Abstract:

Dans son ouvrage De l’humanité, de son principe et de son avenir (1840), Pierre Leroux cherche à établir la « vraie définition de la religion », en visant à une synthèse des traditions religieuses de l’humanité et de la philosophie moderne. Aucune des réponses philosophiques que l’homme a tenté jusqu’ici de donner à la question du bonheur et du souverain bien (stoïcisme, épicuréisme, platonisme, christianisme) ne peut être jugée comme satisfaisante. Entre matérialisme qui méprise l’esprit d’un côté et spiritualisme qui méprise la nature et le monde de l’autre, Leroux cherche une troisième voie : « Aimer religieusement le monde et la vie ». Sa philosophie, qui est à la fois une manière de vivre et une réflexion herméneutique sur l’humanité, conduit à l’application véritable et socialement organisée du principe de l’amour, et dépassant égoïsme et altruisme dans la solidarité, permet de libérer la nature et la vie du mépris qui pesait sur elles pendant des siècles.

Abstract:

The number of movies made in Indonesia there are several films that give a good moral message in it. Through the movie "Yowis Ben" the director tried to make something new and different from the comedy genre films on previous comedy films. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the moral messages contained in the movie Yowis Ben. In this study used qualitative research method by using the research object of the Film Yowes Ben. While the data analysis technique uses the semiotic analysis of Charles Sander Pierce which is based on logic, with reasoning through the signs. The Model that shows the three main elements of the marking forming is representament, object and Interpretant. The results of this research show that the YOWIS BEN film has a moral message in various sides of life through signs that are munncul both visual and verbal in their respective stories. There is a moral message related to Bayu's life. It can therefore be concluded that the figures and the talks that exist in each scene are a representation of the moral message.

Abstract:

Tabheg is one type of food wrapped in banana leaves filled with rice with very simple side dishes such as salted fish, eggplant, chili sauce and crackers as a complement. Tabheg is a souvenir brought by the guardians of students when visiting their children in the boarding school. The tradition of bringing this tabheg is often found in Islamic boarding schools in the East Java, area Tapal Kuda. The tradition of eating tabheg for santri is a sign (representamen) with the values of togetherness and simplicity (interpretant) that can be conveyed through the form of food (object) that is shared by the students without distinguishing economic background and social stratification of the family. Phenomenon in the tradition of eating tabheg is believed to have a rich meaning of symbolic messages which are full of philosophical meanings so as to form patterns of human behavior. Exposure analysis of the tradition of eating tabheg is a qualitative study with a literature study approach, departing from the perspective of communication science using the concept of Charles Sanders Pierce with his trichotomies and psychological studies that form the basis of behavior formation. In addition it also aims to explore the constructive meaning of the pesantren tradition which is a reference to the santri mindset to shape behavior. The results of the analysis based on semiotic messages on the tabheg eating tradition for students based on representamen, interpretants and objects produce a constructive concept of santri personality characterized by traditional Islam. Where the santri character is built from the meaning implied in symbolic messages in the form of togetherness and simplicity that is internalized in the form of peace-loving behavior as a pesantren modality in realizing world peace.

Abstract:

This study aims to reveal the da'wah message contained in the lyrics of the song “Sebelum Cahaya” by Band Letto. The song, which is one of the works of art with the power of meaning in the lyrics, is able to invite listeners to appreciate and absorb the meaning contained in it. Song lyrics will affect listeners emotionally because there is a message that the author wants to convey. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative method with the semiotic approach of Charles S. Pierce. This research found that the Letto band, which is not a religious band, through the song “Sebelum Cahaya” incorporated divine values which became the basis of religion. Letto wants to show in his song that God is always there and accompanying humans, even though they are not aware of it. The existence of God is represented in symbols that the listeners can perceive according to the depth of their religious experience. The significance of the semiotic study in this study shows the different levels of meaning in understanding the signs in the song “Sebelum Cahaya” lyrics. Someone at a certain level can interpret the presence and truth of the promise of a true partner. However, to a certain extent, the meaning can lead to the presence and certainty of God's promises to humans.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu “Sebelum Cahaya” karya Band Letto. Lagu yang merupakan salah satu karya seni dengan kekuatan makna dalam liriknya, mampu mengajak pendengarnya untuk menghayati dan meresapi makna yang terkandung di dalamnya. Lirik lagu akan mempengaruhi pendengar secara emosional, karena terdapat pesan yang ingin disampaikan oleh pengarangnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika Chales S. Pierce. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa band Letto yang bukan merupakan band religi, melalui lagu “Sebelum Cahaya” memasukkan nilai-nilai ketuhanan yang menjadi dasar dari agama. Letto ingin menunjukkan dalam lagunya bahwa Tuhan selalu ada dan menemani manusia, meskipun mereka tidak menyadarinya. Keberadaan Tuhan dimunculkan dalam simbol-simbol yang dapat ditangkap oleh pendengar sesuai dengan tingkat kedalaman pengalaman religius mereka. Signifikansi kajian semiotik dalam penelitian ini menampilkan tingkat pemaknaan yang berbeda dalam memahami tanda dalam lirik lagu “Sebelum Cahaya”. Seseorang dalam tingkatan tertentu, dapat memaknai kehadiran dan kebenaran janji dari pasangannya yang sejati. Akan tetapi, dalam tingkat tertentu, pemaknaannya dapat mengarah pada kehadiran dan kepastian janji Tuhan kepada manusia.

Il convient d’apprécier l’impact du droit de l’Union européenne (UE) sur la fiscalité environnementale française, d’analyser les contraintes pesant sur le législateur français lorsqu’il envisage de protéger l’environnement en utilisant l’instrument fiscal tout en constatant que les avancées en la matière ne ressortissent pas forcément à des normes contraignantes mais à une influence certaine des travaux européens sur le législateur français. Or, le degré de contrainte est variable : le législateur est libre d’utiliser l’instrument fiscal pour protéger l’environnement et les contraintes n’apparaissent que lorsqu’il fait ce choix.

Abstract:

Karikatur merupakan tanggapan atau opini secara subjektif terhadap suatu kejadian, tokoh, seratus soal, pemikiran atau pesan tertentu. Gambar karikatur merupakan symbolic speech (komunikasi tidak langsung) artinya bahwa penyampaian pesan yang terdapat dalam gambar karikatur tidak dilakukan secara langsung tetapi dengan menggunakan bahasa simbol. Dengan kata lain makna yang terkandung dalam gambar karikatur adalah makna yang terselubung. Simbol-simbol pada gambar karikatur tersebut merupakan simbol yang disertai maksud (signal) yang dinamakan dengan sadar oleh orang yang mengirimnya (si pengirim) dan mereka yang menerimanya (si penerima). (Panuti & Zoest, 2003) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian semiotika mengenai makna dan simbol-simbol yang terdapat dalam karikatur sampul depan majalah Titanic Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Pierce yang menganalisis mengenai representasi makna intepretan, sign, objek serta ideologi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode semiotika Pierce karena penulis menganggap metode ini memiliki kerangka analisis yang mampu membantu penulis menjawab tujuan dari penelitian ini. Selain karena ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teks itu bersifat polisemi (multimakna) dan arbitrer (manasuka). Sehingga tak heran bila hasil penelitian ini sangat subjektif sesuai interpretasi dan pengetahuan penulis terhadap teks. Teknik kajian teks ini dilakukan dengan cara menelaah materi-materi terkait dengan permasalahan yang terdapat dalam karikatur sampul Tempo yang menampilkan sosok 3 Malarangeng. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan penelusuran data online. Objek yang dianalisis merupakan karikatur Tiga Mallarangeng pada halaman depan majalah Tempo Hasil representasi dijelaskan bahwa Tiga Mallarangeng menikmati hasil kerjanya dengan memegang gulungan dollar dan memegang kantung uang di atas perahu yang di arah kiri dan kanan terlihat alat pancing. Hasil analisis ideologi bahwa adanya pencitraan di dalamnya. Karikatur tersebut merupakan pandangan umum sebuah media cetak terhadap suatu permasalahan. Kemudian permasalahan yang diambil oleh Tempo adalah permasalah kasus korupsi yang sedang hangat-hangatnya di tahun 2012.

L’auteur fait ressortir le jeu des contraintes pesant sur les politiques de plein emploi depuis les années 1980. Partant de là, les champs nouveaux qui s’ouvrent aux « régulations politiques » sont identifiés. L’enjeu se découpe avec précision. Soit le blocage des politiques de plein emploi est « fatal », ce qui rend l’érosion des anciens compromis inévitables. Soit les marges laissées à une revitalisation des compromis en faveur de l’emploi permettent une restructuration du rapport salarial plus efficace et plus équitable. En tout état de cause, ce n’est qu’en tirant profit des évolutions structurelles du marché du travail qu’il sera possible d’intensifier et d’avoir une certaine maîtrise sur les processus d’ajustement présentement à l’oeuvre.

Iklan merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi berupa pesan dari suatu produk tertentu yang ingin disampaikan kepada masyarakat melalui media. Mobil Chery QQ dengan kategori city tampil dalam sebuah iklan yang dihadirkan melalui tampilan desain poster yang menarik. Iklan mobil Chery QQ berupa poster bertujuan untuk menyampaikan suatu pesan kepada masyarakat car sebagai salah satu mobil dengan konsumsi bahan bakar hemat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada poster iklan Chery QQ adalah teori semiotika yang dikemukakan Pierce berupa ikon, indeks, dan simbol. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui makna-makna yang ingin disampaikan oleh perusahaan automotif tersebut dalam poster iklan mobil Chery QQ. Iklan tersebut ingin mengkomunikasikan bahwa mobil Chery QQ merupakan kendaraan bermotor beroda empat yang hemat konsumsi bahan bakar ditampilkan melalui penggambaran ilustrasi kartun dan slogan berbahasa Spanyol â€œMenos visitas al surtidorâ€ pada sebuah poster iklan mobil Chery QQ dengan segmen pasar di Meksiko yang terletak di Amerika Utara dan mayoritas penduduknya menggunakan bahasa Spanyol. Poster iklan tersebut menceritakan bahwa Chery QQ diasumsikan memiliki gender wanita, sedangkan mesin pengisi bahan bakar yang digambarkan melalui ilustrasi kartun berwarna merah memiliki gender pria, keduanya memiliki sebuah hubungan khusus, layaknya sebuah pasangan kekasih. Mobil Chery QQ merupakan kendaraan yang memerlukan bahan bakar agar dapat beroperasi, sedangkan mesin pengisi bahan bakar menyediakan bahan bakar yang diperlukan oleh mobil Chery QQ. Dengan demikian, poster iklan Chery QQ dapat mengkomunikasikan keunggulannya dengan baik kepada masyarakat melalui makna-maknanya berupa pesan dalam bahasa tanda yang ditampilkan Mobil Chery QQ merupakan kendaraan beroda empat yang hemat konsumsi bahan bakar serta ramah lingkungan.

Abstract:

S’appuyant principalement sur une recension de données qualitatives, cet article vise à mettre en lumière les façons selon lesquelles les agents de service d’un centre d’appel de la région de Montréal parviennent à se dégager certains espaces d’autonomie pour s’engager activement dans le rôle associé à leur travail. Les résultats qui y sont présentés suggèrent que leur activité de travail s’articule autour des notions d’engagement et de distanciation dans une perspective duale. En fait, puisque leur prestation de service se déroule à la frontière de l’organisation et du marché, ils parviennent à mobiliser certaines ressources dans cette zone pour se réapproprier les contraintes pesant sur eux. Ils opérationnalisent cette réappropriation en appliquant les principes d’un engagement instrumental envers l’organisation et de distanciation envers la clientèle ou d’engagement envers la clientèle et de distanciation sociale envers leur entreprise, et ce, selon les comportements des clients qui sont en ligne avec eux. Ces stratégies génèrent des effets bénéfiques temporaires pour eux sur le plan d’une réhabilitation de leur subjectivité puisqu’elles contribuent à les protéger des clients désagréables et à actualiser une volonté de s’affirmer socialement dans leur rôle d’agent de service. En somme, ce jeu de l’engagement et de la distanciation mène à l’édification d’un engagement de leur part envers leur métier. Cet article contribue à l’avancée des connaissances scientifiques puisque, d’une part, il démontre qu’il demeure possible pour ce type de salariés de développer un engagement envers leur métier à partir de l’articulation duale de deux notionsa prioricontradictoires et, d’autre part, il repousse les courants de l’habilitation et de la domination sociale pour approfondir celui de la dualité en démontrant que ces salariés peuvent se réapproprier les contraintes pesant sur eux même si leur espace d’autonomie s’avère mince et fragile.

Abstract:

Résumé Très sollicité par les jeunes écrivains et universitaires de son pays, voire du Maghreb, Kateb Yacine est intervenu à plusieurs reprises dans ce seuil littéraire problématique qu’est la préface. Caractérisé par la brièveté du propos, avec un maximum de six pages, son discours préfaciel adopte une posture singulière qu’on peut situer entre le refus catégorique flaubertien de la préface et l’abus préfaciel sartrien. Kateb préface, mais pas trop ! À proprement parler, il renonce à jouer au critique littéraire, préférant déplacer le débat sur la portée sociale et politique des oeuvres qu’il préface. En fait, ce n’est pas sans gêne que l’auteur de Nedjma s’intronise préfacier, puisqu’il a fini par ressentir ce rôle comme une forme de paternalisme pesant.

Abstract:

L'ambition de cette étude est de chercher dans quelle mesure et comment la taille de la famille peut avoir affecté le niveau de pauvreté dans une communauté rurale des Pays-Bas au XVIIIe siècle. On a estimé la proportion des ménages en état de pauvreté, en fonction de la durée écoulée depuis le mariage: il semble que la présence de plusieurs jeunes enfants provoque une pauvreté passagère de la famille; le suivi des ménages pauvres par groupes d'âge montre aussi que la présence de jeunes filles est un facteur de pauvreté accrue, lorsque ces dernières restent à la maison parce qu'elles ne trouvent pas de travail à l'extérieur, pesant de ce fait sur le budget des parents.

Abstract:

Les historiens québécois entretiennent une attitude contradictoire face à l’arrivée de la télévision dans la province en 1952. Présentant cet événement comme un tournant dans le passage du Québec à la modernité, ils n’y consacrent pourtant aucun effort de recherche soutenu et se contentent de répéter, d’une synthèse à l’autre, les mêmes généralités à son sujet. De manière isolée, quelques chercheurs ont toutefois proposé des pistes de réflexion et fourni certaines clefs pour mieux comprendre et évaluer la signification historique de ce phénomène. Il serait pertinent que la communauté historienne y fasse écho, quoique cela impliquerait peut-être de réévaluer de fond en comble le récit hégémonique de la Révolution tranquille et de la naissance du Québec moderne.
