Ukrainian poets living in Poland, as part of the Ukrainian national minority, had a significant impact on the development of literary awareness in the Ukrainian environment in Poland. After the partitions of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Podlasie voivodeship was divided into two parts, and this division had an impact on the institutions where the town books ended up. The phenomena of the functioning of the cult of the Virgin Mary are among the most interesting issues in the studies of old Polish society. Specific communication strategies, among which we should mention sermons and donations, stirred a growing interest in pilgrimages to certain places of worship. The aim of the study was to examine the level of parents’ support for children’s autonomy in the perception of younger school age pupils. For this purpose, the Perception of Parents Scale was used.
