Abstract:
The article examines the category of "strategy", "adaptation" and its relationship with enterprise development. The essence of strategic planning is determined. The relevance and importance of planning in the activities of enterprises is also determined. The study revealed a variety of and fundamental differences of opinion of scientists on the understanding of the concept "Adaptive development", because many scientists are not unanimous in defining it concept. The most common is the claim that adaptive development is the emergence of new or improvement of existing properties of the positive content, the value of which for the organization is related to the action of direct and indirect influences of the external environment on the activities of the enterprise. A modern enterprise in conditions of international competition should be inherent in leadership and high professionalism.

Abstract:
By promoting the principles of sustainable development, educating the population and employees in all sectors about the opportunities for practical implementation, it encourages people to gather and work together to design and implement sustainable development in their communities. Great importance should be given to, and as such, commented on, new orientations at the level of public policies at the global, European and national levels. Also, great attention should be paid to changes in society.Global Sustainable Development Goals should be universal and, as such, applicable in all countries and communities, across the population. Their implementation should take into account specific opportunities, conditions and opportunities in different parts of the planet. Priority areas of action need to be identified and opportunities for contributing to sustainable development considered. In this way, we become part of a global partnership that is key to achieving the goals. In order for planning and implementation to be successful, significant mobilization of resources from different sources must be ensured. It is also possible to create clear public policies at national, regional and international levels through increased development cooperation, which is mainly based on development strategies that promote the fight against poverty and gender inequality. In this way, the promotion of gender equality creates the basis for prosperous and sustainable development.Another possible policy is to raise the level of economic productivity while pursuing diversification; technological development and innovation, all through the focus of work intensity. The condition for the development of these policies or strategies is achievable with the economic, social and environmental links with urban and rural areas.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to explain development planning in the development phase. The study method used is a comprehensive type of qualitative study that relates to the paradigm used by Nazir to offer a simple description of the issues being examined and to perform interviews with informants. Using 2 metrics that relate to the principle established by William L. Collor, namely participatory technocratic and democratic growth planning, the findings illustrated a variety of issues. Technocratic planning in the construction phase is associated with planning, unilateral growth, and restrictions. Two aspects regarding neighborhood engagement will be addressed in participatory democratic preparation, namely at the village creation workshop, and while village creation is ongoing.

Abstract:
The implications of ICT on urban planning and development is the topic of this paper. At the outset, the relationship between the 'intelligent environment', and planning and development is outlined, followed by the discussion on new perspectives in the planning value system, and creation of the value-chains. The ICT based planning products and processes are outlined and explored. The author argues that ICT not only affects the very understanding of planning, its role and its attributes, but also changes the planning's scope, and the character of its performance. The challenges to the ICT alternative are highlighted in the last section, and debated vis-?-vis observed benefits. Implications for the concrete planning practice are at the heart of the overall discussion. .
