Abstract:
This research aims to develop a student data management system at 9 Tapung Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 9 Tapung, which has not documented using a computer or school web using text-based programming languages like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and PHP. The student information system design at SMP Negeri 9 Tapung in its manufacture uses a literacy methodology where each phase can be carries repeatedly until it gets the desired results. The phase of system manufacture is the investigation, analysis, design, and implementation. To make this application, the author uses PHP and MySQL. This development research results create a student information system application that can display school data, student data, which graphics form, and its development, including data on the development of honesty and discipline. The system also displays the student interests and talents observed, extracurricular activities, student violations, and achievement. This application still needs development, refinement, the addition of features, and suggestions, and criticism from all related parties to create a better and structured information system to improve the quality and character of SMP Negeri 9 Tapung.

Abstract:
The expert system is a computer program designed to transfer knowledge from an expert in a specific field to solve problems or provide advice. Its development has led to various applications, including veterinary medicine. This research focuses on implementing a web-based expert system using PHP to assist broiler chicken farmers in diagnosing diseases through forward chaining. The method is a qualitative approach with the waterfall development method and black-box testing, Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling and design. The system, built with PHP, Codeigniter framework, and MariaDB MySQL database, successfully provides a web-based expert application for diagnosing broiler chicken diseases through forward chaining. This application help farmers in effectively diagnosing and managing diseases in their broiler chickens.

The employee information system is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Language Hall Office, to get information about employees to be more focused and easy to obtain. In this study, researchers only discussed employee problems and data management mechanisms at the Aceh Language Center Office and designed an employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The research objective was to understand the problems of employees and data management at the Aceh Language Center Office and to create a supporting application about employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) employee administration staff to record and input employee data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee information system at the Aceh Language Hall Office has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the PHP and MySQL language programs as the database.

Abstract:
Webshell is a malicious program that might result in data theft, file modification, or other damaging behaviors once uploaded to a server. Detecting webshells is a key security concern for website administrators. In recent years, techniques such as obfuscation and encryption have been deployed on webshell technology, and classic detection approaches such as static feature matching are gradually underperforming on webshell detection. Meanwhile, there are variations between languages such as JSP and PHP, and researchers have proposed webshell detection methods primarily for languages such as PHP. At the same time, there are fewer detection techniques for JSP webshells. In this case, a detection approach for the JSP webshells is needed. This paper provides a novel webshell detection model for the JSP language. The model’s fundamental premise is that it introduces the BERT-based word vector extraction method, which has been shown in experiments to be more effective at detecting obfuscation, encryption, and other means of evading detection than the traditional Word2vec word vector extraction method. Meanwhile, we introduce the XGBoost algorithm as the model classifier. The experimental results reveal that present model has achieved 99.14% accuracy, 98.68% precision, 98.03% recall, and 98.35% f1 score, and the overall effect is better than the already existing JSP webshell detection approaches.

The Computer Science Study Program at Pat Petulai University is currently still adopting a conventional or manual attendance system, both in implementing and managing attendance data, so there is a need for a website that can manage attendance data and processes online. Based on these problems, this research aims to build a website-based online attendance system that can manage attendance data and processes online without having to do it manually or conventionally. By using qualitative descriptive research methods in this research, it is hoped that it can explain the results of the research that has been carried out. The use of information technology in this attendance was made with PHP, MySQL as a database and Laravel framework. System design using Unifed Modeling Language (UML) and waterfall tools as software development methods. The results of the software were tested in terms of functionality using black box testing. With the website that has been built, it is hoped that it can support the progress of the Pat Petulai University Computer Science Study Program in terms of managing student attendance data.

Office equipment, often referred to as Office Stationery (ATK), is a necessity that must be fulfilled and carefully considered in its use in an institution, such as in the Department of Computer Science. Currently, the Department of Computer Science still utilizes Microsoft Excel and handwritten notes in processing ATK data, ranging from the registration of incoming items to the distribution to professors and staff. Therefore, the Department of Computer Science requires a system that can support the process of distributing ATK data. The developed system is expected to assist in generating ATK distribution reports. The system development method chosen in this research is the Waterfall system development model. The system design in this research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The program development process (coding) utilizes the PHP programming language with HTML, and MySQL for database creation. The testing approach in this research employs Black Box testing with the Equivalence Partitioning (EP) method. The results of the conducted testing indicate that all system functions operate according to their intended purposes.

In the MOORA method, this weight value is used to rank each supplier tested By implementing the MOORA method at Semen Padang companies, it is hoped that the company will be able to select suppliers more efficiently and accurately. This method can help companies evaluate supplier selection criteria and choose the supplier that best suits their needs. Thus, it can improve the quality of the final product and help Semen Padang companies achieve their business goals. Software or program, which is a set of instructions that allows hardware to be able to process data. UML is a standard language based on diagrams or drawings that aims to visualize, define and build models. Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams. PHP is a programming language used to translate program code base into machine code that can be understood by computers by adding HTML. PHP is known as a scripting language, which integrates with HTML tags, is executed on the server, and is used to create dynamic web pages such as Active Server Pages or Java Server Pages. PHP Hypertext Preprocessor is a multifunctional open source script that is very suitable for developing a website.

We developed a program to estimate an examinee's ability in order to provide freely available access to a web-based computerized adaptive testing (CAT) program. We used PHP and Java Script as the program languages, PostgresSQL as the database management system on an Apache web server and Linux as the operating system. A system which allows for user input and searching within inputted items and creates tests was constructed. We performed an ability estimation on each test based on a Rasch model and 2- or 3-parametric logistic models. Our system provides an algorithm for a web-based CAT, replacing previous personal computer-based ones, and makes it possible to estimate an examinee?占퐏 ability immediately at the end of test.

But it is still using manual method to organize and inventory data associated with the On-Job Training (KP) and Final Project (TA) in a site. One way to ease the data organization is to design an information system that can record and organize all the data held by the Computer System. Design and Implementation phase begins with system requirement analysis. Its objection is to get a proper system specification. In design phase, Data Flow Diagram is used to represent data in a logic way. The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system. The previous research “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Seminar dan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Undip” was to organize database final project consist of schedule, seminar schedule, and test schedule. It used Unified Modeling Language (UML) consist of use case and activity diagram. The users of this information system were two, that were called admin and student. The result from information testing showed that all features like organizing students data, organizing teacher data, printing KP and TA data, uploading KP and TA data, alerting KP and TA coordinator about the schedule of the students worked well. The current research use Entity Relationship Diagram model system. This information system has five users, that are admin, student, teacher, KP coordinator, and TA coordinator.

Abstract:
Currently poverty is still one of the problems faced by the people of Indonesia, based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), it is stated that the percentage of poor people in September 2019 was 9.22% or equivalent to 24.79 million people. One of the efforts that have been made by the Government to overcome the problem of poverty is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The program aims to break the chain or reduce the poverty index, increase human resources, and change behavior that is less supportive of improving the welfare of poor families. However, in its implementation there are still some problems that occur in the field, including the lack of a companion role, and some PKH recipients who are not on target, causing social suspicion. These problems can be overcome by using computer technology-based programs and still implementing transparent and accountable selection stages. In this study, the method used in the Decision Support System is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this program, it is hoped that the user as the PKH implementation committee can make data easier, determine quickly and efficiently and on target for determining recipients of PKH assistance.

Lecture activities from a university are increasingly complex along with the number of scientific fields in a study program. One of these complications is the scheduling of courses given to students and supporting lecturers. The number of courses and the large number of lecturers make the scheduling process require extra in managing it. STMIK Jakarta STI&K is a college in the field of computers that has several study programs in the field of computers consisting of the Information Systems Study Program, Computer Systems and Information Management. At the beginning of each lecture, they often experience difficulties in scheduling the lectures. The need for a system that can process scheduling data is very important so that it can help maximize the process so that lecture activities are more organized. Answering the problem of the complicated process of scheduling lectures for students and lecturers, in this study a scheduling system was developed using the Genetic Method. The use of this genetic method can minimize scheduling conflicts between courses, between lecturers and between classes. The development of this scheduling system was developed using the PHP language and MySQL database so that it can be applied online so that the results can be directly informed to lecturers and students. Based on the application of the system developed, it helps the scheduling department of STMIK Jakarta STI&K faster in making schedules because it minimizes schedule conflicts, informs schedules more quickly so that all lecturers and students are better prepared. The comparison of the average speed of making schedules manually and using genetic methods is between 69.67 and 69.72.

Wastewater treatment company is a company engaged in the sale of chemical water treatment product. Where in the data processing is done manually consequentlyoften occur problems such as the same numbering with other invoices that result in errors in the manufacture of sales reports of goods, has not fulfilled the administrative control system and sales reports. In this study using MySQL for database management which can store all sales reports and present accurate data, and generate timely reports in accordance with the desired needs. All data related to the sales report system will be well stored and the results are more accurate. PHP is a programming language used for the design of proposed programs and Dreamweaver as a tool making program.

Abstract:
A decision support system is a computer-based system that helps users in the decision-making process. In this study, the authors use the promethee method in the decision support system for receiving scholarships at the Information Systems Study Program, University of Flores. The Flores University Foundation Scholarship is a form of appreciation for the Foundation in helping potential students in the form of finances given in the current semester. This research was conducted by building outranking relations through pairwise comparisons by looking for the values ​​of entering flow, leaving flow and net flow. The stages in the promethee method consist of two main parts, namely the stages of preparation and data analysis. The purpose of this study is to apply the promethee method and build a website-based scholarship acceptance decision support system. This decision support system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The type of research used is applied research, while the author's research method uses quantitative methods. The application of this decision support system is expected to facilitate the Study Program in the best decision-making process on receiving scholarships at the Fores University Information Systems Study Program.

Intensive Edu is a non formal education institution located in Modernhill, Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang. Intensive Edu provides private courses or lessons, especially Cambridge Lessons and Mandarin for elementary/junior high school students. Currently, Intensive Edu is promoting through social media Instagram and Whatsapp, as well as word of mouth. With the increasing number of students taking tutoring at Intensive Edu, the need for digital promotions is urgently needed. One of the media that will be used for promotion is using a website. Intensive Edu hopes to have a website that will be used to promote the tutoring program offered and attract more students. Therefore, the community service implementation team (PKM) consisting of lecturers and students from the Tarumanagara University Information Systems Study Program and Computer Science, offered to design and create a website for Intensive Edu. Website prototype is developed using WordPress website builder which supports HTML (HyperText Markup Language), PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and MySQL as a database. The website for Intensive Edu is hosted on the Internet at https://intensive-edu.com/. Intensive Edu merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang berlokasi di Perumahan Modernhill, Pondok Cabe, Tangerang Selatan. Intensive Edu memberikan kursus atau les privat, terutama Cambridge Lesson dan bahasa Mandarin untuk siswa-siswi SD/SMP. The purpose of the work is to explore the current problems and prospects of mining solution, big web data in real time, as well as the possibility of practical implementation of Web Mining technology for big web data on a practical example. Materials and methods. The study included a review of bibliographic sources on big data mining. We used Web Mining technology for associative analysis of large web data, as well as computer modeling of the practical task of transaction analysis using a general-purpose scripting language (PHP). Results. During the work, the specifics of the Data Mining technology were described, and a modern approach to the analysis of large web data –Web Mining was analyzed. A brief classification of tasks solved using Web Mining technology is given. The problem of data mining of large web data in a general-purpose scripting language (PHP) has been solved: the lack of libraries for data mining, the difficult normalization of data to the form necessary for associative analysis, interaction with the database management system. Also, an example showing an approach to the mining of large web data was implemented. Based on the understanding of Web Mining technology and the described difficulties of analyzing web data in the PHP language, methods for effectively solving the practical problem of analyzing web data based on transactions committed in a dynamic web application have been proposed. A module for associative analysis of customer transactions in the programming language PHP was developed. The module includes an intelligent data processing class. The structural scheme of the module and system architecture were developed. The constructed module allows us to solve the main part of the problem of associative analysis of large web data using Web Mining technology in order to solve the problem of identifying patterns in a large array of web data. Associative analysis of web data is much faster because of the combination of a general-purpose scripting language and an object-oriented approach. Conclusion. According to the results of the study, it can be argued that the current state of the technology for the analysis of large web data allows efficiently process data objects, identify patterns, obtain hidden data and receive complete statistical data in real time. The results can be used both for the purpose of the initial research of technologies for analyzing large web data, and as an addition to the content management system for the intelligent analysis of web data. The usage of the technology of associative analysis and the created universal handler class makes the created module flexible, while the possibility of manual integration makes this module universal. With manual integration, the database management system is not important. Algorithm methods work with selected data. This factor greatly simplifies the further development of program code.

The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system.System Information inventory and Loan goods on the laboratory computer system, has two categories of access rights, there are super admin and admin (operator), where the super admin have all permissions and the lending system inventory information communications system laboratory, while the operator is further divided into three parts ie (embedded, networking, and software engineer) where each lab has one operator and one other can notaccess that does not belong to its access. The test results and Loan Information Systems Inventory Computer Systems Laboratory, showed that all the features of the application can work well as Super Admin can see the entire menu of each Lab and can make the process of printing from any lab reports, for each lab operator can to process the data change, the process of borrowing items and returns. By the study program, the files are recaptured one by one into Microsoft Excel, so there is a very high risk of data input errors due to human error, not to mention the possibility of duplicate titles that may occur, where titles that have been submitted can be submitted again by other students. This process needs to be supported by the implementation of technology, for example the use of the web as an implementing medium. In writing this Final Project (TA), the author only discusses the problem of warehouse employees and data management mechanisms at PT. Tempo Banda Aceh and designed a warehouse employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The purpose of writing is to understand the problems of warehouse employees and data management at PT. Tempo Banda Aceh and made a supporting application about warehouse employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature study related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this Final Project (TA). The warehouse employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) warehouse employee administrative staff to record and input warehouse employee data. From the research results, it can be concluded that the warehouse employee information system at PT. Tempo Banda Aceh has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the PHP and MySQL language programs as its database.

The repository information system was developed using the waterfall software development process model and object oriented analysis modeling, then implemented using the Codeigniter programming language, one of the PHP frameworks. The result of this study is a website-based thesis repository system that can archive student thesis data and can also be used to search and display existing thesis data through the admin or user interface in this case students.

The prediction system for determining the number of prospective new students aims to make decisions and prioritize how many new students will be accepted and as a means of enthusiasts for the most study program trends each year, in making a prediction system, a method for good calculations is needed, so it is necessary method for the prediction system. This prediction system uses the Least Square method for the calculation of prediction results for system design carried out with an object-oriented approach using UML. The learning process in the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Informatics Education Study Program still uses conventional learning methods, namely through face-to-face contact between lecturers and students in the class. The traditional learning method currently taking place has limitations that can hinder the learning process, such as limited time and space to interact with each other, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. With these conditions, the online learning process is an alternative to support learning in its current state, with technological developments that can simplify the learning process and make the time more flexible and support the learning process anywhere, anytime, and anyone. An electronic learning system (E-Learning) was created from these conditions, which is expected to be an alternative solution for online learning to overcome the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Informatics Education Study Program's limitations, especially in introductory web programming courses. E-learning is designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method supported by the PHP programming language and implementing the Laravel Framework. The learning process using E-learning is designed using localhost as the central server. This study's results resulted in an E-learning application built based on the analysis and design recommended by the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra informatics education study program. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify the online learning process, especially in existing introductory web programming courses.

The Guest Book web application for Secretariat Lab of Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) is a website-based software to facilitate the process of collecting visitor’s data who visit the FIK lab secretariat room. This application can replace the previous conventional guestbook to digital. The application built using the waterfall method and using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database running on a local server. The Guestbook Web-based system for the Secretariat of the Laboratory of the FIK, UPNVJ can gather student’s data who visit the FIK lab secretariat room and the information can be downloaded in pdf and excel form. This web application also provides features such as covid-19 self-screening survey, news information, critics and suggestions, and the activity log list. The system that has been developed has also passed the security aspect test, reliability aspect test, portability aspect test, usage aspect test and is able to carry out the designed process.

The process of making this program begins by analyzing the systems that already exist in the business, then creating DFD and the required tables. Followed by designing the interface and creating the program. This online media uses PHP programming language, MySQL as database, Intype as HTML text editor and for designing websites based on Code Igniter. This application has two main functions. First, for general users, every website visitor can view the product catalog, and order products. Second, the administrator can manage the data of goods, manage orders and obtain reports.

Chatbot simulates humans' conversations through computer programs using natural language. They are developed for various reasons and purposes, such as virtual characters and entertainers or as an interactive game component. Nowadays, Chatbots for education are using widely to enable students to engage with learning content constantly. In this study, students use Chatbot to query the Web Programming learning contents such as code description, coding and problem-solving. However, the successful responses of Chatbot to student queries is unknown. The lecturers also do not know the desired learning content of students who use the Chatbot. Thus, the purposes of this study are to explore the probability of a student getting successful responses in each conversation and to identify the students desired learning content. The learning analytics method is used to analyse the learning data of Chat-bot. The data analysis performed is descriptive analysis and binomial probability testing. The finding of the studies showed that the value of successful responses of Chatbot is high. The most desired learning content by the students is related to three categories of Web Programming contents, which is the hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), database & structured query language (SQL) and hypertext markup language (HTML). The Chatbot is updated based on proposed actions to provide more successful responses.

This article describes the proposal to generate an information system based on a web environment for the control of the Electronic Curriculum Vitae of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Business Campus IV of the Autonomous University of Chiapas, for the purpose of concentrating labor and productivity data academic staff of the teaching staff who teach subjects in the educational programs offered by the educational institution, which are periodically evaluated by accrediting bodies; Likewise, this information system contemplates the generation of personalized statistical reports that contribute to the decision-making of managers. To develop the aforementioned system, web engineering techniques and methodologies based on a service-oriented architecture were used. The resulting technological solution offers a responsive graphical user interface to adapt to the resolution of various computer equipment and mobile devices, for this, the progressive framework Vue.js derived from the JavaScript language and the PrimeVue user interface component library were used. Regarding the construction of the Service API (REST API), that is, the server-side programming, the Codeigniter open-source framework was used based on the PHP language and as a MySQL database manager.

The program created would act as a more effective and productive way of clearing students, eliminating all types of delay and tension, as well as helping you to understand the process involved, as well as how to do your online clearance. Mobile application technology has been at the forefront of technological advancement in recent years. This has made life easier, and tasks that were considered herculean have been made easier and executable in a much shorter time than ever. One of such tasks is the process of taking attendance during events (such as lectures and conferences) by scribbling one’s signature and other personal details on a central register. This manual process is cumbersome and inconvenient, especially when a large number of participants are involved. To address this problem, this paper presents an automated solution in which a Java-based mobile application was developed and connected wirelessly to a central database that was created using My structured query language (MySQL) application whose task, among others, was to record attendance information. The database was connected to the backend of the web-based software program which was coded in hypertext pre-processor (PHP) programming language. Authentication was achieved through username, password, and fingerprint information. The system was deployedin a university to log students’ details, time absent, time present and cumulative attendances per month and it was realised that the system was highly effective, efficient and 5 times faster than the conventional paper-based attendance logging technique.

Where customers can easily find information on the latest promos and discounts, customers can simply type a certain key word and send it to a specific number that has been provided, the store can also inform customers about the latest promos and products through SMS brodcast. Abstract: The use of contraception is one solution in overcoming the rising pregnancy rate which is part of the Family Planning (KB) program. The problem that occurs today is the lack of public knowledge in choosing contraceptives that are in accordance with health conditions. Limited time, place and experts in conveying the right contraceptive information is one of the obstacles. With the existence of an expert system which is a computer-based application, it will be able to solve problems as thought by experts. The design of this expert system is built to diagnose the type of contraception that is suitable according to health conditions. Knowledge of an expert, namely a midwife or obstetrician in diagnosing contraceptives that are in accordance with the health conditions of the acceptor's body implanted in a system using the Forward Chaining method. From these criteria, the system will conclude which contraception is suitable for use. With this expert system, it will help users and make it easier to determine the choice of the appropriate contraceptive. The test results show that the expert system application made is feasible and can be used by the community in conducting computerized consultations. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server. Pengetahuan seorang pakar yaitu bidan atau dokter ahli kandungan dalam mendiagnosa alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan tubuh akseptor yang ditanamkam pada sebuah sistem menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Dari kriteria-kriteria tersebut sistem akan menyimpulkan alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai untuk digunakan. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini akan membantu pengguna dan mempermudah dalam menentukan pilihan alat kontrasepsi yang sesuai. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat layak dan bisa digunakan oleh masyarakat dalam melakukan konsultasi secara komputerisasi. Specialization in the concentration of a major is a student's focus on a particular field of study according to his interests. The purpose of specialization is to focus students more on the knowledge gained from previous courses so that they can be more focused. In the Informatics Engineering study program at the Institute of Asia Malang, there are 3 concentrations, namely: Intelligent Systems; Multimedia and Games and, Computer Network Administration. The absence of a system that helps students choose the concentration of majors is quite difficult for students to know their academic abilities. By looking at these problems, this study aims to build a decision-making system in choosing the concentration of majors using the K-Means Clustering method. Where the data value of semester 1 to semester 4 students is used as a variable in the calculation of the k-means clustering method which is implemented using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Based on the test results, it was found that in cluster 1 there were 3 students who entered the intelligent system concentration. In the second cluster, there are 20 students who are in the Multimedia and Game concentration, in the third cluster there are 56 students who are in the network concentration.
