O presente artigo busca compreender e desvendar o sofrimento psíquico de uma mulher portadora de câncer de mama, que se dispôs a empreender um processo analítico. O referencial teórico utilizado é o da psicanálise, método que visa à investigação dos processos inconscientes que se desvendam por meio das associações livres, da transferência e da análise das resistências. É sobre essas bases que este trabalho se organiza. A obra de Piera Aulagnier, psicanalista freudiana, é utilizada como pano de fundo para a compreensão e a discussão teórica dos casos clínicos. É fundamental o conceito estabelecido por Aulagnier, segundo o qual um Eu construtor de uma historia libidinal busca encontrar causas para compreender os mundos externo e interno e o sofrimento desencadeado por estes. Portanto, a noção de que cabe ao Eu continuar a investir em si mesmo, na relação com o outro e no mundo externo para se preservar vivo, mesmo com todas as adversidades, permeia este trabalho.

The objective of this work is make an analise by psychoanalysis theory in special to metapsychology by Piera Aulagnier to check the real relation between potencial melancolie and drugs dependence. The psychoanalitical theory has the status to create many questions. Methodology was held consultation by a study of case where were selected many questions about the clinic of drugs dependence. in this way, during the sessions, we found a potencial melancolic person make a dependence relation wih an specific libidinal characteres object . This outstandig object has capacity to promove sensantions. Oferring like possibilities to make pleasure and anpleasure at same time. From this topic I made Theories parallels between drugs dependence and melancholy, thus as the diference between melancholy in natural state and potencial melancholy, trying with this clinical descriptions show ways the human suffering. The conception of case study made um hipótese that in potencial melancholic persons, the drugs maybe serve like a psychical defense against melancholy. This hypothesis made me understand the problem of drugs in the field of dependence drugs, in the place of toxicomanie understanding that drugs, submission wiith reference a one libidinal conditions in the first stage of subjective person constitutions. To explains this position i used Freud and Aulagnier metapsychology theories, and Violante contribuitions to describe melancholic position and only melancholy. In conclusion, the abstinence is not possible for everyone that depends of drugs, because the drugs offer singular relation understanding from the place in libidinal economy of person. This work for sure will promove many theories statements from the clinic, case by case, for each traveller in the drugs world trying to describe hot reducionista treatment to suffering persons. A presente tese tem como objetivo analisar, à luz da teoria psicanalítica, com destaque para a metapsicologia de Piera Aulganier, a relação existente entre a potencialidade melancólica e a dependência de drogas. A clínica psicanalítica comparece como geradora de interrogações, tendo sido um caso clínico a base para problematizar a clínica da dependência de drogas, sendo que, no decorrer dos atendimentos, revelou-se como um caso onde um sujeito potencialmente melancólico estabeleceu uma relação de dependência com um objeto de características libidinais bem específicas, sobre o qual eu destaco sua capacidade de provocar sensações no corpo, oferecendo-se como um objeto capaz de gerar prazer e desprazer ao mesmo tempo. A partir daí, tracei paralelos teóricos entre a dependência de droga e a melancolia, assim como a diferença entre a melancolia, propriamente dita, e a potencialidade melancólica, para dar conta das aproximações clínicas entre essas formas de padecimento do sujeito. O atendimento ao caso suscitou a hipótese de que, para sujeitos potencialmente melancólicos, a droga pode servir como um anteparo psíquico para que a melancolia não ecloda. Tal hipótese me conduziu a situar a problemática das drogas no campo da dependência de drogas e não na toxicomania, por entender que o aspecto de submissão à droga refere-se a uma condição libidinal bem precoce na constituição subjetiva. Para dar conta da hipótese, recorri às metapsicologias de Freud e Aulagnier e às contribuições de Violante para a distinção entre potencialidade melancólica e melancolia. Pude concluir também que o imperativo da abstinência não é capaz de alcançar todos aqueles que dependem da droga, pois trata-se de uma relação singular e só compreendida a partir do lugar que ela ocupa na economia libidinal do sujeito. Essa tese pode ainda lançar desdobramentos teóricos a partir da clínica, do caso a caso, aos que se aventuram no estudo da problemática das drogas, para pensar intervenções não reducionistas no tratamento destinado aos que sofrem. Certaiens seances de psychotherapie psychanalytique revelent parfois des modalites du silence tout a fait inhabituelles : on a le sentiment, alors meme que la personne est en train de parler, que se produit a l'interieur des mots un processus d'entree dans le silence. Le silence dans le mot signifierait la presence de quelque chose dans la psyche qui est mort a jamais. D'ou une hypothese clinique singuliere : il existerait en dehors de la psychose, et peut-etre chez tout individu, la possibilite d'un veritable aneantissement du psychique (sideration au sein d'une pensee par ailleurs active; il pourrait s'agir de la destruction, jamais reliable a un evenement chronodate, du sexuel dans le langage, ce sur quoi la parole s'appuie habituellement dans sa capacite d'evocation : un blanc dans la pensee. La theorie psychanalytique de la psychose ne permet pas de repondre a une telle question. Au contraire, certaines description de l'experience schizophrenique chez p. Aulagnier (a partir de la theorie du pictogramme) revelent un fonctionnement particulier du psychisme : une modalite autistique de la parole. Ce qu'on pourrait appeler l'entiere disparition de la pensee au coeur des formes sensibles originaires qui lui donnent naissance
Certain psychoanalytical psychotherapy sessions occasionally reveal very unusual modalities of silence. Even while the perosn is talking, an impression is created that a process of falling into silence occurs within the words themselves. Silence within the word would mean the presence of something in the psyche that is forever dead. This leads to an unusual clinical hypothesis that, outside of any psychosis and perhaps in each and every individual, there exists the possibility of a genuine annihilation of the psychic (sideration) within an otherwise active though process. This could be the destruction, never linkable to any time-dated event, of sexuality in language, which usually serves as a support for speech in its capacity of evocation : a blank in thought. The psychoanalytical theory of psychosis provides no answer to such a question. On the contrary, certain descriptions of schizophrenic experience by p. Aulagnier (based on the pictogram theory) reveal a particular functioning of the psych ism : an autistic modality of speech, which could be called the entire disappearance of thought in the nucleus of the original sensory forms which produce thought. Such a problem remains relatively inaccessible to theory. Nevertheless, it diretly involves the conditions of psychoanalytical theorization and practice. Is the blank in thought, only perceptible inits negativity, a truly psychic phenomenon?

Esta tese propõe-se a refletir sobre o sofrimento humano na contemporaneidade. O maior empenho foi no sentido de não cometer generalizações apressadas, quase sempre reducionistas. Para tanto, procurou-se estabelecer uma interlocução com psicanalistas que, assim como nós, reconhecem que determinados tratamentos são refratários ao modelo clássico da psicanálise e, por isso, estão dispostos a ampliar o seu repertório teórico-clínico seguindo as pegadas de Freud, sem destituir jamais o seu legado. Privilegiaram-se, a partir da leitura da psicanalista Piera Aulagnier, as noções de violência, pictograma, alienação e paixão. A ideia de narcisismo moral, um dos destinos do conceito de narcisismo desde Freud, segundo o psicanalista André Green, foi também apresentada. Queremos supor que, realizado o percurso descrito, podemos sustentar a convicção de que precisamos continuar escutando o sujeito que sofre e não o sujeito contemporâneo, posto que só o primeiro é passível de tratamento.
This thesis intends to reflect on the human suffering in the nowadays. The main effort was to avoid generalizations, which are frequently very limited. We attempted to establish a dialogue with analysts who acknowledge the fact that certain treatments resist the classical frame of psychoanalytic treatment. These analysts are willing to expand their theoretical and clinical repertoire without abandonning Freud`s legacy. From the work of Piera Aulagnier, we singled out the concepts of violence, pictogram, alienation and passion. The notion of moral narcisism, according to André Green formulations, was also presented. By going through the ideas mentioned above, we would like to state that we must keep listening to the human being who is suffering and not to the contemporary man, since only the former is eligible to undergo a psychoanalytic treatment.

Cette these se propose d'etudier la theorie metapsychologique de P. Aulagnier sur "l'originaire". L'originaire serait l'un des trois espaces psychiques que P. Aulagnier postule pour rendre compte du fonctionnement psychique au niveau de l'infans. L'activite principale que P. Aulagnier lui associe est une activite de representation, qui donne lieu a des representations pictographiques. Mais, forclos au pouvoir de connaissance du Je, seuls les effets de l'originaire produits sur le Je peuvent etre percus et ce, dans des moments de vecu psychotique. Nous nous proposons d'abord de faire l'expose des theories de l'originaire et de la representation de l'auteure, pour en decouvrir ensuite les points forts et les insuffisances. Nous ramenerons ensuite la discussion sur un plan plus philosophique en comparant la theorie de la connaissance de P. Aulagnier avec la theorie cartesienne de la connaissance, autour du problene de la relation ame-corps, et autour du probleme de la representation. Nous verrons ainsi, bien que de facon sommaire, comment ces deux domaines du savoir peuvent etre source d'un eclairage mutuel. (Abstract shortened by UMI.)

Dans le cadre de ce mémoire, nous tenterons de contribuer à la compréhension des processus qui régissent la relation entre le parent et l’infans, en nous intéressant plus spécifiquement au primat de l’autre en tant que constituant nécessaire de la psyché de l’infans, au sens ou l’entend la psychanalyse. Sachant que le développement de l’enfant dépend grandement de la qualité des soins psychiques et corporels qu’il reçoit, nous chercherons néanmoins à montrer comment la relation parent-enfant doit néanmoins prendre la forme d’une certaine violence. Nous baserons nos analyses sur les théories développées par Piera Aulagnier et Jean Laplanche. À partir des concepts de la violence primaire et secondaire développés par Aulagnier, ainsi que des notions d’implantation et d’intromission théorisées par Laplanche, nous tenterons de définir et déceler comment et sous quelles formes la violence décrite par les auteurs dans la relation mère/infans marque ou plutôt « signe » le développement psychique. À travers l’analyse comparative de ces théories, nous chercherons à voir les différences et les accords entre la pensée de ces deux auteurs, en vue d’en obtenir une compréhension plus riche.
In the context of this paper, we try to contribute to the understanding of the processes that govern the relationship between the parent and the infant, by focusing more specifically on the primacy of the other as a necessary component of the child’s psyche, as understood in psychoanalysis. Knowing that the child development depends greatly on the quality of the mental and physical care they receive, we try nonetheless to show how the parent-child relationship must still take the form of a « violence ». We base our analysis on the theories developed by Piera Aulagnier and Jean Laplanche. Using the concepts of primary and secondary violence developed by Aulagnier and the notions of « implantation » and « intromission » theorized by Laplanche, we try to define and identify how and in what forms the violence that takes place in the mother-infans relationship brands the psychic development of the latter. Through the comparative analysis of these theories, we will try to see the differences and agreements between the thought of these two authors in order to get a richer understanding of the phenomenon of violence.
