Abstract:
Indonesia is a country where the majority of its citizens embrace Islam. So Indonesia has become part of the largest Muslim countries in the world. As a Muslim, it is appropriate to carry out the Shari'a and religious rules correctly, such as carrying out the pillars of Islam. One of the pillars of Islam is the fifth pillar of Islam, namely the Hajj pilgrimage for anyone who is able. The word capable means being physically, mentally, and financially capable. The Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages are recommendations that should be carried out if someone has been declared baligh or mukhallaf. In its implementation, it turns out that Indonesia has provided regulations that are expected to provide a legal umbrella other than Islamic law. This paper uses a normative approach and data taken from various relevant literature sources based on the literature study. This article aims to determine the legal basis for implementing the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia.

What are the major pillars of education today? Mecca messages commanding to seeing the sky are theological, while Medina messages are more practical aspects from Mecca messages which are implemented in setting Islamic calendar not only through ru’yah bi al-fi’l, but also by hisab or computing based on syar’i pillars. The obeyed syar’i pillars represent that the human computing result should be considered a symbol of flexible Islamic teachings. The article also explores the concept of pillars in the Quran and their differences from the Western view. In the Quran, pillars are often used as a symbol of stability and strength, representing the steadfastness of believers in their faith. This concept is different from the Western view, where pillars are often seen as mere structural elements that provide support. The philosophical implications of a pillar-less sky in the Quran are also discussed in the article. The symbolism of a pillar-less sky represents the idea of unity and impartiality in Islam, which emphasizes the importance of a unified and impartial approach to life. This concept has practical implications in everyday life, as it encourages individuals to adopt an open-minded and inclusive attitude towards others. Overall, this article aims to provide a deeper understanding of the Quranic concept of a pillar-less sky and its philosophical implications in everyday life. Abstract:
The concept of Faith and Islam is one of the important teachings in Islam. In fact, it has become an outline of Islam which consists of three pillars, namely the Aqeedah (Pillars of Faith), Sharia (Pillars of Islam), and Morals (Ihsan). However, Fazlur Rahman provides another formula for the concept, namely Faith, Islam and Taqwa. So, the purpose of this research is to understand the concepts of Faith, Islam and Taqwa based on Fazlur Rahman's thinking. This research refers to Fazlur's library of sources used in analyzing the theory of hermeneutics. The hermeneutic theory used in this research is Dilthey's hermeneutics. The results of this study are: 1) Fazlur Rahman's biography is arranged in the frame of experiences-understanding which consists of all Fazlur Rahman's life experiences, evolution of Fazlur Rahman's thoughts and works, and Fazlur Rahman's constellation of contemporary Arab thinkers who classify him as a reconstructive reformative thinker. 2) Dilthey's hermeneutical analysis of Fazlur Rahman's thinking is to produce an understanding that Fazlur Rahman's entire life experience influences his main idea, neo-modernism. Then it is arranged in the form of a systematic methodology, namely the double movement theory which is used to examine the basic principles of the Qur’an in the form of ethics. The key terms of the Qur'anic ethics are Faith, Islam and Taqwa. So that the formula of Faith and Islam according to Fazlur Rahman is different from the understanding of Faith and classical Islam.

Islam Nusantara, as a model of thinking, understanding, and practicing Islamic teachings based on three pillars: kalam (theology), fiqh (legal norms), and tasawuf (ethics and aesthetics) which are packaged through Indonesian culture. For this reason, the object of this study includes three important things, namely the thought, movement, and practice of the three religious pillars in relation to local wisdom. The data were obtained from two sources, namely referential and supplemented by field studies in the form of discussions with the NU regional administrators of Central Java, as a representation of religious organizations that carry Islam Nusantara. The results show that the Islamic model of Islam Nusantara is characterized by: (1) thinking (fikrah), namely a moderate way of thinking (tawasuth). That is, Islam Nusantara is in the middle of rowing between textualist interpretations and liberalist interpretations; (2) movement (harakah), namely the spirit of moving improvements towards the realization of religious moderation; and (3) activity (amaliah), aimed at glorifying tradition has been rooted for a long time in Indonesian society. Abstract:
This article discusses the issue of brotherhood in Islamic economic system. The goal of Islamic economics is to create advantages (falâh}) for all economic man. To achieve this goal, Muslim economists have agreed to set up the philosophical pillars of Islamic economic system which consists of tawhîd, ‘ibâdah, khilâfah, and ukhuwwah. One of the important challenges to deal with is how to place the idea of brotherhood as a pillar of Islamic economic system that is applicable in economic activities which then lead to equal advantages. Muslim economists argue that Islamic economic system has led economic man to possess altruistic personality. This is not only related to the problem of consumption but also to that of production. In addition, the distribution of wealth specific in Islamic economic system has resulted in brotherhood. The spirit of brotherhood has inspired the effort of distributing wealth economically and non-economically towards shared advantages. Specific wealth distribution in Islamic economics is by placing human as economic being and social being alike. Therefore, brotherhood is implemented in market and non-market economic activities. The implementation of brotherhood is not only in the form of cooperative but more than that is to be oriented to efforts of empowering economic man.

Abstract:
Indonesia, a country with a rich cultural tapestry, is not immune to the challenges posed by cultural conflicts. These conflicts are often rooted in historical tensions between tribes and religions, which continue to manifest in the form of respect, mutual respect, and the acceptance of differences. A solution is required to cultivate an attitude of religious moderation as a way of life in order to maintain harmony by upholding the pillars of justice, balance and tolerance. These pillars were initiated by Quriash Shihab using qualitative methods. It was found that the pillar of religious moderation has relevance to the traditions of the Tana Toraja people in the Rambu Solo event. The funeral tradition of Rambu Solo teaches about unity and social balance between people in ceremonial traditions, justice between followers of one religion and tolerance between adherents of Christianity as the majority and Islam as a minority religion.

In terms of the Civil Code and Islamic law, they have the same thing that the pawn is collateral for goods because of the existence of accounts payable, and both allow pawning law. The existence of a pawning contract has implications for legal consequences. The Civil Code regulates these provisions in its articles. Islamic law allows pawning based on the arguments of the Koran, Sunnah, and ijma'. Pawn contains benefits, namely to help someone who is experiencing difficulties in their daily activities. The pawn (ar-Rahn) has certain pillars and conditions that must be fulfilled so that the pawn can be implemented based on goodness and benefit for both parties carrying out the transaction. If the pillars and conditions of the mortgage are not fulfilled or violate the terms and conditions in Islam and the elements of benefit, the law is declared null and void.

Abstract:
Clean and quality government is the main key in presenting a good governance order for a region, so that it can give birth to justice, prosperity and happiness for the community. This clean and quality government system still seems to be a hope and is still far from reality. One of the proofs is that there are still many Regional Heads in West Java Province or leaders of other government institutions who are involved in committing acts of abuse of power such as corruption crimes. Therefore, the authors conduct studies and research to create a clean and quality government. In this scientific writing, the research method used is library research or literature study. Based on the results obtained, the author emphasizes that there are four basic internal pillars for creating a clean and quality government, namely attitude: Shiddiq, Tabligh, Amanah and Fathonah which is shortened to STAF. These four characteristics can shape a person's good personality in various situations and positions, including for a Regional Head, Bureaucrat, Servant of the State and other important positions. The four basic pillars aside from being a personal leader of a government institution, the STAF concept can also be applied to government systems and management. So, having these four basic pillars will encourage the realization of clean and quality governance.
