The article aims to reveal the specificity of the legal as such in its difference from political or economic from a phenomenological point of view, that is, to determine what the experience of law is and what is its place in our experience as a whole.
The key assumption is that while the political and the economic are based on the logic of the equivalent, which implies the establishment of a balance based on the balance of forces or interchangeable goods, the experience of law is fundamentally anti-utilitarian and subordinated rather to the logic of excess, or gift.

This article explores the theory of phenomenology and its relevance for understanding ageing. I begin by attempting to unravel the main theorisations of phenomenology and then explore how the use of a biographical method can be enmeshed in cultural contexts of ageing. In particular, I assess the relevance of the ageing body, and ageing identity for pointing toward a general theory that can be defined as a ‘phenomenology of ageing’. Part of the context for realising the potential of phenomenology is its dissection of meaning, not as fixed, but as fluid as found in the context of everyday life.

Legal phenomenology is becoming increasingly popular. How must a phenomenological analysis of possession be structured? To explore the nature of possession it has to be considered independently of ownership. In a property system, the understanding of possession often goes far beyond its pure meaning. The so-called realistic view on property and possession (Besitzrealismus) seems to be also relevant for a phenomenological approach. Keywords: Besitzrealismus - legal phenomenology - possession - property rights

The article deals with the formation of phenomenology in the philosophy and culture of Modern age that culminated in the elaboration of the phenomenological projects of Hegel and Husserl. The author argues that the emergence of the idea of phenomenology in the Western European philosophy was conditioned by the need to overcome the dangers of skepticism and dogmatism that arose in the process of attempts to develop a method of human inner world cognition. Hegel considers this problem in the «Phenomenology of Spirit» on the way to solving the task of describing the dialectical structure of self-

Abstract The author deals with philosophical ethos in its practical function. After the First World War Husserl not only considers the structure but also the function of phenomenology. A meditation on this function, with regard to the history of philosophy, is his primal task in the Freiburg years. Thus the possibility of developing a rigorous phenomenology of practical reason becomes the basis of phenomenology. The importance of Husserl’s characterization of life in terms of striving is stressed as a key motive in the turn from static to genetic phenomenology. It is argued that instinctive li

The relevance of the presented article is due to the need to rethink the phenomenon of the state as a legal form of social association based on the principles of truth, which is a factor in the development of personality. The article analyzes N. N. Alekseev's views on state-legal reality from the standpoint of realistic phenomenology. The conducted research allows the author to conclude that N. N. Alekseev acts in Russian jurisprudence as the founder of a separate scientific field - the realistic phenomenology of the state and law.
