The results of this project, while variable both within and between seasons, suggest that windbreaks increase the yield of potatoes between 4.8 and 9.3% for the sheltered portion of the paddock in seasons with higher than average wind speeds. Wind Power Plants utilize induction generators to generate electrical power. This type of generator produces less short circuit current than synchronous generators; hence it may affect the operation of transmission line protection relays. This research aims to analyze the effect of a large-scale wind power plant connected to the transmission line on the performance of the distance relays. The study utilizes a simulation method using Digsilent Powerfactory on IEEE 5 bus test system. At the same time, in the field of wind power, wind curtailment and power limit gradually appear, and the output prediction of power plants has become one of research hotspots. Plant motion due to wind affects plant growth, a phenomenon called thigmomorphogenesis. Despite intensive studies of the turbulence over plant canopies, the study of plant motion induced by wind has often been limited to individual trees or cereal plants. Few models of global canopy motions are available. Moreover the numerical analysis of models that are based on individual stems becomes time consuming when dealing with crops. A model of motion within the canopies is proposed here using a wave propagation equation within a homogenized continuous medium, and a forcing function representing tur

At the same time, the total installed capacity of wind power plants in Serbia is not large. In order to compensate for the deficiencies, it was necessary to import electricity.
