The main objective of this study is to discuss the perspectives of school change. This study is a theoretical analysis and based on document review. The concept of educational change is described as school improvement. It is one of the ways to address the changing social needs through the technological, political, and cultural change of the school. School improvement or change is to change the school system as a whole for the attainment of better results, but questions arise about how to change, who is to change, and what to change and answers are varied and complicated. Treating reference frames fundamentally as quantum systems is inevitable in quantum gravity and also in quantum foundations once considering laboratories as physical systems. Both fields thereby face the question of how to describe physics relative to quantum reference systems and how the descriptions relative to different such choices are related. Here, we exploit a fruitful interplay of ideas from both fields to begin developing a unifying approach to transformations among quantum reference systems that ultimately aims at encompassing both quantum and gravitational physics. In Eastern, particularly Buddhist, thinking the process of change and impermanence is an integral part of existence. All suffering in life is the result of ignorance of this basic reality. A deeper awareness and appreciation of this fact leads to enlightenment and real happiness. It is the rapidity of change that is responsible for the illusory processes that create the sense of solidity, continuity, permanence, entity, agency, self or ego. Thus, the mind is able to mix the real with the unreal. In reality, there are merely processes. However, mere intellectual understanding of this is not eno

These imperatives are relevant in view of successfully executing strategic choices, but all too often not satisfied. Businesses and organizations are complex adaptive socio-technical systems and can be viewed from two fundamentally different perspectives: the functional (black-box) perspective and the constructional (white-box) perspective. The failure rate of organizational change and studies regarding personal turmoil resulting from organizational change indicate that even employees survive layoff, merger, or any forms of changes, they still develop symptoms of distress, cynicism, and work withdrawal. In this paper, we propose a conceptual model based on the conservation of resources theory to examine the effect of organizational change on survivors’ organizational identification and well-being. Moreover, we suggest that organizational change may not be as harmful for employees who possess positive attitude toward the process.

The growth of urban population tends to increase constantly but some towns show faster growth than others. Ultimately the urban area extends tremendously, and a new urban environment is created. For the time being lands used for graveyards are constantly increasing. The competition with other uses can not be avoided anyway and land conservation must be carried out concomitantly.

The Cretaceous rise of flowering plants marked an important transition in the modernization of terrestrial ecosystems. Well documented is the diversification of angiosperm pollen during the mid-Cretaceous and the migration of angiosperms from low latitudes to middle and high latitudes during the Barremian to Cenomanian. Global compilations of “species” diversity indicate a rapid rise in angiosperm diversity during the Albian to Cenomanian. This rise parallels a decline in the species diversity of archaic pteridophytes and the gymnosperm orders Cycadales, Bennettitales, Ginkgoales, Czekanowskia

To attain this, it is critical to understand the implications for nutrition of actions to mitigate climate change as well as the impacts of climate change on food production and the nutrient composition of foods.
