This paper deals with the design of an electrical model for the photovoltaic effect in a PLZT element to estimate, in advance, the performance of an optical actuator consisting of PLZT elements. The results of the basic experiment on the photovoltaic effect are shown, and they indicate that a parallel circuit including a current source, a resistance and a capacitance may be applicable to an electrical model for the photovoltaic effect, under the consideration of the lumped system. Then, the step response of the photovoltage is obtained theoretically according to the electrical model proposed.

It focuses on developing an innovative scheme of guaranteed energy performance that mitigates project risk and generates investor confidence (ESI Model). The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) facilitates the development of the ESI Program in alliance with the National Development Banks (NDBs). The ESI Model includes a contract for the supply, installation, and maintenance of equipment for generating

Abstract:
The Smart Energy Design Assistance Center assessed the administrative, technical, and economic aspects of feasibility related to the procurement and installation of photovoltaic solar systems on IDOT-owned buildings and lands. To address administrative feasibility, we explored three main ways in which IDOT could procure solar projects: power purchase agreement (PPA), direct purchase, and land lease development. Of the three methods, PPA and direct purchase are most applicable for IDOT. While solar development is not free of obstacles for IDOT, it is administratively feasible, and regulatory hu
