Notre tentative vise a aborder de maniere comparative les relations entre mythe et histoire dans un corpus minoritaire heterogene, constitue d'ecrivains sino-americains (kingston, chin, hawang) et chicanos (anaya, morales, cisneros, candelaria). Analyse des "matrices transformationnelles" effectuant les passages entre ces deux types de recits; examen des figures identificatoires et mediatrices du heros et du chamane; mise en evidence d'une (chrono-) topique de l'identite-limite : telles sont les etapes de notre parcours.
