The paperpresents the research results on the synthesis and study of new organophosphorus derivatives of glycoluril, obtained on the basis of pentavalent phosphorus. New organoelement phosphorus derivatives synthesized on the basis of N-acyl-substituted glycolurilhave been obtained. They are of considerable interest due to the presence of effective reaction centers. Tetraacetyl-substituted glycoluril —2,4,6,8-tetraacetyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo[3,3,0]octane-3,7-dione was chosen as theinitial synthon. Abstract According to literature, the synthesis of dronic acid derivatives from the corresponding carboxylic acids using phosphorus trichloride and phosphorous acid as the P-reactants is controversial, due to the wide range of molar ratios and diverse conditions. In this minireview, we summarize our results on the clarification of these problems. For example, with zoledronic acid and risedronic acid, we found that, using methanesulfonic acid (MSA) as the solvent, 3.2 equivalents of phosphorus trichloride was enough. Two phosphorus-containing cage-like silsesquioxane derivatives were synthesized as reactive or additive flame retardants for epoxy resin. This paper addresses the potential for predicting heat flux from thermographic phosphor measurements. Temperature can be measured using thermographic phosphors by extracting the intensity decay of the phosphor, which is temperature dependent. This measured temperature can then be used to estimate boundary heat fluxes, which is often called the inverse heat conduction problem. Heating rate can also be estimated with the use of thermographic phosphors, from which heat flux can also be determined. In this case, the solution to the inverse problem appears more stable. Thermographic phosphors have emerged as a new technique for measuring heat fluxes, which relies on the temperature dependent intensity decay of thermographic phosphors. However, instead of reducing the intensity data to temperatures, heating rate is estimated. Because the technique is new, little is known about the quality of heating rate estimates.
