic guides, reference books (e.g. Who is who?), directories of people (e.g. The Book of Siberians), personal loss books, cemetery books, lists of people, alphabetical lists of people, lists of surnames, nicknames, registers of the dead, deported and others, indexes of people (e.g. of repressed people) and others, inventories (e.g. names of labor camps), etc. Formally, publications of this type meet the requirements of studies in the field of lexicography because: 1/ they constitute a linearly ordered set (by lexicographic order), and 2/ they are specific databases storing specific information.

Abstract:
The article presents the part of the epistolary heritage of the outstanding Russian and Soviet bibliographer, ideologist of the introduction of the universal decimal classification in the USSR – B. S. Bodnarsky. The article presents for the first time his little-known historical sources. There are twenty epistles to the Soviet historian S. I.-Ya. Borovoy. Generally, the correspondence of these bibliographers is of undeniable interest in the history of Soviet bibliography in particular, and in the history of historical science. The represented epistles are stored in the State Archives of Odessa region, in the fund of personal origin of professor S. I.-Ya. Borovoy. The published ego-documents cover the period from 1952 to 1968 and are a valuable source on the history of socio-cultural life of the early second half of the twentieth century. The provided materials reflect separate fragments of professional activity of two scientists and their personal and scientific communicative communications with some representatives of the Soviet scientific community. The epistles allow us to reproduce some details of the history of Soviet historical science, certain episodes of the biographies of a number of Soviet scholars of those years against the background of socio-cultural events. The particular interest is the epistles of B. S. Bodnarsky in the context of the study of his interpersonal relationships with colleagues and contain facts for a detailed description of the academic community of the time. The epistles also contain a description of human relations, emotional feelings about certain moments that took place in the scientific environment, a description of the atmosphere of everyday life. The special value of the presented primary sources is that their content demonstrates the presence of attentive and friendly attitude between scientists. To a large extent, the personal connections of S. I.-Ya. Borovoy and an influential scholar in academic circles helped his younger colleague to overcome some difficulties and gain recognition as a scholar in the field of bibliography at the All-Union level. The publication of the letters is accompanied by quite complete comments on their content and introduces a valuable historical source into scientific circulation.

Abstract:
While archaeology never has been a regular part of the precollege curriculum, there have long been a few teachers, educators, and professional archaeologists who have believed in archaeology's educational potential for precollege students. Most often such teachers and educators have had a strong personal interest in the subject, and their enthusiasm provided the initial impetus for developing varied ways to incorporate archaeology into classroom teaching and school programs. Some educators have been further motivated to share their enthusiasm for archaeology, and for archaeology in precollege education, with other teachers and educators through the educational literature. Professional archaeologists, perhaps preoccupied with research and with the instruction of advanced students, have made a much smaller contribution to this literature; nevertheless, several have been heavily involved in programs for precollege students and teachers, and others have acted as consultants to classroom teachers on a less regular basis. Examples of the types of articles discussed here are listed in an annotated bibliography in Holm and Higgins (1985). Abstract:
In the 1930s, the scientific and bibliographical activity was localized in the western Ukrainian lands and in the emigration centers. As far as a thorough and comprehensive study of the bibliographic product, as a separate segment of the Ukrainian book publishing process during this period, has not been carried out, the disclosure of the methodological approaches and methods for making bibliographic indexes, in view of their thematic and genre characteristics, is relevant and important. The research being done, has shown that the bibliographic segment of the repertoire of the western Ukrainian and the whole Ukrainian emigration books of the 1930s was formed by the auxiliary advisory, book publishing guides of different genres. The most significant were the auxiliary indexes, which were divided into universal, sectoral, thematic, and personal ones. The members of the Bibliographic (since 1934 – the Bibliologic) Comission of the Shevchenko Scientific Society (NTSh) in Lviv Volodymyr Doroshenko, Yevhen Yulij Penenskyj, Petro Zlenko, Ivan Shendryk played a decisive role in their preparation. These editions are perfect in their level of the methodology, as far as their compilers were real experts. The reference bibliographic indexes and lists, represented primarily by the editions of «Prosvita», corresponded the cultural and educational objectives of this Institution. The book catalogs advertised the production of numerous publishers and bookstores, among which the bookstore of NTSh was the most active. The content indexes of periodicals, especially «Novi Shlachy» by Ivan Krushelnytskyj and «Nova Zoria» by Olexandr Moch, should be mentioned. The results of the research can be used for studies in the history of the bibliography of the interwar period, the study of the scientific inheritance of bibliographers and scientific societies, publishers and bookstores.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The discussion between the knowledge of medicine and law is increasingly relevant, especially with the growing demand for medical expertise in society. The objective of this work is to address the causal link in legal medicine and medical expertise. METHODOLOGY: Critical and anlytical reflection of the bibliography with proposals that innovate thinking on the subject. Research was carried out in the Medline, Virtual Health Library, Periodicals Capes and Scielo Brasil databases, with the aim of substantiating the relevance of the topic for expert action. RESULTS/DISCUSSION: We discuss the concept of cause and its historical basis, causality and imputation. Causal link in medicine and legal medicine and medical expertise/legal medicine/forensic sciences. CONCLUSION: Causal link in legal medicine and medical expertise assesses the relationship between alleged cause and existing damage (disease, disorder or injury, with injury to the person). In cases of trauma it is based on Hregardinill’s criteria. However, in cases of diseases and disorders, the definition of the initial moment of the disease or the disorder is compromised, requiring new methods and techniques to withstand such complexity, regarding this relationship. We ask: How to enrich scientific theory and methodology beyond hypothesis testing? How to use explanatory concepts and models, capable of addressing complex issues? How to take health beyond mere risk configuration? How to be transdisciplinary, where interdisciplinary work is not yet a reality? The answers to these questions depend on the future and evolution of science that involves the establishment of link in the evaluation of personal injury.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to review the literature on female faculty and administrators working in higher education, past and present. Design/methodology/approach Materials were selected based on scholarly impact and reputation of the author. Selections were then examined to assure varied perspectives and wide period coverage. Findings Throughout the past century, women have made tremendous strides in the pursuit of equity in the academic working environment. However, statistics and personal experiences indicate that much progress is still needed. Research limitations/implications This bibliography is limited to literature on working female faculty and administrators in the USA. It is intended to provide a broad overview of their past and present working conditions. Materials cover the Colonial period though the present. As such, a brief selection of materials available are included. Although there are much fewer resources that include the women of color experience, whenever possible materials are included. For the purpose of this review, the female student demographic is omitted. As there is a plethora of materials on this subject, it should be examined in a separate bibliography. Originality/value This bibliography provides students and scholars a brief introduction to research women in higher education which encompasses diverse voices, a wide historical range and contemporary materials.

Abstract:
This publication is the first part of the bibliography of works by the famous poet, playwright, critic, translator Nikolai Minsky (1855/1856–1937). It includes a list of the first publications of Minsky's poems (lyrics, narrative poems, poetic dramas). Both the works included in lifetime collections and those published in periodicals, as well as those remaining in manuscripts, are taken into account. When compiling the list, the author relied on the data of A.D. Alexeyev (Pushkin House), as well as personal continuous viewing of journal and newspaper periodicals, both domestic and émigré, for 1877–1937. In total, about 50 titles of journals, newspapers and almanacs of the pre-revolutionary period and about 17 titles of the same branches of periodicals of the émigré period were viewed. When describing the title of an individual poem, the compiler of the list took into account its following components: title; subtitle; revision of the first line; the presence or absence of dedication. The list reflects cases of changes in each of these components for all author collections. Reprints in non-author collections are not included. It is planned to continue the bibliography in the next issues of the journal.

Abstract:
Personal protective equipment is a tool to protect workers from direct danger due to work accidents. Dental engineering services carried out in dental engineering laboratories have become an inseparable part of the efforts to provide dental health services with other related health workers. Work accidents that occur in dental technicians include various incidents such as body pain, stiffness, sore fingers, pierced by wires, irritated eyes and work stress and there are still workers who do not wear personal protective equipment while working. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the use of personal protective equipment in the Dental Engineering Laboratory of Pekanbaru City in 2020. This research method is qualitative by conducting interviews and observations. This research was conducted at the Smile Dental, Riau Dental and Athallah Dental Laboratories in July-August 2020. The informants in this study were 9 employees of the dental engineering laboratory. The results of this study are most informants have good knowledge about personal protective equipment, good attitude of workers in using personal protective equipment, have never conducted training on personal protective equipment and there is no training, personal protective equipment facilities are already available in the laboratory but are not yet complete. The conclusion of this research is that employees' knowledge and attitude are good regarding personal protective equipment, training has never been carried out by employees and personal protective equipment facilities are available in the laboratory but are not yet complete. It is expected that the laboratory will conduct training and equip personal protective equipment so that employees can always apply the use of personal protective equipment while working. Abstract:
The article examines the evolution of the modern genre of recommended bibliographic publications, which is clearly tracked in the publications of the Russian State Library (RSL). The author’s goal is to show how the signs that make the genre popular for modern cultural and educational activities have been formed and consolidated in the process of evolution. The relevance of the research is to identify the opportunities to use recommended bibliographic publications more effectively to promote a book to a reader. The popular biobibliographic essay has become an evolutionary pinnacle for two types of recommended bibliographic products. These are personal indexes, where information about a person is combined with information about literature (publications) plus a detailed review in the genre of «conversations about books». Both types of indexes go back to the list of recommended literature, with the creation of which in the 1920s the recommendation bibliographic activity of the RSL began. In the 1980s, in the RSL there appeared publications, which became the prototype of modern popular biobibliographic essays. The decisive influence on the formation of the genre of popular biobibliographic essay had «perestroika». The recommendation bibliography was actively engaged in navigation in the array of the most popular literature, And in parallel it turned to the little-known and hard-to-access literature. In both cases, new tasks appeared. Some authors had to be selected from the total number, while others, in fact, had to be introduced. A modern essay, accordingly, gives a comprehensive picture of life and work of the person to whom it is dedicated. It creates the image of a person, shows his (her) place in the cultural context, analyzes creativity in general, and characterizes specific book publications.

Islamic Family Law is one of the most studied fields in Malaysian law. This is because it affects the personal life of Muslims, and because many issues have arisen as a result of the implementation of the Islamic Family Law Enactment which governs Muslims in Malaysia. Scholarship in this area has expanded with the development of the Enactment itself. Several approaches have been used to analyze the implementation of the lawinter alia, legal, socio-legal, comparative, and anthropological and sociological perspecitves. It cannot be denied that research and scholarly publications in the field of Islamic Family Law have contributed to further strengthening the administration of justice and the implementation of the law. As such, this paper is intended to describe the trends in the area of Islamic Family Law. Doing so will assist in ascertaining the direction of this field in the future.

What is the state of affairs with regard to the academic study of “Chinese philosophy” in Europe? This is the rather straightforward question that I address in the present article. Focusing on developments since 2007, I depict the institutional landscape in terms of associations and journals, present an overview of translations, and offer a survey of research, mostly of works published in languages other than English. The aim is not in the first instance to offer an exhaustive bibliography, but to document the many research activities taking place in all parts of continental Europe. Personal comments about the prospects of “Chinese philosophy” in Europe conclude the article.

Abstract:
A procedure is described in which college students portray individuals studied in the History of Psychology course. The students work in teams, and develop a presentation allowing figures from different time periods (e.g., Locke, Wundt, Thorndike, and Rogers) to discuss and debate psychological issues. Additionally, each student prepares a bibliography and position summary of the individual portrayed. Variations of this basic procedure, some more successful than others, have been tried in three different classes and are also described. It is concluded that the exercise can be a valuable pedagogical tool that gives students personal appreciation of historical figures, plus a better understanding of continuity in the evolution of psychological issues.

Dimitrije Davidovic's printing house did not fulfill the expectations of Serbs, nor his personal ones, during its three years of work in Vienna. Because he did not get the general printing right, he got into big financial trouble. Using his acquaintance with the rich Greek-Aromanian family Darvar, he tried to overcome these problems by printing books in Greek. Taking into account the fact that this is still unknown in Serbian science, we present the available data on it, considering it important for the Serbian national bibliography, and in this way specific international cultural relations are additionally presented. At the end of the paper, a list of all Greek books that Davidovic printed is given.
