There is great truth to be found in the thought that whatever I do today, will never come close to what I will do tomorrow. It is within the simplicity of such thought that we foresee the build-up of the being through the body and experiences lived by the body. The present work is an attempt at sharing a personal research over the topic of the body through a contemporary perspective. The body as performatic tool for the understanding and interconnection of art and life is the prerogative for the dialogue proposed here. Oral Biology
M.S.
Practicing orthodontists frequently state that the most difficult aspect of their career is running the practice and managing the staff members. To combat this challenge, some residency programs, including Temple's, offer practice management courses. Residents commonly learn practice management skills from male orthodontists, as they typically make up the majority of the orthodontic faculty. Due to the innate personality and interpersonal relationship differences between females and males, what a male orthodontist teaches may not be true, or effective, for the female or

School Psychology
Ph.D.
As social technologies become more integrated into students’ lives, new means of communication have emerged, along with novel problem behaviors with significant consequences for students’ well-being. One of these is the sending of sexualized images via cell phone, referred to as “sexting”. An understanding of how and why some students choose to sext is important for schools to appropriately prepare for sexting-related incidents. This study explored some of the personal and environmental correlates of the behavior, including gender, thrill-seeking, impulsivity, per

Religion
Ph.D.
This project follows recent scholarship that challenges an older paradigm of the social gospel tradition's demise after World War I. It undertakes a multifaceted analysis of Harry Emerson Fosdick, his local and national audiences, and his context of The Riverside Church--as building and as congregation--as a means of tracing the contours of the social gospel through the Great Depression. Fosdick was an internationally known liberal Protestant minister who was prominent in efforts to rearticulate the social gospel and maintain its relevance in the postwar period. He grounde
