This diploma thesis deals with the problem of wax patterns manufacturing in investment casting technology (lost wax process). This technology is very sensitive to the exact execution in each phase of the whole process, from concept design up to the final casting expedition. During most operations, dimensional changes occur, which is affecting the accuracy of the final casting. No matter how big these changes are, but especially if they occur with the least variance. One of the first phases in this technology is making wax patterns. There are several ways of making the wax patterns and this thesis is describing two different methods used in the Alucast foundry. One is based on using “soft waxes” enabling using low pressure machines, the other one on the “hard waxes” where the injection machine with higher presses is being used (SOM). These two above mentioned technologies are compared in this work.

Dissertation includes problems of internal and external audit. The goal of this work is on the basis teoretical knowledge and information got from experience, to do internal and external audit of fulfilment by drawings of financial subvence. The result of both made audits is final report.Work is composed from three parts, first part- theoretical-describes progress of internal audit, its essence and definitions, regulation frame, which characteristics ought to fulfil an internal auditor, then running of audit, including requirements, respectively formal as well as objective, for the final report of made audit.Second part-also theoretical-describes external audit, respectively in anologous structure as internal audit.Third part-analytical- includes make of both audits, respectively in context of rendered financial subvene of public service subject ,concretely to community Skály.Within an analytical part is processed contract, agenda of both audits, including final reports of made audit.At the close of this part is made comparison of both audits.

This dissertation deals with how the subject matter of performance under a contract for work is defined and issues related to formulating the rights and obligations ensuing therefrom. At the same time, it seeks common legal sources existing across national laws which provide definitions thereof. It attempts to find a common definition of contracts for work and how they differ from other similar contracts. It further defines some common basic features and problems related to contracts for work which apply in international trade or in cases where parties decide to formulate their contract by reference to international contract conditions. In that context, it primarily refers to construction contracts as the most common type of contract for work in international trade. At the same time, it focuses on the possible consequences of a breach of contract and emphasizes some parties' claims ensuing therefrom. Moreover, this work examines the definition of work defects and conditions for asserting claims as a specific topic, which relates to the definition of the subject matter of a contract for work and its basic features. The topic of my thesis is {\clqq}International operations of domestic producer - tax, accounting and law connections". The aim of this work is to analyze business operation of domestic producer with foreign businessmen. It is necessary to use foreign currency and their reduction of money to Czech currency in accounting. Point of delivery is connected with international operations, because it delimits object of the Value Added Tax. Trade between businessmen has to be legally regulated by sale of goods. It determines discretions and duties of both parties. Delivery terms are important terms of a contract in international trade. It appoints duties for seller and buyer at supply and receiving of goods. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge, which concerns with the characteristics of international world, whiteness of accounting, using foreign currency, determining point of delivery and substantiality of delivery terms INCOTERMS 2000. In the practical part I deal with transfer guides for international trade, which the company requests from me. After I compare taxation of chosen operations with the Czech rules of accounting. I use exchange rates. I strike a balance and precede positives for the particular company.
