Quelques caracteres ecophysiologiques du chene vert ont ete etudies dans le but de comprendre la repartition naturelle de l'espece. Une duree de stratification froide de 12 semaines et l'ablation despericarpes favorisent la germination. Le stress hydrique a peu d'effets sur celle-ci jusqu'a des potentiels de 18 bars, ce qui situe le chene vert parmi les especes xerophiles meme a ce stade de developpement. L'inhibition de la croissance des plantules par le stress hydrique apparait vers 11 bars. Par comparaison avec d'autres especes, le chene vert peut etre considere comme une espece xerophile.

This thesis contains quantum chemical models and force field calculations for the RuBisCO isotope effect, the spectral characteristics of the blue-light sensor BLUF and the light harvesting complex II. The work focuses on the influence of the environment on the corresponding systems. For RuBisCO, it was found that the isotopic effect is almost unaffected by the environment.
