Keeping animals is a very fun hobby because pets can be entertainment in itself to relieve fatigue from daily activities. But there are certain times, the owner doesn't have time to take care of the pet, especially if there are tasks out of town for a few days, or other activities. Pet care is a solution to keep pets taken care of while their owners don't have time to take care of them. Animal care provides care facilities for pets that are deposited. The amount of tertiary requirements that individuals consume is rising along with the times. People have different priorities, and things like hobbies, wealth, and social standing can affect this priority scale. Keeping animals as pets, including cats, dogs, birds, snakes, and others, is one example of this pastime. The growing popularity of pets creates a significant demand for a location that can adequately house and offer a range of equipment, supplies, and services connected to pet upkeep and care. Accurate and timely diagnosis of health issues is crucial in all these sectors, but traditional methods often rely on subjective observations and infrequent veterinary visits. Assistive mobility aids play an important role in the overall well-being, mobility, and activity of animals with neurological and/or orthopaedic impairments. The user experience relates not only to the pet owner, but also to the animal using it. Animals cannot express how they feel when using an assistive mobility aid, so the owner's observation of the animal is of great importance in this case. In this study the experiences of users of mobility aids for dogs were investigated using a questionnaire. All pet owners invited to participate had received a mobility aid (orthosis, prosthesis, or whe

Nowadays, the presence of pets in family households is increasing. There are more and more studies are carried out on the effects of pets on human health, physical activity, stress levels, feelings of anxiety or happiness and similar parameters. At the present time, pets are not only animals, but also family members. Regardless of this fact, it is not always possible for owners to be with them due to various obligations and responsiblities. Owners want to ensure that their pets are always in safe hands. The innovative application discussed in this article is a solution for owners whose goal is

Abstract:
This study investigates the key challenges in providing veterinary care for stray animals in Bangladesh, using a mixed-methods approach. Data were collected through qualitative interviews with veterinarians, caregivers, and NGO representatives in Dhaka (n=13), and quantitative surveys from urban, suburban, and rural areas across the country (n=100). The findings reveal critical barriers, including low public awareness of zoonotic health risks, logistical difficulties in capturing and transporting animals, and financial constraints faced by caregivers. Additionally, weak policy enforcement and

Abstract:
This study was conducted in selected provinces of Bicol Region from April 2015 to May 2015 to describe the knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) of dog owners regarding rabies and dog bites. A purposive sampling was used in selecting the respondents of the study. Frequencies were tabulated for all variables. Of the 1,200 respondents, 2,193 dogs were recorded making a 2:1 ratio of dogs to householders in this particular study. Among these dogs 58% were vaccinated against rabies. The majority of the ones taking care of the dogs were female (57.3%) but the primary owner (62.9%) was the head of

Abstract:
Animal-associated microbiomes are critical to the well-being and proper functioning of the animal host, but only limited studies have examined in-sect microbiomes across different developmental stages. These studies revealed large shifts in microbiome communities, often because of significant shifts in diet during insects’ life cycle. Establishing insect colonies as model laboratory organisms and understanding how to properly feed and care for animals with complex and dynamic life cycles requires improved data. This study examined laboratory raised green June beetles (Cotinis nitida) captured

Abstract:
Reasoned triage and management of live large whale stranding events prompted this workshop. Safety is paramount for humans and must be mitigated for them and whales during responses. Clinical assessment is critical, with emaciation and poor prognosis often worsening welfare if released. Accurate length and estimated weight data are essential. Supportive care and treatments depend on understanding the underlying pathophysiology of stranding. Maintaining an airway, monitoring breathing, minimizing stress, protecting eyes, modulating temperature, and preventing sunburn are priorities. Additional

Abstract:
The Tripletail, Lobotes surinamensis, is a pelagic fish found in tropical and sub-tropical waters of all oceans. Tripletails are often associated with floating debris and make frequent incursions in bays and estuaries where they are targeted by recreational fishermen. In Mississippi waters the species is typically present during the late spring and summer season that also correspond to the period of sexual maturation and spawning (Brown-Peterson and Franks 2001). Tripletail is appreciated as a gamefish but is also prized for its flesh of superior quality. The fast growth rate of juveniles in c
