Abstract:

W literaturze historycznej dominuje przekonanie o zanikającym w ciągu XVI wieku nurcie migracji transgranicznych, mających miejsce między ziemiami kontrolowanymi przez państwo polsko-litewskie a Mołdawią. W ten sposób szerzące się w tym czasie na ziemiach ruskich osadnictwo na prawie wołoskim miało być dziełem przede wszystkim ludności miejscowej lub zrutenizowanych Wołochów, przybyłych na ten teren jeszcze w XV wieku. Celem zaprezentowanych badań było skonfrontowanie tego poglądu ze słabo dotąd wykorzystanymi źródłami o charakterze masowym, przede wszystkim inwentarzami i lustracjami dóbr królewskich egzystujących na Podolu. W efekcie stwierdzono znaczne natężenie badanych migracji w całym stuleciu. Przebiegały one w przeciwnych kierunkach: Mołdawianie (Wołosi) migrowali do Polski a Rusini przekraczali granicę państwową z Mołdawią. Przygraniczne Podole stanowiło często tylko przejściowy etap tych wędrówek. Z tej krainy imigranci kierowali się w głąb kraju, uczestnicząc aktywnie w procesie lokowania nowych osad pasterskich.

Abstract:

Daniel Kurtz (Curz, Kurz, Kurc), baletmistrz Teatru Narodowego w czasach króla Stanisława Augusta, był znakomitym tancerzem i autorem wielu podziwianych baletów. Po rozbiorach Rzeczypospolitej wyjechał do Lwowa, gdzie po zakończeniu kariery scenicznej podjął pracę nauczyciela tańca. Uczył między innymi młodego Aleksandra Fredrę. W 1809 udał się na Podole (czyli z zaboru austriackiego do rosyjskiego), a w 1816 został nauczycielem tańca w wysoko cenionej szkole – Gimnazjum Podolskim w Winnicy. Równocześnie uczył w prywatnych szkołach dla panien. Jego podopieczni występowali podczas corocznych egzaminów publicznych, kończących rok szkolny, co odnotowywała nawet gazeta w Wilnie. Kurz był nauczycielem gimnazjum do 1822, po czym zaprzestał pracy lub zmarł. Data jego śmierci nie jest jednak znana z dokumentów.

Abstract:

The article is devoted to Rahoza, a man appearing several times in the milieu of grand duke Švitrigaila (Świdrygiełło) of Lithuania during his reign in Vilnius (1430–1432). Since his origins were unknown, and his name’s ethymology is Ruthenian, I tended to suppose that he came to Lithuania together with Švitrigaila from the Chernigov land where he had ruled in 1420–1430. However, a new source was found among the papers of the Königsberg archive (nowadays preserved in Berlin), a summary of grand duke Vytautas’ letter to grand master of the Teutonic Order Michael Küchmeister written in 1418, which mentions Rahoza as the supreme Ruthenian scribe („obirster Ruwssche Schreiber”) of the grand‑ducal chancery. This mention sheds an important light on the structure and organization of the Ruthenian department of this chancery. It allowed to reveal one more mention of Rahoza, namely his „signature” in a shortened form on Vytautas’ document of donation for Sanko in Podillya (Podole), issued in 1424.

Abstract:

Armenians in Mohylów Podolski (Mohyliv-Podilskyi) at the end of the 18th century and in the middle of the 19th century (on the basis of the statistical measurement of the people) The author presents the analysis of five statistical sources which document social and demographical character of the Armenian commune in Mohylów Podolski from the end of the 18th century to the middle of the 19th century. These sources include: inventory of the town form 1772 and the so-called revisions, conducted on the order of the Russian authorities in 1795, 1811, 1834 and 1850. As a result, it as possible to determine the names of at least 600 Mohylów Armenians from 70 families. Moreover, the thesis was confirmed that Armenians in this town constituted the distinct and privileged social group, which – as Vartan Grigoryan already believed – was declining, primarily because of the unfavourable economic situation after the incorporation of Podole into Russia.

Abstract:

Tarnów’s land was inhabited by numerous landowners until 1945. Among them were representatives of the Cielecki family who came to Ryglice from Podole. The books of the Cielecki family were mainly collected in Porchowa and Hadyńkowce until the 1920s by Alfred Cielecki (1821-1892) – a wealthy landowner, a member of numerous Galician societies and a distinguished breeder and horse expert, and by his son Artur Karol Cielecki (1850-1930) Member of parliament, social activist, long-term president of the Association of Agricultural Castors. They created an interesting book collection. These books have been held in the Public Library in Tarnów since 1945 (and the time of the agricultural reform in Poland). This collection is dominated by historical and socio-political publications, in Polish language mostly, and with one type of provisional signs – the seals that the next bookstore owners preferred. There are also books published in series with interesting publishing luminaries. In the Ryglice collection, there are unique editions in both Polish and foreign languages available in a few centers in Poland only. For this reason, the collection is of significance not only for the history of the Tarnów region, but also as a valuable national heritage.

Abstract:

Od 2000. godine, dva velika politička bloka dominiraju partijskim sistemom Hrvatske: konzervativni, okupljen oko Hrvatske demokratske zajednice, odnosno levo-liberalni, okupljen oko Socijaldemokratske partije. Dinamika odnosa ove dve grupacije ukazuje na to da se osnovni politički rascep nalazi na liniji podele levice i desnice. Treće opcije su s vremena na vreme uspevale da na kratak rok predstave izazov bipartizmu i ostvare relativno dobre izborne rezultate. Međutim, srednjoročno, upliv trećih aktera je do sada uvek bio neuspešan i brzo bi se utapao u dominantnu bipolarnu podelu, te je sistem ostajao stabilno dvopartijski. Tome je značajno doprineo i slab uspeh populističke desnice, budući da je dominantni HDZ, zahvaljujući svom nacionalističkom nasleđu, uspešno pokrivao i taj deo ideološkog spektra, zauzimajući paralelno pozicije etablirane stranke desnog centra i populističko-nacionalističkog pokreta, tako predupređujući razvoj održive antielitističke opcije. Predsednički izbori 2019/2020. godine signalizirali su promenu: po prvi put desni izazivač (u ovom slučaju nezavisni kandidat Miroslav Škoro) uspeva da osvoji preko dvadeset procenata glasova, te efektivno podeli glasove desnice i izazove disrupciju u do tada relativno stabilnom dualnom takmičenju. Škoro je rezultat gradio kako na dugotrajnoj potrazi dela hrvatskih glasača za trećom opcijom, tako i na nizu manjih nacionalističkih i populističkih stranaka i pokreta prisutnih u hrvatskoj politici poslednjih godina. Uspeh na predsedničkim izborima i posebno reakcija njegovih birača, koji se po svoj prilici nisu utopili u bipartijsku podelu u drugom krugu izbora, signalizira promenu dinamike čitavog partijskog sistema, moguće već na parlamentarnim izborima koji će biti održani u julu 2020. godine.

Takođe dat je prikaz funkcije prognoza opterećenja distributivne mreže i njihov značaj u eksploataciji i planiranju EES-a. Zatim je na osnovu rezultata kratkoročne prognoze režima mreže izvršena analiza osetljivosti podešenja prekostrujne zaštite na moguća preopterećenja SN izvoda.

Abstract:

The article is a collection of thoughts that transpired during the work at the Archive of Włodzimierz Odojewski. The aim of the authors was to identify and indicate the potential ways to study the life and works of the writer, and the expected result of the research is a biography of Odojewski. The research was based on the exploration of the writer’s private collection: unpublished documents, manuscripts, typescripts, personal papers, correspondence, family and estate papers and photographs. The authors focused on a number of issues. One, the biographical facts that influenced Odojewski’s output – World War II, frequent relocations, censorship and a ban on publishing in Poland, emigration, the relation with the Polish Institute in Maisons-Laffitte and working at Radio Free Europe’s editorial office. Two, the analysis of literary works including hundreds of typescripts in many variants (related to the phases of the genetic history of a literary work through the stages of Odojewski’s life) which allowed for describing Odojewski’s writing techniques. Three, ‘The writer’s map’ which points out places important for the author – Poznań, Gniezno, Kłecko, Podole,Szczecin, Warsaw, Paris, Berlin, Munich. Four, the correspondence (personal and cultural) which can be used as an important source of knowledge of the history of Polish post-war emigration. One of the most interesting parts of the collection is a collection of letters from Jerzy Giedroyć that show Polish culture outside the Iron Curtain.

Abstract:

Caraway (Carum carvi L.) essential oil is a candidate for botanical herbicides. A hypothesis was formulated that the sand-applied maltodextrin-coated caraway oil (MCEO) does not affect the growth of maize (Zea mays L.). In the pot experiment, pre-emergence application of five doses of MCEO was tested on four maize cultivars up to the three-leaf growth stage. The morphological analyses were supported by the measurements of relative chlorophyll content (SPAD), two parameters of chlorophyll a fluorescence, e.g., Fv/Fm and Fv/F0, and fluorescence emission spectra. The analyzed MCEO contained 6.5% caraway EO with carvone and limonene as the main compounds, constituting 95% of the oil. The MCEO caused 7-day delays in maize emergence from the dose of 0.9 g per pot (equal to 96 g m−2). Maize development at the three-leaf growth stage, i.e., length of roots, length of leaves, and biomass of shoots and leaves, was significantly impaired already at the lowest dose of MCEO: 0.4 g per pot, equal to 44 g m−2. A significant drop of both chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters was noted, on average, from the dose of 0.7 g per pot, equal to 69 g m−2. Among the tested cultivars, cv. Rywal and Pomerania were less susceptible to the MCEO compared to the cv. Kurant and Podole. In summary, maize is susceptible to the pre-emergence, sand-applied MCEO from the dose of 44 g m−2.

Abstract:

Prikazano istraživanje je imalo za cilj ispitivanje bračnog zadovoljstva u kontekstu podele posla u okviru porodice. Ispitane su razlike u bračnom zadovoljstvu partnera u zavisnosti od podele posla u domaćinstvu i stavova bračnih partnera prema rodnim ulogama. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 446 ispitanika, odnosno 223 partnera iz brakova u kojima oba supružnika imaju zaposlenje. Bračno zadovoljstvo je mereno jednim ajtemom sa devet nivoa zadovoljstva. Skalom Podele posla u kući su ispitivane tri vrste posla koje se obavljaju u okviru porodice, a to su rutinski i povremeni poslovi vezani za održavanje doma i posao koji podrazumeva brigu o deci. Stavovi prema rodnim ulogama mereni su skalom Stavovi prema rodnim ulogama (ATGR). Rezultati ukazuju na veće bračno zadovoljstvo osoba muškog roda. Uočava se tradicionalna podela posla. Žene obavljaju više rutinskih poslova, dok muškarci obavljaju više povremenih poslova. Briga o deci i dalje u najvećoj meri pripada majkama. Suprotno načinu na koji dele posao, ispitanici većinom imaju egalitarne stavove. Oni smatraju da bi oba partnera trebalo da imaju jednaka prava, obaveze i odgovornosti. Osobe ženskog pola imaju egalitarnije stavove u odnosu na svoje partnere. Na kraju, egalitarni stavovi, kao i ređe obavljanje rutinskih poslova pokazali su se kao značajni korelati bračnog zadovoljstva.

Abstract:

Abstract The corridor method of oak (Quercus sp) cultivation is an old, forgotten silvicultural method. It was developed around the turn of the 19th and 20th century on the south-eastern borders of Poland (Podole, Wołyń) and Russia and made use of other species such as hornbeam, linden and birch as a cover for oak, which is a tree species sensitive to frosts. The nowadays recurring phenomenon of oak disease initiated a search for silvicultural alternatives and thus the usefulness of reviving the corridor method for oak regeneration was investigated by examining existing tree stands established in this way. Our research plots were located in five young stands and two in mature as well as old stands. In the stands of the 2nd and 3rd age classes, the density of oaks was observed to be 1500–3500/ha, which accounted for 30–50%. The density of oak in old stands (7th age class) was similar to model-predicted values. Furthermore, the corridor method gave very good production results as exemplified by the oak stands growing on the fresh broadleaved site, which had a very high stand quality index. In addition, the species composition was observed to diversify throughout these oak stands’ development, thus supporting arguments for the conservation and preservation of oak-hornbeam forests. To summarise, the prerequisites for the success of the corridor method are systematic cuts of young stands (forest cultures and thickets) to inhibit the growth of accompanying undesired species and limiting the number of grazing animals.

W zbiorach Biblioteki Narodowej Ukrainy im. W.I. Wernadskiego w Kijowie przechowywana jest znaczna liczba księgozbiorów, których historia związana jest z dziejami i kulturą Polski. Autorka zajmuje się w artykule jednym z nich – księgozbiorem rodowym Urbanowskich i Starzyńskich, znanych polskich rodzin szlacheckich z Podola (obecnie region Ukrainy). Dotąd niezbadany zbiór, którego historia sięga końca XVIII w., nosi nazwę Biblioteki Zahinieckiej od miejsca pierwotnego jego gromadzenia i przechowywania – wsi Zahińce w powiecie latyczowskim (obecnie ukraiński obwód chmielnicki). Według różnych źródeł w momencie przewiezienia Biblioteki Zahinieckiej do Kijowa (w 1917 r.) liczyła ona od 16 000 do 20 00 tomów. W Kijowie część tych zbiorów trafiła do różnych działów Centralnej Biblioteki Naukowej Ukrainy (obecna Biblioteka Narodowa Ukrainy im. W.I. Wernadskiego). Artykuł składa się z dwóch części. W pierwszej Autorka rekonstruuje dzieje i zawartość biblioteki Urbanowskich-Starzyńskich – typowej dla polskich bibliotek ziemiańskich z Wołynia, Podola i Kijowszczyzny (obecnie Ukraina). W drugiej części podaje wykaz przykładowych druków z XVI-XIX w. pochodzących z tego księgozbioru. Artykuł kończą informacje na temat opraw i ekslibrisu heraldycznego Biblioteki Zahinieckiej.

Abstract:

The creation of an Austrian province, titled “The Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria” (“with the Grand Duchy of Cracow” added later) was the result of the first partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in 1772. The addition of this territory to the already imposing number of Habsburg's realms was ostensibly based on the dubious claim of the Hungarian kings to sovereignty over the medieval Ruthenian (Ukrainian) realm of Galicia and Volhynia. Under the subsequent Polish rule, the southern part of this duchy was organized as thewojewództwo ruskie(Ruthenian [Ukrainian] Province), which was one of the several provinces in the so-calledZiemie Ruskie(Ruthenian Lands) of the Commonwealth, or rather of theKorona(Kingdom of Poland),vis-à-visthe Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Galicia as an Austrian creation included small parts of the adjacent Ruthenian provinces of Podilia (Podole), Volhynia and Belz, (i.e. Galicia proper), and in the west also the province of Cracow, with territorial enclaves, really medieval relics, such as the “Duchy of Oświȩcim [Auschwitz]” and “Duchy of Zator” (i.e. the non-historical “Western Galicia”). Under Austrian rule, Galicia became a common home for Ukrainians (officially called Ruthenians) in the eastern counties and Poles in the western counties. Many Poles lived in Galicia proper. The Polish or Latin-Polish culture deeply influenced the Ukrainian population. However, it stubbornly, though inarticulately, maintained a sense of ethnic community with the Ukrainians who lived under the Russian imperial rule. A prominent Polish historian (and for more than a decade President of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Cracow), Stanislaw Smolka, ascertains the “common features” of the “ethno-historical indivudiuality” known in Polish history as Ruś (Ruthenia) which had been “dormant through the centuries but never moribund [obumarla].” This Ruthenia “at the present attempts to find for herself a new distinguishing name and wants it to be ‘Ukraine'.” He also determines “the historical continuity” in the past of the old Ruthenia of Yaroslav and Monomakh and the “Ruthenian Lands” of the Commonwealth.

Abstract:

U domaćoj nauci upravnog prava, po ugledu na nemačku i austrijsku, nezakoniti upravni akti tradicionalno se dele na ništave i rušljive. Podela, međutim, otkriva mnoge nelogičnosti. Osnovni problem proizlazi iz pitanja da li ništavi upravni akti imaju pravno dejstvo, na koje autori odgovaraju protivrečno. Razlog je jednostavan: svoje stavove ne zasnivaju u dovoljnoj meri na važećem pravu. Isuviše se oslanjaju na istoimenu građanskopravnu podelu pravnih poslova, koja nije primerena upravnom pravu i pravnoj prirodi upravnog akta. S obzirom na to da u našem pravu ništavi upravni akti imaju pravno dejstvo, podela gubi svoj izvorni, građanskopravni smisao. Bez njega, ona više ni nema smisla - više je štetna nego korisna. Iz važećeg prava osnovano može da se izvede samo jedna specifična kategorija upravnih akata, uslovno nazvanih ništavim. To su upravni akti sa najtežim povredama zakona, zbog kojih mogu uvek da se uklone iz pravnog poretka. Pokušaj da se naspram njih postave svi ostali upravni akti, nazvani rušljivim, nije logički ispravan i ne može dosledno da se sprovede ni po jednom kriterijumu - naročito ne po onom građanskopravnom.

Pojam rada zauzima centralno mesto na kom Marks utemeljuje svoju filozofiju. Marksovo shvatanje podele rada je osnova na kom gradi kritiku kapitalističkog sistema. Razlikujući pozitivni i negativni aspekt podele rada, Marks ističe važnost odnosa između podele rada i privatnog vlasništva kao centralnog problema građanske epohe. Robni karakter proizvodnje osnovni je uzrok čovekovog otuđenja u kapitalizmu. Oslobođenje procesa rada od diktata kapitala postavlja se kao nužni uslov čovekovog oslobođenja.

Abstract:

Autor analizira istorijske i tekuće promene u tradicionalnoj strukturi partijskih sistema i obrascima stranačkog takmičenja u današnjim evropskim državama. Kroz veliki deo moderne političke istorije, zapadnoevropske demokratije, a njima su se od pada socijalizma u Istočnom bloku pridružile i zemlje ostatka kontinenta, svoje političko takmičenje održavale su u okvirima ukorenjene ideološke podele na levicu i desnicu. Iako su se značenja i sadržaj tih pojmova menjali kroz istoriju, čini se da je tek u poslednjoj deceniji na sceni tektonska promena, koja se materijalizovala u potpunoj izmeni stranačke ponude i glasačkih obrazaca, te je pitanje da li uopšte možemo govoriti o tradicionalnom partijskom spektru na koji smo navikli u većini analiziranih društava: podeli u kojoj su takmičenje diktirali umereni, demohrišćanski, konzervativni ili ponegde liberalni desni centar sa jedne, i socijaldemokratska levica sa druge strane. Cilj rada je da analitički pristupi i teorijski objasni trendove promena u partijskim sistemima Evrope, koji su prisutni u dovoljnom broju država kako ne bi bili smatrani pojedinačnim incidentima zavisnim od konteksta neke zemlje, već, u najmanju ruku srednjeročnim, kontinentalnim trendom, vidljivim kako u starim, tako i u novim demokratijama Centralne i Istočne Evrope.

Abstract:

V klinickém hodnocení acidobazické rovnováhy se dnes uplatňují dva přístupy. Tzv. klasický přístup „dánské školy“ Si-ggaard-Andersena a jeho spoluautorů a tzv. moderní přístup dle Stewarta a Fencla. Bilanční přístup, o kterém jsme hovořili na minulém semináři MEDSOFT, obě teorie propojuje. Pomocí simulačního modelu je možné simulovat různé patogeneze acidobazických poruch a sledovat jejich projevy jak z pohledu klasické, tak i moderní teorie acidobazické rovnováhy.

Abstract:

Trendem v oblasti Geografických informačních systémů je přechod z prostředí desktopových produktů k distribuovaným GIS systémům, založeným převážně na potenciálu webových služeb. V souvislosti s tím se hovoří o tzv. interoperabilitě. Zásadním subjektem, který podporuje interoperabilitu v GIS, je mezinárodní neziskové konsorcium Open Geospatial Consorcium,Inc.(OGC). Konsorcium OGC vyvíjí specifikace aplikačních prostředí a protokolů, které umožňují integraci v rámci aplikací, prostorových dat a služeb pro jejich zpracovávání. Jedním z aktuálně řešených problémů je vývoj modelu GIS, založeném na možnosti řetězení webových GIS služeb.

Abstract:

Do dziś aktualna pozostaje kwestia zbadania właściwości rozwoju poziomów strukturalnych dialektów, w szczególności utrwalonych w tych cennych źródłachjęzyka ludowego, które nasi poprzednicy pozostawili jako spuściznę w postaci różnych gatunków. Celem artykułu jest określenie stopnia odzwierciedlenia zjawisk gwarowych w zbiorach folklorystycznych i etnograficznych oraz pracach leksykograficznych polskich badaczy Podola. Zastosowano metodę opisowo-porównawczą. Ocenie podlegały osiągnięcia w badaniu etnografii i folkloru podolskiego polskich autorów XIX w., którzy opisali w swoich pracach poszczególne aspekty kultury materialnej i duchowej Ukraińców Podola. Ogromną wartość dla badaczy, zarówno etnografów, folklorystów, jak i lingwistów, zwłaszcza w dziedzinie dialektologii, stanowi bogata folklorystyczna oraz etnograficzna spuścizna A. Kocipińskiego i Z Dołęgi-Chodakowskiego. Ich zapiski zawierają warianty, rejestrują wpływ mowy lokalnej, tradycji itp. Równie cenny jest słowniczek regionalizmów podolskich A. Kremera, który uważany jest za pierwsze dzieło leksykograficzne o podolskiej gwarze języka ukraińskiego. W artykule udowodniono, że tylko autentyczne teksty mogą służyć jako cenne i wiarygodne źródło badania dynamiki dialektów Podola.

Abstract:

Epizoda o Kartagini v prvih štirih spevih Eneide predstavlja literano izhodišče za razpravo o oblikovanju in dinamiki Enejeve etnične identitete in z njo povezane etnične identitete Rimljanov nasploh. Interpretacija kartažanske epizode se naslanja na termin drugi in na koncept zaničevalne, stereotipne podobe občega drugega, ki je bila iznajdena med vojnami s Perzijci. Razprava skuša dokazati, da kartažanska epizoda oblikuje historično in literarno podobo drugega z vzporejanjem mitološkega drugega, Trojancev, s historičnimi Kartažani. Vergilijeve arhetipske podobe vzhodnjaške drugačnosti avtorica razume kot speculum morum, ki odseva problematično trojansko dediščino Rimljanov in terja etnično preobrazbo.
