Questo lavoro di tesi si inserisce nell'ambito del progetto LIFE+ AGRICARE, il cui obiettivo è quello di dimostrare come l’applicazione di avanzate tecniche di agricoltura di precisione, abbinate a diversi tipi di coltivazione conservativa, possa avere un effetto importante in termini di riduzione di gas climalteranti e di protezione del suolo.
In particolare la tesi aveva come obiettivo quello di studiare come il software PestLCI risponde quando varia la lavorazione del terreno, informazione che è inserita fra le variabili di input. Il software PestLCI calcola il frazionamento fra i diversi comparti ambientali (aria, suolo, acque sotterranee) di un pesticida sparso su un campo coltivato. Per tale motivo PestLCI può essere definito un software di supporto al calcolo dell’inventario nell’applicazione della metodologia Life Cycle Assessment.
I risultati di questo studio hanno evidenziato come PestLCI vari le frazioni di pesticida emesse nei diversi comparti ambientali in base alla lavorazione del terreno. In particolare, considerando gli scenari in cui viene applicata la Terbutilazina, è stato possibile mostrare come le frazioni emesse nelle acque sotterranee siano strettamente collegate alla lavorazione del campo. Infatti queste emissioni aumentano se diminuisce la lavorazione del campo; ciò è causato principalmente dall’incremento dei macropori presenti nel suolo dato dalla minor lavorazione del terreno, i quali permettono un collegamento diretto verso le acque sotterranee e quindi facilitano le emissioni in questo comparto ambientale.

Chez les bactéries à Gram-négatif, deux systèmes très bien conservés et essentiels à la survie de la cellule bactérienne ont été identifiés : les systèmes Tol et TonB. Ces deux systèmes utilisent la force proton motrice, issue de la membrane interne et transfert l’énergie associée pour le transport actif de molécules (TonB) ou nécessaire au maintien de l’intégrité membranaire (Tol). Ces 2 systèmes ont été détournés de leurs fonctions initiales et parasités par les colicines, leur conférant un rôle primordial dans le mécanisme d’import de la colicine. Une colicine est une bactériocine (toxine) produite par Escherichia coli pour tuer des souches apparentées. Ce sont des toxines spécifiques et hautement actives. Cependant E.coli a développé des mécanismes de protection afin de résister à l’action cytotoxique des colicines. Ces mécanismes de résistance consistent essentiellement à produire des protéines d’immunité, qui vont pour la plupart se fixer sur le domaine catalytique de la colicine et l’empêcher d’exercer son action létale. La bactérie Yersinia pestis, agent de la peste, possède une colicin-like bactériocine, la pesticine, dont l’activité est de dégrader le peptidoglycane. L’action de la pesticine est inhibée par une protéine d’immunité, Pim, localisée dans le périplasme. Le principal objectif de ce projet est de comprendre les mécanismes d’inhibition de la pesticine par sa protéine d’immunité, grâce à des données biochimiques et structurales, mais aussi d’apporter des solutions pour contourner ce problème de résistance. La structure de la pesticine révèle des homologies structurales avec le T4 lysozyme du bactériophage T4. Pour contourner le problème de la résistance bactérienne liée à la protéine d’immunité, une solution a été de fusionner le domaine de réception/translocation de la pesticine avec le T4 lysozyme. Nous avons ainsi pu créer et résoudre la structure tridimensionnelle d’une protéine chimère fonctionnelle, capable de se fixer sur FyuA (récepteur de la pesticine) et tuer une souche exprimant ce récepteur et dont l’activité létale n’est pas inhibée par PimIn Gram-negative bacteria, two essential systems for cell survival have been characterized: the Tol and TonB system. Both Ton and Tol systems are very well conserved in Gram-negative bacteria and coupled to the proton motive force across the inner membrane, acting as energy transducers for active transport (Ton) or maintenance of outer envelope integrity (Tol). Both systems have been embezzled from their primary function and hijacked by colicins as part of the colicin killing pathway. Colicin is a bacteriocin (toxin) produced by and toxic to some strains of Escherichia coli. Colicins are highly effective toxins. However E.coli could develop protective mechanisms to resist to colicin cytotoxic effect. These mechanisms essentially consist to produce an immunity protein. These proteins bind to colicin catalytic domain and inhibit its lethal activity. Yersinia pestis, plague agent, possesses its own colicin-like bacteriocin, Pesticin, which degrades murein. Pesticin activity is inhibited by an immunity protein, Pim, localized in the periplasm. The main goal of this project is to understand inhibition mechanisms between Pim and Pesticin by biochemical and structural data and to provide solution to overcome the resistance issue, since Pesticin was thought to be used as antimicrobial agent. The Pesticin structure has revealed that Pesticin share structural homologies with the T4 lysozyme from the bacteriophage T4. To overcome the resistance issue due to the immunity protein, one solution has been to fuse the Pesticin binding/translocation domain with the T4 lysozyme. Thus, we could engineered and solved the three-dimensional structure of a chimera protein, able to bind FyuA (Pesticin physiological receptor) and kill a FyuA expressing strain, in which the lethal activity is not affected by Pim

This thesis should be the source of information for the future entrepreneurs on the Czech market, above all for potential German investors.

Dans les années trente, Ella Maillart et Annemarie Schwarzenbach quittent la Suisse pour l'Afghanistan. Deux décennies plus tard, L. Pestelli et N. Bouvier s'embarquent à leur tour sur les routes d'Orient. Filles et fils de grands industriels, d'universitaires ou de diplomates, ces quatre écrivains-voyageurs mettent un point d'honneur à s'éloigner d'une conception bourgeoise du voyage en présentant leur départ comme un moyen de se définir dans l'ailleurs, c'est-à-dire en dehors de leur héritage social, familial, national et occidental. L'Orient leur semble le lieu des possibles. Or, malgré leur désir de table rase, ils s'aperçoivent vite que, quoi qu'ils fassent, leur corps porte les stigmates de l'Occident. Ils vont donc tenter de le modifier. Si le but du voyage n'est pas de faire totalement disparaître le corps, ce n'est qu'en le risquant, en l'offrant au monde, pour le meilleur et souvent pour le pire, que les voyageurs croient pouvoir goûter aux délices du dehors. Mais ce bonheur charnel, physique, sensuel voire érotique, comment le dire ? Et quelle langue adopter pour rendre compte de sa présence physique au monde ? La réunion de ces quatre auteurs d'époques, de genres et de plumes différents, nous permet d'observer l'évolution des représentations du corps dans le récit de voyage au vingtième siècle tout en questionnant nos habitudes de lecture. Quelle représentation attendons-nous du corps dans un récit de voyage ? Celui-ci est-il vraiment le lieu privilégié pour remettre le corps à l'ouvrage ?In the 1930s, Ella Maillart and Annemarie Schwarzenbach left Switzerland for Afghanistan. Two decades later, Lorenzo Pestelli and Nicolas Bouvier set out on the routes to the East. Daughters and sons of prominent industrialists, academics or diplomats, these four writer-travellers made a point of straying away from the bourgeois conception of travel by presenting their departure as a way of defining the self away from social, family, national and Western inheritance. The East appears to them as the location of many possibilities. Yet, in spite of their desire for a clean slate, they soon realise that, no matter what they do, their body carries the stigma of the West. They will thus try to modify it. If the aim of their travelling is not to make the body disappear completely, it is only by putting it at risk and by offering it to the world, for better and often for worse, that the travellers believe they can taste the delights from the outside. But how to put in words this carnal, physical, sensual and even erotic pleasure ? And what language can be chosen to account for one’s presence in the world? Working jointly on four writers, from different eras, genres and styles, helps us to observe the evolution of the representations of the body in travel literature in the 20th century and at the same time it questions our reading habits. What representations of the body do we expect in travel literature ? Is travel literature really the privileged location to put the body back to work ?

This thesis is dedicated to the estimation of the potential of African continent for the automotive market entry. The work starts with the introduction of key internationalization, market assessment and market entry theories. Author then conducts a general analysis of automotive industry and evaluates the competitive forces that are shaping it nowadays. The research continues with the identification and evaluation of key drivers of Africa's future growth. Final practical part of the thesis is presented in the form of comparative study of four African countries: Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and Tunisia, that according to the author present the highest market potential for automotive in Africa. Country comparison and ranking is conducted by the application of PESTLE framework. In the end Egypt is identified as a preferred country and a list of recommendations on the automotive market entry strategy for Egypt is provided.

The purpose of this thesis is, first, to explore the presence and meaning of Foucault’s heterotopia within William Shakespeare’s “Hamlet”and Beaumont and Fletcher’s “The Knight of the Burning Pestle.” The heterotopia is a privileged space of self-reflection created by individuals or societies in crisis. In each play, the presence of crisis is explained though the metaphor of syphilis; to which individual characters respond by entering the reflective space of the heterotopia in order to countenance and “cure” their afflictions. The second purpose of this thesis is to examine the ways in which the crises acted upon the stage reflect pressing social anxieties of late – Elizabethan and early- Jacobean England: succession to the throne and shifting market structure. Both playwrights create heterotopic space for their audience through the structure of their dramatic work, and ask their audience to enter this reflective space, and consider –and learn from – their remarks upon the state of society.

Migrants sending money to their countries of origin provide capital that has the potential to improve the long-run economic performance of many countries in the world. But the cost for sending remittances is unreasonably high, and there are a number of barriers hindering low- cost solutions, such as mobile money transfer services, to increase in scale. The transformation of the remittance industry is therefore impeded. This research aimed to address this problem and find the factors that are driving the market for mobile remittances forward. By identifying and understanding the key drivers, this research makes it possible for companies providing mobile remittance services to find countries that can foster a sustainable industry growth and transform the industry efficiently. As a complement to a majority of quantitative studies performed within the field of mobile money, this research used both qualitative and quantitative methods. To apply a holistic approach, the PESTLE framework was used as a structure for several parts of the research process. Key drivers were identified from an extensive literature review and interviews with industry experts. By answering a questionnaire, professionals, industry experts and researchers, rated the key drivers’ importance for the growth of the mobile remittance market. The most critical key drivers were identified and used to develop a framework for evaluating how suitable a country’s market environment is for mobile remittances. One main finding was that the perceptions on what, and who, is driving the market for mobile remittances forward are varying and highly dependent on whom is asked, but that there are some factors that people agree are of particular importance. First, the mobile remittance service should be easy to use, secure, and of lower cost than other services. It is important to have a supportive infrastructure providing efficient liquidity management for agents, high agent density and network reliability. To increase the customer awareness and adoption, agents should be educated in how to use and sell the service, and how to educate the customer. Collaborative partnerships could leverage the distribution network and increase the market interoperability, and lastly, it was shown that mobile remittances can be supported by a regulatory environment that enables mobile money and branchless banking. This research showed that to the degree to which a country’s market environment fulfils these criteria can give an indication on how suitable it is for mobile remittances. A wide range of aspects and stakeholders need to be considered and supported to foster a sustainable industry growth, and this research provides guidelines that are relevant for both companies and researchers.Det kapital som migranter bidrar med när de skickar pengar till sitt hemland bidrar också till det landets ekonomiska utveckling. Kostnaden för att skicka remittanser är emellertid orimligt hög och det finns ett antal barriärer som hindrar lågkostnadslösningar, såsom mobila finansiella tjänser, att nå stor skala. På grund av sådana barriärer hämmas utvecklingen av den ineffektiva och ofta riskfyllda remittansindustrin. Den här studien har strävat efter att angripa problemet genom att hitta faktorer som driver marknaden för mobila remittanser framåt. Genom att identifiera och förstå de drivande faktorerna gör den här forskningen det möjligt för företag som erbjuder mobila remittanstjänster att hitta länder som kan främja en hållbar remittansindustri och bidra till en effektivare förändring av industrin. Som ett komplement till de i huvudsak kvantitativa studier som genomförts inom området för mobila finansiella tjänster har den här studien använt både kvalitativa och kvantitativa metoder. För att göra tillvägagångssättet holistiskt har PESTLE-ramverket använts som en struktur under flera delar av forskningsprocessen. Drivande faktorer identifierades genom en omfattande litteraturstudie och intervjuer med industriexperter, och genom att besvara en enkät graderade yrkesverksamma, industriexperter och forskare de drivande faktorernas betydelse för den mobila remittansmarknadens tillväxt. De mest kritiska drivande faktorerna identifierades och användes för att utveckla ett ramverk som har syftet att utvärdera hur passande ett lands marknadsmiljö är för mobila remittanser. En av huvudslutsatserna är att uppfattningarna kring vad och vem som driver marknaden för mobila remittanser framåt varierar stort mellan de tillfrågade. Men forskningen visar också att det finns några faktorer vars höga betydelse de tillfrågade personerna var eniga om. Mobila remittanstjänster ska vara enkla att använda, säkra och kosta mindre än andra remittans- tjänster. Det är viktigt att infrastrukturen är stöttande genom en hög drifttillförlitlighet och att agenter har möjlighet till effektiv likviditetshantering. För att öka kundmedvetenheten och upptagandet bör agenter bli utbildade i hur tjänsten ska användas och säljas, samt hur kund- erna ska utbildas. Marknaden för mobila remittanser kan stöttas ytterligare genom partnerskap som utnyttjar distributionsnätverk och ökar marknadens interoperabilitet, samt genom regel- verk som främjar mobila finansiella tjänster. Forskningen visade att flera av dessa faktorer kan indikera hur passande ett lands marknadsmiljö är för mobila remittanser. Det finns många aspekter och intressenter som behöver tas hänsyn till och bli stöttade för att främja tillväxt, och studien bidrar med riktlinjer som kan vara av värde för både företag och forskning.

Den här rapporten har undersökt hur den grekiska marknaden ser ut för ett företag som vill etablera sig och sin produkt på nämnda marknad. Rapportens Investeringskalkyl visar att om den grekiska befolkningen väljer att byta ut sitt befintliga uppvärmningssystem som består av olja och ersätter den med luftvärmepumpen Thermia Atec så kan de spara så mycket som upp till €2421.5 årligen. Med en engångskostnad för installation och maskin på €10 000 är investeringen räknad med en räntesats på 20 % insparad på cirka 10 år. De följande åren blir vid jämförelse med en oljepanna ren ekonomisk vinning. När även den grekiska regeringen har långt gångna planer på att införskaffa ett liknande ROT-avdrag för de greker som väljer att avveckla sin oljepanna och satsa på mer miljömässiga alternativ visar Thermia Värme AB att deras produkt har de ekonomiska aspekterna på sin sida istället för den redan befintliga oljan. Rapporten innehåller även en PESTLE-analys över den tilltänkta marknaden Grekland och en konkurrenskraftsanalys för att ge en överblick över hur attraktiv den tilltänkta marknaden man vill etablera sig på är. Genom PESTLE-analysen ser man att politikerna vill underlätta för utländska aktörer att etablera sig i Grekand, och speciellt om man är verksam inom den miljövänliga sektorn. Konkurrensanalysen tar bland annat upp hur stor köpkraft konsumenterna har vilken för tillfället är låg då konkurrensen på marknaden är låg. Samtliga analyser rapporten har behandlat får Grekland att framstå som en marknad med potential för en etablering.

Dále jsou popsány nástroje sloužící k analýze prostředí. V analytická časti práce bude představena firma ECOCLEAN+ spol. s r.o. a charakterizován marketingový mix. Práce pokračuje analýzou prostředí a analýzou dosavadního stavu marketingové komunikace. Poslední část práce zahrnuje návrhy na zlepšení marketingové strategie firmy a zhodnocení efektivnosti návrhů.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a complex analysis of risk management in engineering company EST Stage Technology a.s. In the first part of the thesis, the research study focused on the risk management from the economic and technical point of view was conducted. The next chapter deals with case study including the description of mentioned company, considering the history, business sector and selected economic indicators. In this part, PESTLE and SWOT analysis is also performed. Further part provides the analysis of profitability, liquidity, activity and debt indicators. The following chapter describes the process of industrial contract solution. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA). The detailed analysis of failures, which can arise in various phases of contract solution, is provided. The causes and consequences of that failures are also mentioned, while the measures lowering the risk of particular failure to acceptable level are suggested.

The diploma thesis addresses the issue of open data in relation to the scientific field of Competitive Intelligence. The focus is primarily on assessing the impact of open data in connection with the corporate sector and the number of obstacles that arise when obtaining data made accessible by the public sector. The main objective of the work is to provide the reader with clear information about the level of development of the public sector and the perception of openness by the corporate environment on a national and international scale, and the positive and negative impacts that accompany the process of opening the data. This, therefore, helps to acquire complex knowledge of the development and current level of the open data initiative. The objective was achieved by exploring the environment and conducting a survey in the corporate segment of small and medium-size companies engaged in software development, which via the applications they created, became notional propagators of the idea of public sector openness among ordinary citizens. Researched and obtained information, along with the conducted survey and questionnaire, as well as an analysis of the PESTLE environment - thus resulting in discovering the circumstances that influence the development of the issue of open data in the public sector and the possibility of their use by the private sector - provide the major contribution to this thesis. The first part of this thesis deals with the basic terms and principles of the examined sector, including a detailed description of various frameworks and the mutual relationships between the terms. The following part adds some information from the legislative environment on a national scale and outlines the issue of open licenses and the relations between them. The next part of this diploma thesis offers a closer look into the field of open data, principles of disclosure, life-cycle, benefits and the risks that accompany this initiative. Finally, to make the thesis complete, a few examples were added. The final part of the thesis includes a discussion on the impact of open data on the corporate sector in relation to the CI sector and an analysis of the attitudes of the corporate sector towards the level of openness of the public sector by conducting a questionnaire survey. The result of the analysis includes the findings on the attitudes, conditions and needs of the corporate sector towards the public sector in regard to access to open agendas. The data obtained can, for example, be used as supporting material for further investigation.

L'objectiu general d'aquesta tesi és estudiar la interacció de diferents plaguicides amb peroxidasa i tirosinasa amb l'objectiu de desenvolupar biosensors per a la seva detecció basats en elèctrodes modificats amb CNOs. Per aconseguir aquest objectiu general, s'ha estudiat: 1) la inhibició de les activitats de peroxidasa i tirosinasa per tres dels plaguicides més utilitzats (2,4-D, 2,4,5-T i glifosat), 2) l'ús d'CNOs oxidades com a suports per a la immobilització d'enzims i un estudi de l'activitat i estabilitat dels enzims immobilitzades, 3) el desenvolupament de biosensors electroquímics per a detecció dels plaguicides abans esmentats basats en els elèctrodes modificats amb composites contenint enzims i CNOs. Por otro lado, las nano-cebollas de carbono (CNOs) son materiales muy atractivos y prometedores con estructuras definidas y propiedades electroquímicas notables que apenas se han estudiado en biosensores. El objetivo general de esta tesis es estudiar la interacción de diferentes plaguicidas con peroxidasa y tirosinasa con el objetivo de desarrollar biosensores para su detección basados en electrodos modificados con CNOs. Para lograr este objetivo general, se ha estudiado: 1) la inhibición de las actividades de peroxidasa y tirosinasa por tres de los plaguicidas más utilizados (2,4-D, 2,4,5-T y glifosato), 2) el uso de CNOs oxidadas como soportes para la inmovilización de enzimas y un estudio de la actividad y estabilidad de las enzimas inmovilizadas, 3) el desarrollo de biosensores electroquímicos para detección de los plaguicidas antes citados basados en los electrodos modificados con composites conteniendo enzimas y CNOs. There is currently a strong concern on the use of pesticides in agriculture and their possible side effects. This makes the development of sensitive and robust detection systems an important step in this direction. On the other hand, carbon nano-onions are very attractive and promising materials with defined structures and remarkable electrochemical properties that have been scarcely studied in biosensing. The overall objective of this thesis is to study the interaction of different pesticides with peroxidase and tyrosinase with the aim to develop biosensors for pesticide detection based on CNO-modified electrodes. To achieve this general objective, the following aspects have been focused on: 1) the inhibition of peroxidase and tyrosinase activities by three of the most used pesticides (2,4-D, 2,4,5-T and glyphosate), 2) the use of oxidized CNOs as supports for the immobilization of enzymes and a study of the activity and stability of the immobilized enzymes, 3) the development of electrochemical biosensors for pesticide detection based on the prepared CNO-enzyme modified electrodes. This thesis is thus a contribution to a rapidly growing field related with the development of new classes of carbon nano-onion based nanomaterials that aims at expanding their current applications in the construction of novel detection systems with improved performances.

Denna studie har som syfte att få fram ett exempel på hur mycket av de vanligaste bekämpningsmedlen vi människor i praktiken får i oss via grönsaker beroende på vad vi äter. En kvittoundersökning har genomförts där 27 försökspersoner från 12 olika hushåll har samlat ihop kvitton under en sexveckorsperiod. 52 % (n=14) var kvinnor, 41 % (n=11) var män och 7 % (n=2) var barn. En enkätundersökning kompletterade kvittometoden med sådana frågor som påverkar hur mycket grönsaker man äter. För att bedöma mängden bekämpningsmedel som försökspersonerna kan förväntas ha fått i sig användes mätdata från livsmedelsverkets undersökning av bekämpningsmedelshalter i frukt och grönt 2008 vilken är den senaste undersökningen där halterna publicerats. Resultatet i denna undersökning visade att bekämpningsmedelsbelastningen på försökspersonerna inte var över gränsen för det acceptabla dagliga intaget för enskilda substanser. Resultatet visade också att vi människor nästintill inte får i oss några bekämpningsmedel vid konsumtion av ekologiska grönsaker och att det kan vara en risk att äta konventionellt odlade grönsaker.This study has been conducted to see how much of the most common pesticides we ingest through the vegetables that we consume. The study was conducted by analyzing the receipts over a six-week period of 27 people from 12 different households, surveys were also used to retrieve information on how their habits for consuming vegetables were. Of those asked, 52% were women, 41% were men and 7% children. To try and determine how much of the pesticides those asked had consumed, quantitative data from The National Food Agency investigation into the levels of pesticides in fruits and vegetables from 2008 was used. The results from this study showed that the pesticides consumed by those asked were not over the recommended daily intake. The study further determined that humans almost consume no pesticides at all when consuming ecological vegetables and that there might be a risk in consuming conventionally grown vegetables.

Understanding the future of a Large Technical System (LTS) through a sociotechnical analysis is a complex notion. The authors will investigate the phenomenon by studying residential water consumption in Sweden. Although Sweden has great access to raw water, compared to many other countries, it does not justify the fact that consumption patterns have to be unsustainable. To perceive the future, one will need to have knowledge of history. Therefore, this thesis has identified 11 drivers that will affect future residential water consumption. From these 11 drivers, the authors have posed four future scenarios for residential water consumption. The top 3 identified drivers are connected to behaviour and awareness. Thus, implying individuals' responsibility and accountability will be of greater significance for the sustainable development of residential water consumption. For this research, the authors have adopted a framework based on the application of LTS, Multi-Level Perspective (MLP), Scenario building, PESTLE, and Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA). The authors have conducted a qualitative study, gathering data through a literature study and semi-structured interviews. The 18 interviewees covered a broad spectrum of knowledge, experiences, and general interest in water. By understanding the dynamics of the system and drivers, the authors will be able to present the gathered knowledge to stakeholders for possible strategic decisions.Att förstå framtiden för ett stort tekniskt system (LTS) genom en socioteknisk analys innebär stor komplexitet. Detta kommer att undersökas genom att studera hushållens vattenförbrukning i Sverige. Även om Sverige har stor tillgång till råvatten, jämfört med många andra länder, berättigar det inte förekommandet av ohållbara konsumtionsmönster. För att öka förståelsen av framtiden måste en ha kunskap om historien. Därför har denna avhandling identifierat 11 drivkrafter som kommer att påverka den framtida hushållens vattenförbrukning. Från dessa 11 drivkrafter har författarna formulerat fyra framtida scenarier för hushållens vattenförbrukning. De tre högst rankade identifierade drivkrafterna är kopplade till beteende och medvetenhet. Detta antyder på att individens enskilda ansvar och skyldigheter är av större betydelse för en hållbar utveckling av hushållens vattenförbrukning. För denna forskning har författarna använt sig av ett teoretiskt ramverk som bygger på tillämpningen av LTS, Multi-Level Perspective (MLP), Scenario building, PESTLE and Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA). Författarna har genomfört en kvalitativ studie, där insamling av data härstammar från den genomförda litteraturstudien och 18 semi-strukturerade intervjuer. De 18 intervjukandidaterna täckte ett brett spektrum av kunskap, erfarenhet och intresse av vatten. Genom att skapa ett samband och förstå dynamiken i systemet och drivkrafterna, kommer författarna att kunna presentera den samlade kunskapen till intressenter för eventuella strategiska beslut.

Then a case study will be reviewed in Iran which is considered as a developing country. In this step, the researcher attempts to extract needed information for her research based on the theory of frames. After gathering needed information the findings which are extracted from practical environment are compared to the academics material to answer the questions which are defined in the primary steps. Meanwhile, the main purpose of this study is reviewing the conditions of work environment in developing countries and extract main concerns and compare them to the standards, methodologies and tools and techniques of risk management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of using these tools in performing risk management in developing countries.

One way is measurement of conductivity with electrochemical microsensors after enzymatic reaction.
