Abstract:
Emerging byte-addressable Non-Volatile Memories (NVMs) enable persistent memory where process state can be recovered after crashes. To enable applications to rely on persistent data, durable data structures with failure-atomic operations have been proposed. However, they lack the ability to allow users to execute a sequence of operations as transactions. Meanwhile, persistent transactional memory (PTM) has been proposed by adding durability to Software Transactional Memory (STM). However, PTM suffers from high performance overheads and low scalability due to false aborts, logging, and ordering constraints on persistence. In this article, we propose PETRA, a new approach for constructing persistent transactional linked data structures. PETRA natively supports transactions, but unlike PTM, relies on the high-level information from the data structure semantics. This gives PETRA unique advantages in the form of high performance and high scalability. Our experimental results using various benchmarks demonstrate the scalability of PETRA in all workloads and transaction sizes. PETRA outperforms the state-of-the-art PTMs by an order of magnitude in transactions of size greater than one, and demonstrates superior performance in transactions of size one.

Abstract:
Petra is one of the ritual dolls used by the Tenggerese people. Petra is generally used in funeral ceremonies as a symbol of ancestral spirits or people who have died, so petra is a doll that is respected by the local community. This study focuses on examining the plant lexicon that composes Petra dolls. This research was conducted to increase the understanding of the local community about the dolls commonly used in rituals as a symbol of the ancestors and to examine the possibility of inter-language contact. This research was conducted in Tengger Village using a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and interview data collection methods. Sources of data were obtained from traditional healers and Pak Sepuh. Data analysis used lexical semantic analysis. The results of this study show the lexicon of the plants that make up the petra doll; the meaning indicated; and petra as a marker of ancestral identity. Petra is made from selected plants that grow in the Tengger region and become a medium for ancestral spirits in funeral ceremonies. Therefore, Petra is a form of respect for the local community towards their ancestors until now. Keywords: Petra Doll, Lexicon, Tengger, Antropolinguistic, Lexicon Semantics

Abstract:
Madura region with diverse cultural backgrounds which become its specialty always ignores the attention of researchers to uncover, as it has become unique on most of Madura Island, especially Pamekasan at the time of engagement, a man who has been engaged in carrying out the tradition of carrying out traditions in the form of metrae and nyalene. Metrae and nyalene are usually done by the community in the last 10 months of Ramadan, together with the obligation to issue zakat fitrah for Muslims and end before the Eid Al-Fitr prayers. The submission of pertra and salenan is usually done by the parents of the male fiance, but there is a small portion of the men who are engaged to visit the residence of the female fiance with petra and salenan. Petra and salenan in the form of rice or money worth the petra and the salenan, sometimes in the form of a piece of cloth, a set of clothes or enough money to buy clothes. The tradition of metrae and nyalene is carried out, because it is driven by the desire to help each other and help reduce the burden of the female fiancee, to strengthen the bond of friendship between the two, the love that is being knitted can be bound until the time to hold a marriage contract. By submitting petra and salenan mean to imply that engagement prepared forwarded. Metrae and nyalene both form, scope and motivation of the implementer are included in the 'urf saheeh , namely, customs that apply in the midst of society and do not conflict with the Qur'an and Hadith texts, do not violate religious principles, do not contradict with reason and human mind, does not eliminate prosperity and does not bring harm even, to carry out and preserve this tradition, including carrying out religious principles in the form of help to help

Abstract:
Petra is a mature tourism destination in the south of Jordan with a degree of seasonality over the last 10 years. Despite the recognized importance of Petra for the tourism industry in Jordan, there has been a lack of studies that discuss seasonal demand variations and its impacts on other related industries in the region. Yet, this study aims at analyzing patterns and effects of seasonality of tourism demand in Petra for the period 2006-2017. The required data was obtained from Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (MoTA). Four methods were used to measure tourism seasonality in Petra. These are: Seasonality indicator; Seasonality ratio; Gini coefficient; and Seasonality index. The results of the study showed a modest level of tourism seasonality in the study area. Among methods, Seasonality index appeared to be the appropriate and simple way to calculate seasonality patterns at tourism destinations. The results showed that there are two peaks of seasonality in tourism demand of Petra. The first and the highest one was in April and the second took place in the months of October and November. In addition, seven months represented the low season of tourism demand in Petra. These are December, January and February as well as June, July, August and September. The tourism seasonality in Petra based on that is mainly due to the weather in these months which represent the coldest and warmest months in the year respectively.

Abstract:
Abstract DESY is planning to upgrade its current storage ring PETRA III into the ultra-low emittance photon source PETRA IV. The current H6BA cell design for the PETRA IV lattice will allow for insertion devices of up to 4 m length in the standard straight sections. In order to allow some beamlines to not only benefit from the performance improvements by the machine but also from the undulators, we started looking into using advanced undulator schemes as well. We decided to start the design of cryogenically cooled permanent magnet undulators (CPMUs) based on (Nd,Pr)FeB magnets for PETRA IV, since this technique has already been proven successfully by various other facilities. We will present the planned design for the magnet keepers, the pole tuning mechanism as well as a testbed for keepers under cryogenic conditions. We will also show a preliminary design for the in-situ Hall-probe bench currently developed for the upcoming PETRA IV CPMUs.

Abstract:
The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and salt stress on growth and nutrient acquisition in two durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) cultivars exhibiting differences in salt tolerance were investigated. The plants were grown in a sterilized, low P (silty clay) soil-sand mix. Three salt levels were created by adding NaCl solution to the soil through irrigation water, resulting in saturation extract (ECe) values of 1.2 (control), 4.1 (medium) and 6.7 dS m –1 (high salt stress), respectively. Mycorrhizal colonization occurred whether the soil was salt stressed or non-stressed and in both cultivars, but the extent of AMF colonization was higher in the control than under saline soil conditions. The salt-tolerant cultivar Petra had higher mycorrhizal colonization than the salt-sensitive cultivar Hourani-27. The shoot dry matter (DM) yield was higher in mycorrhizal than in non-mycorrhizal plants of both cultivars. Petra had higher shoot DM but not higher root DM than Hourani-27 plants. The enhancement in shoot DM due to AMF inoculation was 22 and 21% in the control, 31 and 58% at medium, and 18 and 60% at high salinity level for Petra and Hourani-27, respectively. For both cultivars, the contents of P, K, Zn, Cu and Fe were higher in mycorrhizal than in non-mycorrhizal plants under control and medium saline soil conditions. Shoot Na concentrations were lower in mycorrhizal than in non-mycorrhizal plants grown under saline conditions. The enhancement in P, K, Zn, Cu and Fe acquisition due to AMF inoculation was more pronounced in Hourani-27 than in Petra under saline soil conditions. The results suggest that Hourani-27 tends to benefit from AMF colonization more than Petra under saline soil conditions, despite the fact that Petra roots were highly colonized with the AM fungus. It appears that Hourani-27 is more dependent on AMF symbiosis than Petra.

Abstract:
The new third-generation synchrotron radiation source PETRA III located at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY in Hamburg, Germany, has been operational since the second half of 2009. PETRA III is designed to deliver hard X-ray beams with very high brilliance. As one of the first beamlines of PETRA III the high-resolution diffraction beamline P08 is fully operational. P08 is specialized in X-ray scattering and diffraction experiments on solids and liquids where extreme high resolution in reciprocal space is required. The resolving power results in the high-quality PETRA III beam and unique optical elements such as a large-offset monochromator and beryllium lens changers. A high-precision six-circle diffractometer for solid samples and a specially designed liquid diffractometer are installed in the experimental hutch. Regular users have been accepted since summer 2010.

Abstract:
Contrast-enhanced computed tomography angiography is usually valuable for the evaluation of clipped cerebral aneurysm, but it has side effects of contrast medium. Time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) is a non-invasive and fast method. However, clip-induced artifact limits assessment of the artery in the vicinity of a clip. MRA with ultrashort echo time (TE) reduces metal artifact. We use MAGNETOM Aera 1.5T (SIEMENS, München, Germany) and perform pointwise encoding time reduction with radial acquisition (PETRA)-MRA using ultrashort TE for the assessment of the cerebral aneurysm after clipping. We, herein, presented two representative cases with a clipped aneurysm which could be evaluated by PETRA- MRA. Especially in one of them, the neck remnant was revealed by PETRA-MRA. PETRA-MRA can reduce the time and the invasiveness and may be helpful for the usual follow-up of the clipped aneurysm with the development of MRA technology in the future.

Abstract:
Convolutional Neural Networks are usually fitted with manually labelled data. The labelling process is very time-consuming since large datasets are required. The use of external hardware may help in some cases, but it also introduces noise to the labelled data. In this paper, we pose a new data labelling approach by using bootstrapping to increase the accuracy of the PeTra tool. PeTra allows a mobile robot to estimate people’s location in its environment by using a LIDAR sensor and a Convolutional Neural Network. PeTra has some limitations in specific situations, such as scenarios where there are not any people. We propose to use the actual PeTra release to label the LIDAR data used to fit the Convolutional Neural Network. We have evaluated the resulting system by comparing it with the previous one—where LIDAR data were labelled with a Real Time Location System. The new release increases the MCC-score by 65.97%.

Abstract:
Scholars who have written about the city of Petra have concentrated on the history and archaeology of the city. And, while some of them have written about Nabataean religion, only few of them mentioned information about the holiness of the city; specifically, if it was worshiped as a deity. The aim of this study is to fulfil a gap in Nabataean religion in general and, in particular, re-examine the status of Petra in their religion. In addition to the archaeological evidence, such as buildings, art, and features, the study is based on written resources, such as historical sources and Nabataean inscriptions found in Petra and other cities.

Abstract:
Hellenism was a real cultural force in Nabataean Petra's urban planning and architectural products. Petra is a paradigm of our knowledge of how the Nabataeans designed and built their urban settlement. In approaching the city, one immediately notices how they planned the city to maximise and take advantage of the accessible majestic landscape topography. They created an extraordinary metropolis in the city centre and the surrounding sandstone mountains. There are many aspects of the particularity and creativity of Nabataean culture during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. In the Nabataean Petra paradigm, we can observe the following: cultural interaction, cultural interchange, cultural exchange, cultural adaptation, and cultural sharing, which acted as cultural links between the peoples of the east and west. Thus, creating a new expression and direction of the cultural sharing between the East and West. Metropolitan cities, as in the case of the Nabataean Petra, are focal points where these changes and their effects are experienced significantly. This paper attempts to shed light on the functional, structural, typological, and morphological conceptions and aspects of the urban development and architecture of Nabataean Petra, particularly in the public spaces of the city centre and the surrounding tomb architecture. It argues that this development and formation was the expression of the highly developed self-image of the citizens of Petra reflected in its urban planning, landscape, architecture, and cultural significance.

Abstract:
This study aims to provide a description of the Petra klapertaart business in terms of raw materials, capital, labor, production, costs, and the amount of profit earned. This research was conducted for one mounth on October 2015. The data used are primary data get from the owner. Petra klapertaart is one of the home industries that can give value added to coconut plants, particularly coconuts, so it can help coconut farmers to improve their economy. Constraints limited capital to run the business, get solution from the Ministry of Agriculture that is Petra klapertaart registered as one of a member the Independent Institute Rooted in the Community (LM3), which receive capital assistance in the form of funds. This led to make a research to see the description of the business profile Petra klapertaart after getting financial aid from the Ministry of Agriculture. Data obtained with primary data taken by researchers from business owners as the the main source. Data collection techniques were done by direct observation and interviews with business owners. The results showed that the Petra klapertaart business is a small-scale business that uses coconut raw materials that processed into klapertaart and became one of the members of the Independent Institute Rooted in the Community (LM3) which get funding. On Klapertaart marketing activities, business owners deal directly with consumers to sell klapertaart. Based on the results, the amount of production, the amount of production in September 2015, which is 12 times the production made two recipes in each production, produce 348 klapertaart cup aluminum foil, make a profit with the ratio of R / C> 1 is equal to 1.84 in September 2015 means, Petra business get the benefits, so this business is effort to develop

Abstract:
Background Smartphone self-monitoring of mood, symptoms, and contextual factors through ecological momentary assessment (EMA) provides insights into the daily lives of people undergoing psychiatric treatment. Therefore, EMA has the potential to improve their care. To integrate EMA into treatment, a clinical tool that helps clients and clinicians create personalized EMA diaries and interpret the gathered data is needed. Objective This study aimed to develop a web-based application for personalized EMA in specialized psychiatric care in close collaboration with all stakeholders (ie, clients, clinicians, researchers, and software developers). Methods The participants were 52 clients with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders and 45 clinicians (psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses). We engaged them in interviews, focus groups, and usability sessions to determine the requirements for an EMA web application and repeatedly obtained feedback on iteratively improved high-fidelity EMA web application prototypes. We used human-centered design principles to determine important requirements for the web application and designed high-fidelity prototypes that were continuously re-evaluated and adapted. Results The iterative development process resulted in Personalized Treatment by Real-time Assessment (PETRA), which is a scientifically grounded web application for the integration of personalized EMA in Dutch clinical care. PETRA includes a decision aid to support clients and clinicians with constructing personalized EMA diaries, an EMA diary item repository, an SMS text message–based diary delivery system, and a feedback module for visualizing the gathered EMA data. PETRA is integrated into electronic health record systems to ensure ease of use and sustainable integration in clinical care and adheres to privacy regulations. Conclusions PETRA was built to fulfill the needs of clients and clinicians for a user-friendly and personalized EMA tool embedded in routine psychiatric care. PETRA is unique in this codevelopment process, its extensive but user-friendly personalization options, its integration into electronic health record systems, its transdiagnostic focus, and its strong scientific foundation in the design of EMA diaries and feedback. The clinical effectiveness of integrating personalized diaries via PETRA into care requires further research. As such, PETRA paves the way for a systematic investigation of the utility of personalized EMA for routine mental health care.
