Lysine hydroxylation produces hydroxylysines, which are important for collagen cross-link formation and provide attachment sites for galactose and glucosylgalactose. This diploma thesis deals with possibilities of using of aronia fruit pomace. The theoretical part is focused on botanical characteristics of aronia fruit, description of HPLC and anthocyanins dyes. The effects of various extraction condition on content of some polyphenolic compounds (gallic and vanilla acids, katechin and rutin) in aronia berry pomace are investigated in the experimental part. The mentioned compounds were detected with HPLC. Thanks to this method the content of carbohydrates was also detected. A quantity of anthocyanins dyes was determined by pH differential method.

Purpose of this thesis is to study the principle of operation of cardiotocography in monitoring fetal life, further defining the main requirements for this equipment and defining the parameters of monitored biosignals. These findings are supported by the literature. Based on the gained knowledge, the system design of cardiotocography is made with focus on reading contractions. The hereby work describes a new product - herbal liquor containing antioxidants of elderberry and sea buckthorn. It is completely designed, manufactured and tested by a sensory analysis. I performed everything using a simple, low capital technologies, and raw materials, which could easily grow on soils in LF areas.
