 European travelers in the 15th and 16th century begin to embark on series of explorations of the New World. This period is well known as the “Age of exploration” where many figures such as Ferdinand Magellan, explore the Atlantic road and the Pacific Ocean. The general characteristics of Thraulodes given by Traver and Edmunds (1967), is supplemented by the following: Larval labrum not always lacks median emargination, but in certain species the emargination is exposed ventrally and invisible from dorsal view; 5 denticles separated by 6 sensilla on its distal margin are initial for Ephemeroptera and present in all examined species of Thraulodes. Abstract The collection which belonged to the Prof. Ioan Nemeș (1924-2009), currently curated at the Museum of Natural Sciences Dorohoi (Botoșani County), is one of the most important and valuable collections of Lepidoptera preserved in a Romanian museum. Introduction. Terson Syndrome is subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) with sub retinal hemorrhage flowing through channel. The article shows how Polish authors described Peru in the interwar period (1918–1939) and what influenced their writing. Most of the texts on Peru were written in the years 1928–1933 and were related to the idea of creating Polish colonies for emigrants in this country. The books of Kazimierz Warchałowski, Michał Pankiewicz and Mieczysław Lepecki were propaganda works. Their goal was to encourage Polish farmers to leave, which is why they depicted Peru in an idealized way. Abstract:

The manuscript “Description of the city of Moscow” from the Voltaire Library has been subjected to special study for the first time. In this essay, the ancient Russian capital is presented as a vast and crowded city, the distinctive feature of which is the abundance of churches and monasteries. The description of the city is conducted according to the historically formed parts: the Kremlin, Kitay-gorod, White City, Earthen City. The description is based on the “Plan of the Imperial city of Moscow” by I. Michurin (1739). The most likely the author of this kind of guidebooks is I. C. Taubert.

Based on a review of specimens from Peru, six new species of the Euplocania (Ptiloneuridae) were found and assigned to species groups. The new species, here described and illustrated are: Euplocania alfonnerii n. sp., E. amarui n. sp., E. garcialdretei n. sp., E. katarii n. sp., E. matsiguenka n. sp. and E. wchipere n. sp. An identification key for Euplocania from Peru is included.
