ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Plansprache und Phraseologie: Empirische Untersuchungen Umfassende phraseologische Untersuchungen zum Esperanto auf der Grund-lage detailierter Textanalysen, teilnehmender Beobachtungen sowie von Probandenbefragungen machen sowohl Gemeinsamkeiten als auch Unter-schiede zu Phraseologien von Ethnosprachen deutlich. Das phraseologische System des Esperanto entwickelt sich im Ergebnis sowohl bewußter als auch spontaner Faktoren. Zu den Hauptquellen der Esperanto-Phraseologie gehören Übersetzungsentlehnungen aus Ethnosprachen und das bewuBte "Planen" und Einführen von phraseologischen Einheiten. Daneben gibt es eine Gruppe von Phraseologismen, welche in besonderem MaBe die Kultur der Sprache und ihrer Sprechergemeinschaft widerspiegeln und ohne das notwendige soziokulturelle Hintergrundwissen nichtverstanden werden können. Die Analysen zeigen, daß die Phraseologie als ein wesentliches Kriterium bei der Entwicklung eines Plansprachenprojektes zur voll funk-tionierenden Sprache zu betrachten ist. RESUMO Lafrazeologio de planlingvoj: Empiriaj esploroj Ampleksa frazeologia studo pri Esperanto, realigita helpe de detalaj tekst-analizoj, partoprena observado, kaj enketoj, malkovris similajn kaj mal-similajn ecojn kompare kun etnaj aŭ naciaj lingvoj. Frazeologiaj unuoj (FUoj) jen evoluis surbaze de la kultura vivo de la komunumo, jen aperis pro konscia iniciato; la plej multnombraj montrigas konvenciigintaj au spontanaj prunto-tradukoj el naciaj lingvoj. La lingva kaj kutura fono de la lingvo-uzanto evidente influas la komprenadon, sed denaskeco ne. Konstatigis relative altaj niveloj de prilingva konscio kaj kreemo, kune kun granda gamo da sintenoj al la ekuzado de novaj FUoj.

Abstract:
Der Beitrag geht von der Beobachtung aus, dass die semantisch-pragmatische Darlegung von Phraseologie in allgemeinen und speziellen Wörterbüchern noch immer viel zu wünschen übrig lässt. Er wendet sich der Frage zu, wie man die kom­plexe phraseologische Semantik und Pragmatik lexikographisch erfasst, damit sowohl phraseologietheoretische als auch praktisch-lexikographische und wörterbuchbenutzerorientierte Ansprüche gedeckt werden. Speziell geht er auf ausgewählte Aspekte der Pragmatik phraseologischer Ausdrücke ein (Bildlichkeit, Expressivität, Kontextgebundenheit, Sprachhandlungspotenzial, Sprechereinstellungen, Textsorten- und Medienspezifik), um exemplarisch zu zeigen, welche Anforderungen sich daraus für die (kontrastive) Phraseologie, praktische Lexikographie, Sprachdidaktik und übersetzerische Praxis ergeben. Vor allem wird dadurch das Ziel verfolgt, systematische, korpusempirische, analytische und sprachkontrastive Detailuntersuchungen zur Pragmatik der Phraseologie anzuregen und intensivieren. Zugleich werden Probleme angesprochen, die das in der Regel reiche pragmatische Potenzial der Phraseologie sowohl für die theoretische Phraseologieforschung als auch für praktische Anwendung deren Ergebnisse darstellt.

Abstract:
Abstract Based on previous research results, the following paper gives an overview of the possibilities of transferring the valence theory to verbal phraseologisms. Verbal phraseologisms display internal and external ‘blank positions’ which can’t be differentiated strictly dichotomically. Moreover, there are certain interferences or transitions between both valence levels. To fulfill a wide phraseology concept, the analysis focuses not only on the verbal idioms, but, furthermore, on the valence of light-verb constructions. Relating to the theoretical status of the valence of these constructions, there exist partially controversial discussions in the latest research which will be illustrated below. Problems of describing these phenomena from a lexicographical perspective will be elaborated in the following. As a last point, a specific phenomenon will be approached that can be classified into the ‘phraseological irregularities’; the so-called ‘valence irregularities’. Furthermore, the article demonstrates that a satisfying description of the valence of phraseologisms can only be accomplished with the help of a corpus-based approach.

Abstract:
Der vorliegende Artikel befasst sich mit der historischen Phraseologie des Russischen im Russisch-deutschen und deutsch-russischen Wörterbuch (1774–1779) von Christoph Schmidt. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass die Phraseologie bereits vor 200 Jahren relevanter Bestandteil bei der Erstellung eines zweisprachigen Wörterbuches war und sich mit Problemen wie phraseologischer Varianz oder auch der Rektion phraseologischer Wendungen auseinandergesetzt wurde. Abschließend geht der Artikel die Entwicklung der Phraseologie als linguistische Teildisziplin ein und beschreibt die Entwicklungen innerhalb der Russistik an der Universität Leipzig.

Resumo: La artikolo prezentas rezultojn de empiriaj esploroj pri frazeologio de planlingvoj, precipe de Esperanto. Post difino de frazeologia unuo kaj prezentado de pluraj klasifikaĵoj, ĝi diskutas aspektojn de (parola kaj skriba) uzoj de frazeologiaĵoj en diversaj komunikaj sferoj kaj ankaŭ problemojn de tradukado. La analizoj montras ke frazeologio estas grava kriterio ĉe la evoluo de planlingva projekto al plenfunkcianta lingvo. Esperanto posedas riĉan frazeologian sistemon, kiu ekestis kaj plu evoluas surbaze de kaj konsciaj kaj spontaneaj faktoroj kaj kiu spegulas la kulturon de la parolkomunumo. Zusammenfassung: Der Beitrag stellt Ergebnisse empirischer Untersuchungen zur Phraseologie in Plansprachen, insbesondere dem Esperanto, vor. Nach einer Definition der phraseologischen Einheit und der Vorstellung verschiedener Klassifikationsmoglichkeiten werden Aspekte ihrer (mundlichen und schriftlichen) Verwendung in unterschiedlichen Kommunikationsbereichen sowie Probleme ihrer Ubersetzung diskutiert. Die Analysen belegen, daß die Phraseologie als wesentliches Kriterium bei der Entwicklung eines lansprachenprojektes zur voll funktionierenden Sprache zu betrachten ist. Das Esperanto verfugt uber ein entwickeltes phraseologisches System, das sich im Ergebnis sowohl bewußter als auch spontaner Faktoren weiterentwickelt und die Kultur der Sprechergemeinschaft widerspiegelt. Abstract: This article presents the main results of empirical research into the phraseology of planned languages, especially of Esperanto. After defining and classifying phraseological units, it discusses aspects of their (both oral and written) usages in different communicative fields as well as problems of their translation. Analyses demonstrate that phraseology can be considered a keystone in the development of a planned language project to a fully-fledged language. Esperanto possesses an extensive system of phraseological units, which is developing on the basis of both conscious and spontaneous factors, reflecting the cultural life of its speech community.

Das Ziel des Artikels liegt in der Veranschaulichung der Komplexität von Bedeutungskonstituierungs- und Motiviertheitsmechanismen in der Phraseologie. In einer korpusbasierten semantischen Untersuchung des Idioms ein harter Brocken werden Verwendungsprofile ermittelt und kognitive Mechanismen aufgezeigt, die zur Konstruktion der Bedeutung führen und sie motivieren. Außer den etablierten Metaphern und Metonymien wird auch der Einfluss des mentalen Bildes als ein kognitiver Mechanismus aufgezeigt und diskutiert. Metaphor, metonymy and rich image as motivating mechanismsin phraseologyThe aim of the article is to show the complexity of meaning construction and motivation procedures within phraseology. The research concentrates on the idiom ein harter Brocken, on the basis of which usage profiles and cognitive mechanisms have been shown, which support the construction of its meaning and motivation. Another research topic, beyond established metaphors and metonymies, was the influence of the mental image as a cognitive mechanism.

Cette etude linguistique a pour theme la phraseologie et la terminologie du discours economique allemand. Nous analysons la phraseologie dans son emploi vivant au sein d'un corpus didactique. Le domaine economique retenu est celui de la theorie macro-economique. Ce travail debouche sur une application didactique : un glossaire thematique de la phraseologie economique. L'etude se situe a l'intersection de deux disciplines, la terminologie et la phraseologie. Elle se concentre sur les unites linguistiques polylexicales figees et figurees ayant une fonction denominative. Une analyse lineaire du texte a permis de degager 30 termes vecteurs des notions - cles de la theorie macro-economique et se revelant simultanement generateurs de phrasemes. Nous decouvrons a travers et au fil du texte des reseaux associatifs de termes qui permettent de degager la structure thematique du glossaire. Nous demontrons la contribution active des phrasemes a la coherence du texte et a la mise en texte et mise en discours du savoir specialise. Une place importante est reservee a l'analyse des phrasemes iconiques lies aux modeles iconiques universels
This study focusses on the terminology and the phraseology of the german economic discourse. The phraseology is analysed in its live use within a technical corpus introducing the theory of macroeconomics. Using the results of this study, a didactic application has been made : a thematic glossary of the economical phraseology. This study lies at the intersection fo two disciplines, terminology and phraseology. It focusses on the freezed and figurative polylexic al linguistic units which have a denominative function. A linear analysis of the text yields 30 terms carrying key-notio ns of the macroeconomic theory and generating phrasems. Associate networks of terms can be discovered along the text and allow for the building of the thematic structure of the glossary. We show the active contribution of phrasems to the text coherence and to the setting intext and in discoure of the knowledge of the specialty. A special interest is given to the analysis of iconic phrasems which are related to the universal iconic models

Abstract:
The present study is intended to contribute to a deeper insight in the field of nomination for commercial purposes by means of phraseological units. The article focusses on French names of restaurants and stores, which can be considered at the intersection of brand names, as they have much in common with their functions, and names of settlements. The investigation reveals that phrasemes are not only widely used in advertising in general, but that their occurrence in nomination deserves more attention. These reflections lead us to the term of “phraseonymy”, a phenomenon that ought to be studied at a larger scale, including other romance languages and also considering the recipient’s perspective.

F. E. Peters stellt in seiner Studie Überlegungen zur Idiomatik und Phraseologie des Plattdeutschen an, der Muttersprache des Schriftstellers. Er plädiert dafür, das Plattdeutsche in seiner Besonderheit und unabhängig von Vergleichen mit dem Hochdeutschen zu bewerten und zu würdigen. Kürze, Prägnanz, Anschaulichkeit und intuitive Treffsicherheit des Plattdeutschen werden hervorgehoben und anhand von Beispielen aus dem Alltag belegt. Peters unterstreicht die sich in dem Bewahren von Formeln ausdrückende „einfältige Sprachfrömmigkeit“ des Plattdeutschen, für ihn ein Zeichen junger und primitiverer Sprachen, gewissermaßen „Sprach-Marionetten“ im Kleistschen Sinn ausgestattet mit der Anmut des Unbewussten.

Abstract:
On the level of language, multiculturalism is manifested in various and numerous ways: from proper names and different names for concepts, to linguistic creations/word collocations with universal meaning. Speakers often use fixed word structures that contain proper names (Romanian coinages or borrowings from other languages) as discursive embellishment or due to the multiple meanings that these linguistic creations gain in different communicative contexts.

Abstract:
The article considers the problem of teaching students foreign languages by means of comparing national linguistic pictures of the world. The analysis of linguistic and linguadidactic literature allows to interpret linguistic picture of the world as a set of knowledge about the world embodied in language form, more precisely - the specific features of the national language, reflecting cultural, historical and social experience of a particular nation. In this regard the national linguistic pictures of the world are not identical. The authors lay stress on the importance of taking into account the fact of national specific differences of linguistic pictures of the world in teaching foreign students Ukrainian as a foreign language, also indicate that special attention should be paid to linguacultural work with vocabulary and phraseology, in which national and cultural experience is embodied.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to identify the figurative means in the formal diplomatic texts of speeches of chief delegates of the Ukrainian SSR to exert influence at the sessions of the UN General Assembly. Based on the interpretive method of speech analysis and the method of generalisation of the data obtained, an attempt was made to identify the main figurative means and expressiveness of speech, which help to achieve the effect of influence on the reader (listener). In order to identify hidden meanings, a hermeneutic approach to understanding texts was used. According to the results of the study, the most actively used linguistic means of figurativeness in the considered texts are epithets, metaphors, phraseologies. There are many more negative epithets used in the texts of speeches than positive ones, which aim to make people aware of the idea of self-preservation, to arouse emotions of anxiety, fear, vigilance. Metaphors of positive and negative evaluation are used to verbalise mental states, social states and thought processes. Most of the epithets, metaphors, idioms represented in the text are used to denote a negative evaluation, which is perceived as a deviation from the norm and is motivated by the following factors: the reluctance of people to take positive action, irresponsible attitude of some people towards others, socially unacceptable flaws and shortcomings. A logical continuation of this study is the analysis of linguistic means of figurativeness and evaluativity of other types of texts of the official style, including statements and conventions.
