Dream-visions formed an integral part of literature since the Ancient Greek period, with discussions about their prophetic and revelatory value appearing alongside poetry, prose, and autobiographical accounts of visions. By the Middle Ages the popularity of the oneiric form reached a new height. This thesis examines the presence of dream-visions in three works from the fourteenth century: Boccaccio’s Amorosa visione and Corbaccio, and Petrarch’s Triumphi. This study maintains that although Gaspara Stampa's Rime (1554) appears to straddle two popular literary genres-lyric poetry and autobiography-analysis of the Rime within its cultural context demonstrates that while Stampa (1523-1553) used Petrarchan conventions, she also both borrowed and swerved from Giovanni Boccaccio's Elegy of Lady Fiammetta (1334-1337) to imagine a non-Petrarchan narrative of an abandoned woman. Cette thèse porte sur le recueil des lettres en vers de Pétrarque, les Epystole. Michele Feo, actuel éditeur de l’œuvre, a démontré que Pétrarque conclut le livre et le publia en 1364. A partir de ses indications, la thèse essaie d’inscrire les Epystole dans les projets littéraires de Pétrarque entre les années Cinquante et la moitié de la décennie suivante. En particulier, ce travail met à profit l’hypothèse chronologique de Francisco Rico, qui fait du Secretum le présupposé idéologique des recueils élaborés à partir de 1350. Tüpfel ermöglichen den interzellularen Stoffaustausch im Holzkörper. Im Zuge der Prozessgestaltung in den Bereichen Holzschutz und Zellstoffherstellung sind genauere Kenntnisse über ihren Aufbau von grundlegender Bedeutung. Das anatomische Wissen ermöglicht eine verbesserte Einschätzung der Tränkbarkeit sowie allgemein über die Eindringwege von Flüssigkeiten im Holz. This study documented the decline of the forests of the Petra Region of Jordan, as represented at Sidd al-Ahmar, within the Petra Archaeological Park. Biogeographical and anthropological methods were employed to explore the history of the forests. Archaeology and historical narratives provided a portrait of the study area from prehistory to the early 20th century.
